We have been staying here every year for more than a decade now, it's our favourite hotel in Prague for sure. Very friendly, great breakfast, the decor is fabulous. Great location.

Great Cafe Restaurant with a mesmerizing interior. The service was on point, very polite and very pleasant. They have a good variety of foods with gluten-free options as well. The Cafe is located near the bus station so you can easily drop by if you are visiting Prague by bus. There did not seem to be a dress code, so feel free to walk in in your touristic outfit and treat yourself. My highlight was the classical music playing in the bathroom

We booked an executive double and were delighted with the complementary bottle of sparing wine that greeted us with a note wishing us a Happy Anniversary - such a lovely gesture! The decor was really beautiful and there was an incredibly high standard of cleanliness in the room and throughout the hotel. Such comfort too. The staff were lovely, very helpful and efficient and thankfully everyone spoke English. The breakfast buffet was very good (a la carte options also available for extra cost) and the Art Deco Cafe was wonderful - such opulence! We will definitely stay here again when we return to Prague!

The first unpleasant information was that there is nowhere to park. The hotel does have some parking, but it was full despite of not full occupancy. I had to park elsewhere. There is no place to leave your car for unloading baggage and ask for parking at the reception, I had to leave it on the street for couple of minutes. The hotel’s equipment and furniture is mediocre. It looks a lot better on the photos than it does in real life. I had the feeling that it is quite worn out. The breakfast does not come any close to any of the food pictures. It is a standard 3 star or substandard 4 star - sausages, eggs, cheese and ham. Anyway my recommendation is to try some other place, as I will do during my next visit of Prague.

The dining room is amazing and having breakfast there is a great experience. Some wonderful art deco style and decoration on the ground floor. The bedroom was huge and bathroom great. Very quiet at night. Despite having tea bags in the rooms there are no kettles. When I asked for one, I was told they didn't have any spare!

I have stayed here many times. The rooms are lovely, staff friendly and accommodating. The bar and restaurant are both great places. The best part is the location. Easy walk to 3 trams stations 15 minutes walk to old town. Many great locations for dining and sight seeing. The staff are amazing and extremely helpful. I will say it again, this is a great place to stay.

Always wanted to stay here and it's just as stunning as I'd imagined. Epic art deco style design and really feels like stepping back into a luxurious and splendid era. Staff are polite and kind and the hotel is very well kept and clean. The Imperial Cafe is a must for the design alone and my room was truly luxe. Also amazingly quiet despite the age of the building and central location. I want to return here one day!

The Art Deco Hotel was perfect for our weekend trip to Prague. It is situated in a great area, the hotel and room are very! clean, the Junior Suite is nicely sized with a lovely view of the Na Porici main road / buildings yet quiet enough to relax and get a great nights sleep on the comfortable bed. Breakfast is large, great quality and staff are attentive & professional. The restaurant opposite ¨Next Door¨also offers fantastic food day & night. Public transport is close by as are shops, restaurants, malls, etc. Overall i have nothing but praise for the Art Deco and a big thanks to David the concierge for helping us out pre-arrival and making our trip so easy & enjoyable. 10/10 and we look forward to staying again - but for longer !

Great hotel and great service, perfect location. BUT!!! Concierge named David almost ruined everything. He deceived us. When I asked him for a good place for shopping he sent us to another part of the city and I had to rent a car because of it that he also provided ( not hotel car) and I paid 10,000 CZK for this just to find out later that everything I have asked him about is literally 10 minutes walking from the hotel. We also did not get any receipt for the car service and it was never mentioned on the check out so I think it was just his friend. The hotel tells us to trust the concierge to avoid being scammed but in this case the David the concierge has deceived us. It was very insulting and unpleasant, especially considering that I left him a good tip. Still I recommend this hotel with all my heart! David is the only problem there. VERY beautiful, great breakfast, great restaurant with normal prices and chef food. We will definitely return and hopefully we will not see David there.

A stunning property. Takes you right back to the art deco period. Rooms are a good size & well serviced. A great location close to many attractions, good resturants & a tram stop. The breakfast period to me seems very busy & a little plain. Better options for breakfast could be found elsewhere.

We had a smallish double facing the courtyard at the top. It was furnished to a very good standard and had the advantage of being quiet. Consierge at the weekend was less than helpful but perhaps if we had been seeking something they would have made a margin on? We sat at the bar where there was a proper professional bar man. Brilliant. And sad to say we had not factored in visiting the top class restaurant on the ground floor. Maybe next time. Location wise it was good. Far enough away from the tourist areas to be peaceful but still in an area that looked good and had great restaurants around it. Made for a pleasant stay and I should mention reception that was relaxed and humerus whilst also being most obliging with case storage. I'd recommend.

