Overall great cost to value relation. Pros: The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The room was clean and warm, which was quite convenient for this time of the year (February). The bed was quite large and comfortable. The hotel was extremely helpful by letting us store our bags before check-in and after check-out. Cons: The breakfast had low cost to value. The didn't look fresh, and there was no still water on the buffet menu (we had to ask for it). The room wasn't that spacious for two people, and both the bathroom walls as well as the walls between rooms have poor sound isolation.

Very comfortable hotel in the city center, excellent service and very cozy rooms. It was one of the best holidays in my life! I will definitely come back again.

Stayed for 2 nights with my friends in September! Very friendly stuff, receptionists were thoughtful and nice, always ready to help, they helped me with the reservation for pcr test! Cozy, clean rooms, delicious breakfast. I would totally recommend everyone staying at that hotel:)

5 out of 5 stars! We stayed here three nights. The front desk lady was nice, spoke good english, and was totally cute. Our room was clean and had air conditioning, plus they had free cans of beer at check in. This hotel is a total bargain for the location. Would stay here again!

Lovely place to stay with friends or alone. Very friendly and helpful staff and nice clean rooms. Great service and perfect location. I enjoyed it a lot and going to stay there for my next time in Prague. Highly recommend!!

Location wasn’t the best, 10 minute walk to the train station and then an additional 10-20 minutes to get to the city centre. Our room was quite small however with the windows closed it was nice and quiet, different story if you open the windows because the hotel is on a main road. Service could be improved, it took us over 45 minutes to be checked in even though there were only 2 people in line in front of us. I would not stay here again and would not recommend as I feel there would be better value for money elsewhere.

Clean, Easy to find, Good location surrounded by nice restaurants and coffee shops. I will definitely re-book a room at this hotel if I have the opportunity to come back to Prague. The room was clean and the bed more than comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay. Samara (The girl at the reception) was also very helpful and kind. It was really a pleasure to be guided and helped by her :)

We really enjoyed our stay. The room included everything we wanted and it was clean. Breakfast was good. The hotel was close enough to the old town (we mainly walked there and it took us about 15-20min to walk there) Lia and Katia from the staff were extremely kind and helpful, they even gave us restaurant recommendations. They also spoke English fluently. Would recommend this hotel to everyone!

This was our first visit to Prague and this hotel made it a very comfortable stay.. it was clean and tidy and breakfast was great.. I was impressed with how comfortable the bed was, especially the extra large pillows. I am just home today and I’ve already looked to see if I can find any online.. I would love to know where you get them if possible.. we slept so well on them, thanks for a great stay.. we will be back

Only staying for two nights. We were warmly welcomed today by a very helpful young man. He could not have more helpful a great start to our short break. Our room was very well presented, it is a comfortable room, and would call again.The buffet style breakfast is very good, a good selection of food. Overall this has been a great few days at the hotel would be here again.

Very comfortable hotel nearby the metro station I.P.Pavlova) excellent service and clean and well equipped rooms. Girls on reception desk are always kindly ready to help with all your requests, thanks for that:) I will definitely come back again.

We stayed here for 3 nights this week and it was lovely. The staff that we met over the period of time of staying here were very lovely and couldn’t do any more to help us! We would definitely stay there again. Friendly staff and hotel was very nice. It was also great having people that understood us to help us get around!

Can't fault our stay here. We arrived late after a 2 hour delayed flight and was greeted by a lovely staff member who told us our room had been upgraded and gave us a shot of a local drink which was much appreciated. The room was clean and tidy and the air con was good. The shower took a bit of getting used to with the pressure but soon got used to it. Through out our stay the staff where amazing and a great credit to the hotel. The old town is about a 30min walk away so maybe a little far for some but perfect for us Would definitely stay here again.

I’ve stayed here for 2 nights and was very happy with everything! Very cozy hotel with friendly staff who speaks perfectly English and can give you loads of good recommendations where to eat/how to get to places ☺️ We’ve met Elina at the reception and she was very friendly and willing to help. They also can book tours for you if you prefer some of them which I found very convenient and great. Definitely recommend for your stay in Prague!

Enjoyed our stay at this beautiful hotel! Tasty breakfast and comfy beds, as well as the great location near the city center. Our vacation in Prague was just amazing and we really liked the Best of Prague tour which was recommended by the staff. Everybody at the hotel were extremely friendly! Alex was very helpful and showed us a few locations on the map which were not common for tourists, we are grateful for that :-) Will come again for sure!

Absolutely lovely hotel. Couldn’t fault our experience. Staff were very nice, hotel room was nicely modern with air con and also was quiet at night, good location as it’s close to 2 metro stations and quite central so easy to visit all the places we wanted to. 15 minute walk from the river. Breakfast was more than satisfactory! Me and my boyfriend enjoyed our stay and would recommend to anyone!

Fantastic stay, very friendly staff, very clean and comfortable rooms. You can pay for breakfast buffet every day in the morning if you like. Absolutely best breakfast buffet ever. Just 10 minutes to the nearest metro, so easy to use. 24 hrs ticket cost just 140 ck. Very quiet hotel, just lovely. Definitely would come back again. 🥰

The hotel was clean and silent. It took nearly 20 minutes to get there from the airport. The hotel was close to the metro stop and city centre. The staff were helpful and quite kind. In the reception Mukhammet was really helpful, he answered all of our questions about city and transportation kindly.

