How is this a 4 star hotel? The room is clean and there's a fine variety of food for breakfast, but everything is old and limited. The hotel serves breakfast ONLY. No restaurant, no pool, no massage. Neighborhood is far from city center and is too quiet and there's almost nothing but houses. The staff are friendly though.

Great money to what you get ratio. Kobylisy metro station is close by or you can run down the hill to catch a tram. Nice park with some view is nearby. Decent breakfast. Nice personnel.

The mangement of this hotel is terrible, the ladies at the reception are nice and the big quadruple room is acceptable as well. The double room is matching the 2 stars category. There is nothing special about this hotel. If you fall sick or break your legs, they won't pay back the money for the unused nights. The management is lacking of empathy and human attitude. I cannot recommend this hotel. For the same price, you can find much better hotels in the city center.

A great little budget hotel. Some distance from Prague's centre but has trams a few 100 metres up and around the corner. Basic but the rooms are clean (pay no attention to the idiot post below)..The staff are very helpful and loved the breakfast. Not sure if it should be a 4 star but don't be worried about that

The best place ever!!! An amazing team that gives you a feeling of home! Always smiling and happy to help with anything. The level of food is very high, the level of cleanliness is very high. It was just perfect!!! There is no doubt that I will come back here again and adopt this place as a home in Turkey for a vacation.

Great hotel with amazing breakfasts. Nice and friendly staff. The room was cleaned every day. The hotel has pretty good location: close to metro and trams stops. There is a kettle, a couple of tea and coffee bags in the room.

Old school interior, spring bed not really comfy. Bad smell from shower. Breakfast ok. Over priced..

Service and Cleaning are at the high level 👍 Especially at the reception, the worker Valeriya will help you with any problems and questions 👌🏻

Close to downtown, rooms not very clean (bed, linens, cups...), small rooms. Breakfast is great and rich. Transportation is close by.

I am surprised and very disappointed with the non-commercial and relational spirit of the Aida hotel, which only seeks money. This is the situation: my flight was canceled at the last minute due to a strike (force majeure). I emailed Hotel Aida with all the evidence just asking for a partial refund or voucher, but the hotel refused. They took, despite the intervention of Booking, my 289 euros with nothing. I will never recommend such an "uncooperative" establishment to those around me in France. Attention ! Hotel Aida booking conditions do not protect customers in case of cancellation due to force majeure. It is inhuman.

A lovely stay, simple place, but very comfortable and friendly. Off the main town area as well, so quiet, but only a very short and convenient journey in. If I went back to Prague, would happily choose this place again. Also, the desk staff were very helpful with everything, and gave really good advice about the city.

Great spot if you just want a place to stay. Good breakfast. Staff didn't speak English that well.

Quiet location but noisy cleaning staff. We stayed at a 4 star hotel in Brno and the difference was huge. I would give this one 4 stars. It is very hard to park a car in their backyard, as the entrance and the yard itself are very tight. The breakfast was ok except for the fact that after a few days of staying there you get nausea from the smell of fried eggs and hotdogs that fills the staircase and corridors. It really needs renovation as the walls are very dirty. The room was really small but had a view to a really pretty garden behind the hotel.

The 4* rating is a total lie! It is maximum 2* hotel! I wasn't expecting luxury but something really nice for our three night stay at Aida and I was stunned when I saw the room... And be noted, there is not air condition in the room! There is disturbingly noisy fan in the ceiling that just rolls the bad air in the room, even if the window is open. Also the blackout curtains did not fully close, there was about 15cm gap between them in the middle, so I had to fix them with safety pin to get the room somewhat dark. And maybe the worst thing was, that at least one of the glasses in the bathroom was dirty with previous users toothpaste. I've been at many 3* hotels way better than this 4* was. Reseption personel were nice and helpful though. If the rating was truthful, I would recommend the hotel, but when you pay for 4* and get 2*, I can not recommend.

I stayed here for Christmas eve. It was a small room but clean, with everything I required and a nice view. I would return next time.

Nice staff but... I would not call this a 4-star hotel. You must lower your expectations before coming here. The room is less spacious and looks older than on the photos. The toilet was not cleaned properly before I arrived and it smelled. Also, you can hear EVERYTHING through the walls. People walking, pulling chairs, putting things on tables, talking, etc.

Very friendly staff. The rooms are big enough. The bed is comfortable! The bathroom is small but enough for one person in it. There was no room in the bathroom to put al the stuff of my girlfriend, so she had the use the table in the bedroom. There are no power outlets next to the bed, so we had to charge our phone on the table with 2 outlets. There is a tv in the room. The curtains block the light enough. And there is a ventilator on the roof for cool air. No air conditioning. To get into the city it is only 6 min walking to get the metro or the tram so that was no big deal.

Tram and Metro Kobylisy is just a few minutes walk, rooms are smaller but bathroom was a smallest I’ve ever been. Breakfast was great.

Room was not so nice like shown in the internet. Super, super unfriendly cleaning staff. By the way, breakfast was made by the cleaning staff...unusual...don't like it...Definitely will not recommend this hotel and will never come here again.

the only good think about this hotel is location and that the staff speaks english well . The wifi is terrible, rooms are old, ugly (even when they promised us new fresh rooms)(dont fall for the trick with the photos of the rooms on their website - the photos were taken right after the renovation and it was long time ago based on what i’ve seen here ) , the air conditioning is miserable and for the amount of money that we spend on this hotel its definitley not worth it. I honestly dont know how this place earn 4 stars. Please dont choose this hotel unless you wanna throw some money away and sleep in a room where you cant breath because its too warm and you cant contact your friends/family or even plan trip, atractions and all of that stuff . You can find a better hotel.