I heard several good things about this hotel, however I was quite disappointed. Overall, the location was great but other 5 star basics were not up to scratch. Housekeeping was dismal, we had to ask for it to be done and even worse they came at 8pm to do it one day. Getting a booking at the hotel restaurant was rediculous, I asked 3 days in advance and the manager didn't even check, she just stated they were fully booked. The hotel is very pretty and centrally located which is a real positive. This hotel, which is 4 star at best, should focus on customer service. This was the second time I visited Prague and it will be the last. If you want a good hotel stay at the Kings Court Hotel. We stayed there originally and it is everything a five star hotel should be. Unfortunately, I wanted to try something different. The Art Deco Imperial Hotel was quite pretentious and that's okay if you provide top quality service. This was not the case.

Myself and my family have just come back from a 4 night stay at the hotel. We really enjoyed it! We even got snow. Stunning hotel that dates back to 1914. During are stay we had a couple of issues but it was nice to meet the manager Dominic who dealt with it very professionally. We plan to go back again next year. 👍

We made reservations for dinner through our hotel’s concierge for 3 - 4 days in advance. When we arrived, we were seated at a standard table for 2 . When we commented that our reservation was for 3, they simply added a chair to the standard table for 2. We stated that arrangement was unacceptable, the hostess became irate and said they were fully booked. Our follow-up was we had reservations for 3 and expected a restaurant of this quality and reputation to offer a suitable accommodation. No such luck. Dinner was average with a longer than usual wait time between course. This was due to our waiter , Robert, spending most of his time on a larger party of 8. When it came time to settle up, we were surprised to see that a service charge was automatically added to our bill, even though the service was mediocre. When we asked to have the service charge reduced, we were told it was standard practice. So beware and “ LOWER “, your expectations,

Has to be 5 star .. Location is central, everything within 15 mins walk really. Hotel staff all friendly and helpful, room was plenty big for a few nights with well stocked mini bar, perfectly clean and room made up each day. Great buffet breakfast with the possibility to ask for special coffees or eggs cooked how you like them. The restaurant is also fantastic althogh more expensive than most places in town. if you get a good deal on the room rate it's definitely worth a look.

Beautiful hotel but not comfortable to stay at. Room is large but dark and zero storage. Bath room is large but again zero storage. Overall it was not a comfortable stay for our 2 nights.

Fantastic Hotel.... Book it! We are back from a 5 night stay, and everything about the hotel was great - lovely staff, great size rooms, new bathroom, excellent choice at breakfast (even at 6.30 in the morning!)... would love to return!

Excellent hotel, lovely rooms, clean and modern. Great staff and excellent service. Good location and the buffet breakfast was amazing. We stayed in an Executive Double bed room and this also has a espresso maker.

Don't forget to use ʜᴏᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏm when booking your hotel. They compare thousands of booking websites and usually will have rates much cheaper compared to others! Thank me later on! This resort is one of the most well known in the area. I've been staying here for years. If you stay for a few nights you definitely won't regret it. We have been staying here every year for more than a decade now, it's our favourite hotel in Prague for sure. Very friendly, great breakfast, the decor is fabulous. Great location.

Where to start? Ok i booked online with 15% off..but they charged full price with no refund after 4 weeks! We got voucers for a glas of sparkling vine. But at 2.30pm we wanted just a coffee...not able to get. Extra charge..first class? The rooms we booked clean but i did not book a room for disabled persons. Sorry, a no go! Refund? 2 glases of sparkling vine. Wanted to organize the birthday dinner for my wife. Impossible, a la carte and some xtras not available, no efforts at all. Breakfast not in the best place of restaurant. Felt bit like second class, coffee offered from a big thermos...pardon? Only due too complaint we got cappucino..all in all i would say: not at all first class, at this point i can t recommend it

First day of arrival we were given a room with a putrid smell, and short curtains that did not reach the floor therefor not blocking out sunlight sufficiently. Male receptionist did not even inform us that the hotel had parking available (although we knew that it wouldn't be free just like most parking in Prague). Room was cramped, water not complementary, bathroom was a bathtub with a half glass cover (I guess with the European tradition). No nespresso machine, bed was semi-hard and uncomfortable (especially for my wife). Even though they did give us another room without the smell and a little bit more spacious, our first impression was not good. The price does not match the amenities provided.

Spent 3 nights at Art Deco Hotel late in October. Rooms are good size with comfortable bed, bathroom look refurbished as everything looked new. Rooms quiet at night and cleaning daily was excellent, even beds turned down in evenings which was lovely. Location is good, around 20 minutes walk to the main square which was fine. Breakfast choice is vast so should suit most visitors. Good bar on ground floor if looking for a drink away from the crowds Decor in the restaurant and ground floor is beautiful