Hade a great 5 day stay! All the receptionist were really nice and helpful. The hotel is close to the city so your close to all the different experience the city has to offer. We are presently staying at this hotel and have nothing but positive things to say about it. We arrived in the evening to a very friendly welcome, check in was easy and the receptionist extremely helpful. We were pleasantly surprised to find out that we had been upgraded for free to a superior room. The room was very clean with everything you would need and the jacuzzi bath was an added bonus. Every day we were given clean towels and the bedding changed after 3 days. We loved the location, it takes around 15 minutes to walk to the centre but there are some very nice reasonable priced restaurants and bars in the area. We would definitely recommend this hotel if you are visiting Prague, thank you for making us feel very welcome.

I booked their apartment, but because there were some problems while arriving, they kindly asked us to change it to the hotel room. We accepted and it was really good experience. First of all, they gave us free access to the breakfasts because of their unexpected problems and gifted us with wine too. It was nice from them and good for their service. Our room wasn't perfect, because windows were on the roof and we didn't have a view on town, but room was very clean (they were cleaning everyday), with good bathroom and all the needed stuff, so no problem about the view. Location is so good and easy access to anywhere you need, Staff is so nice and friendly, breakfast was also very good 🙌🙌 We stayed for 3 nights and really recommend this place! ⭐️ Prices are also affordable.

I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Prague!! The staff are some of the nicest people I’ve ever met, the room was small but super clean and the bed is so comfy, so ideal if you’re out and about all day and just need a bed to sleep in. It’s pretty central everything is in walking distance, and is a 30 min drive to the airport! I didn’t have breakfast here but it looked amazing. I genuinely don’t have one bad thing to say definitely worth your time and money! :)

Never have I ever experienced such incredible kindness in a hotel as this one, which is down to the receptionist Bota who is a shining example of what excellent customer service really is. The rooms are beautifully decorated with everything you may need on a trip hair dryer, fridge, desk, etc. The welcome we received and level of help offered with our stay was absolutely fantastic. An extremely well organized establishment and will 100% be returning and recommending.

The hotel was nice, people are very kind and helped us very well. They spoke good English. The rooms where nice and clean. The only problem was that sometimes it smells like someone smoked a sigaret in the room. Breakfast was simple but nice.

We stayed at this hotel, and the experience was fantastic since de young lady from the front desk Anastasia as well the neighborhood where you can find anything you want far from the old town. The room was clean and spacious, and on Friday, you can get free beers. Fantastic place to stay at an excellent price. YOU MUST HAVE TO TRY IT.

I would avoid this hotel at all costs! Myself and 6 friends booked three rooms two months in advance. When we arrived into the extremely small reception area, there was already another group on front of us checking in which took 1.5 hours as they were arguing with the manager at reception about hidden fees and €100 deposit per person. When it was finally our turn to check in, the "manager" simply tells us we will not be allowed into the hotel as we "look like we are going to party". There was simply no talking to the manager and he was very rude and obnoxious. After a pointless back and forth we were told to leave the hotel or he was calling the police. By this time 3 hours had passed and it was dark and showing outside in Prague. We were left stranded while we called our travel agent to try arrange a new hotel. We ended up staying in a different hotel and has an amazing time with no issue or complains at all. Be warned if you are staying here with friends they will accept your money and then refuse you at the door. Our group were all aged between 30-35 and the "manager" said they don't accept young groups that look like they might party.... There are much nicer and more relaxed four star hotels all around this one for less money!!

Hotel is around 10-15 min walk to Wenceslas square. Quiet area with a few shops and restaurants nearby. Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. Our room was modern and spotlessly clean, bed was comfortable and had everything we needed. We didn’t eat breakfast in the hotel so can’t comment. No complaints and I’d definitely stay here again.

Beautiful hotel with very friendly and helpful staff! We stayed in this hotel for a week and it was perfect, clean rooms, nice decor and not too noisy :) Recommended to everyone! also there are many restaurants nearby and the city center is within walking distance. (They also gave me a bottle of wine when it was my birthday, extremely kind!)

It was my first night in Prague. Room was as I expected, very clean and tidy. The room is in the 6th. It's colorful. Loved the shower, strong water flow (hot/ cold). Very polite staff night and morning. Take in consideration that upon their reasonable price, rooms are very small. Not suitbal, maybe, for tall big people, at least the room I was in, unless you are okay with small rooms.

I stayed a week at the hotel with my girlfriend and it was just perfect and exactly what we wanted. The room was very clean and the staff was extremely nice. The service was above our standards and that was really nice to experience. The room was not the biggest but we didn't want a enormous room, so that was no problem at all. Overall a great experience and truly a recommendation for people who want to explore the beautiful city of prague and also have an affordable and ideally located place to spend the nights and freshen up. Tip: there are a lot of really good and affordable restaurants nearby the hotel, so you don't have to go into the city center every day to have an amazing meal. Love to the staff

Really nice, we enjoyed our stay! The room was clean, the service was great, and the windows had amazing blinds so the room was completely dark even when it was bright outside! We walked to most places, and when we were far away it was easy to get back with trams! Would definitely come back if we return to Prague!
