Had a very nice week here. Enjoyed the spa area a lot. Sauna is definetely a bit too hot at times (upwards to 90+ degrees), but overall good. Couple minutes walk to Andel from where you can take a tram/metro further into Prague. Staff was also attentive and kind. Recommended!

Location - this place is conveniently accessible by a cable car. It’s free to use it! Super fun to go in it! Service - it’s very good service, the only down side for this hotel is they have just one bottle of free water irrespective of how many days you stay! The reason I gave 5 stars is because of a wonderful person in the reception called Martin Dopita!! Super helpful and super friendly!!! Very accommodating and very customer friendly service! Just a very nice guy! He deserves a good salary bonus(if the manager reads this) keep your employees happy!! Rooms- very spacious and comfortable! The bed and mattress is very nice maybe give an option for more pillows! The pool can be used for not swimming but just a dip, it’s too small and you can’t have more than 3 people inside it at one time. The hot tub is nice and big and relaxing. I dint try the sauna yet. Overall it’s a nice place to end the day!

Staying at this hotel was a luxurious experience for me. I enjoyed the rich and delicious breakfast the most, but I also liked the amenities of the room. A hair dryer, body lotion, toothbrush, small toothpaste and other important things that one might forget at home were provided in the room.The room was cozy and clean.The hotel staff was very nice and allowed us to check in earlier. I was probably most surprised by the cable car that connects the two parts of the hotel. Thanks to the cable car, you can reach a quiet area in a minute from the busy center of Prague. This hotel is one of the best in Prague for sure.

Wonderful hotel set over 2 sites with a vehicular cable car between them, rooms spotlessly clean, food facilities. Restaurants and bars are all good. the roof bar has amazing views. Not far from the centre of the city easy walk or take a tram.

Except the reception people, the cleaning staff were quite not nice.. but the worst was the restaurant staff, terrible English communication skills, to be a Collection hotel the breakfast was soooo poor, they were not refilling a lot of food also, we complained the first day about it and they said we got a bad day maybe tomorrow will be better and the second day was the same, the supervisor in shift both day was also rude with guests, they were not professional talking all over it as we did not understand (we had one person who speaks the language with us). Not a coming back definitely. Ah! And the first day we got brown dirty water coming out of the tap too

The hotel itself great. The rooms are spacious, quiet and clean. However, there was not even a word of apology when I called reception to ask why there was no warm water to shower in the morning, nor in the afternoon. The answer was only: "We are aware of the problem. It's being solved".

Nice location, clean, nice rooftop bar (if you choose the hill top rooms-because otherwise you could get room in the main hotel below, for rooms at the hilltop, you'll catch this little tram or gondola up to it. Cute! Nice view at the sky lounge. Good food at the Italian restaurant there also (I forget the name). Great staff all around! Slept great, clean room! Sink was clogged but no issue.

Good rooms. Pillows not the best. Not very accessible, but accessible enough. Vegan options are available but not too much and very simplistic.
