The
walk
from
the
25€-hotel
parking
into
the
building
itself
leads
through
a
very
unpleasant
hallway.
It
seems
dirty
and
like
the
backroom
door
of
an
old
pub.
We
had
to
wait
for
about
half
an
hour
until
our
check-in
was
processed.
The
room
(suite)
was
ok
in
size,
enough
space
for
the
kids
and
us.
The
carpet
was
very
dirty
and
not
pleasant
at
all,
with
textile
fibres
coming
off.
The
curtains
were
dirty,
the
bathroom
door
didn´t
close
at
all,
we
had
to
call
the
house
technician,
he
instantly
came
and
"fixed"
the
door,
but
it
was
still
too
loud
at
night
when
one
of
us
had
to
use
the
bathroom,
and
everyone
was
awake
because
it
closed
too
loudly.
The
wardrobe
door
didn´t
stay
closed
as
well,
the
windows
are
"open"
even
though
they
are
technically
closed,
they
were
just
old
and
broken.
You
were
able
to
hear
everything
from
the
street
and
follow
people´s
conversations,
even
though
we
were
on
the
third
floor.
The
tap
in
the
bathroom
sink
only
stopped
running
if
you
pushed
down
really,
really
hard,
our
daughter
wasn´t
able
to
perform
this
act.
Breakfast.
No
Espresso.
We
were
asking
for
Espresso,
and
the
lady
in
black,
who
was
"in
charge"
just
pointed
to
a
caraffe
and
said:
Here´s
the
coffee.
Espresso?
No.
There
was
a
coffee
machine
with
different
types
of
coffee,
but
it
just
said
"out
of
order".
We
figured,
someone
would
repair
it
until
tomorrow.
Nope.
Nobody
repaired
it
for
four
days
(weekdays).
Why
does
the
big,
broken
coffee
machine
sit
there?
We
don´t
know.
So
you
only
get
very
poor
"cafe
Americano".
The
fruit
was
obviously
rotten
(pineapple),
there
were
a
few
people
not
doing
their
job
right.
The
person
who
baught
the
fruit,
the
one
who
cut
it
and
the
one
who
carried
it
out
to
the
breakfast
buffet.
The
waiters
were
obviously
told
to
take
every
plate
away
from
the
eating
people,
even
though
there
is
still
food
on
it.
Really,
I
am
sitting
at
my
breakfast,
eating
off
my
plate,
the
waitress
literally
comes
and
takes
it.
With
food
on
it.
Unbelievable.
There
are
five
people
taking
plates.
You
could
easily
get
this
job
done
by
less
people,
save
money
and
energy
and
provide
decent
coffee
and
fresh
food
instead.
Also,
the
lady
in
the
black
suit
did
rolleyes
in
front
of
the
other
guests
when
she
had
to
remove
dirty
table
cloths.
She
whispered
with
other
employees
and
the
friendly,
older
man
who
"welcomes"
the
guests
to
the
breakfast,
about
us
and
about
other
guests
which
is
just
unprofessional
and
absolutely
not
necessary,
it´s
unfriendly
and
makes
us
feel
uncomfortable
and
unwanted.
The
waiters
and
the
lady
in
the
black
suit
just
wipe
crumbs
and
dirt
off
the
table
cloths
onto
the
carpet
and
chairs,
so
you
are
very
likely
to
sit
on
a
very
dirty
chair
for
your
breakfast.
The
chairs,
by
the
way,
are
sticky
and
not
clean
at
all.
Honestly,
for
a
five
star
hotel
this
is
not
even
ok.
You
pay
a
lot
of
money,
and
for
us
it
should
have
been
an
exceptional
experience
which
we
very
rarely
provide
ourselves
on
vacation.
But
this
was
just
frustrating.
We
also
didn´t
have
enough
toilet
paper,
and
it´s
pretty
uncomfortable
to
make
your
guests
ask
for
some.
I
just
took
two
rolls
off
the
cleaning
cart
when
I
saw
it.
Absolutely
never
again.
The
only
thing
that
was
very
good
was
the
location
directly
in
the
centre
of
Prague.
Perfect
for
getting
to
and
from
sights.
Poor
performance
from
the
hotel,
sadly.
