Very unpleasant location. Not very helpful staff. Room was super-small even for one person. Extremely soft bed unsuitable for good sleeping. So Eastern Europe breakfast (stay away from eggs). I really don't recommend it. Yes, I know, three star hotel, so what you've expected? Not friendly and happy staff? Not at least nice ambient and tasty breakfast?

We stayed in a room on the 6th floor which is the top floor at the hotel. The room was fine, spacious and clean. We did not sleep well though because of much noise inside the hotel. Whenever somebody used the lift or walked around in the room below us, we could hear it. Breakfast is served on the ground floor next to the reception and it’s OK. It was quite basic but we had expected that. Overall, the hotel presented good value for money but the noise level inside was too high.

Difficult to complain when a single room sells for merely 24€, in August 2020. The location is amazing: 2 minutes walking distance from the NA KNÍŽECÍ bus station with excellent Regiojet buses reaching out to all vectors of the Czech Republic. 3 minutes to the Anděl metro station/Nový Smichov/Tesco hub. The room is rather clean, so is the bathroom. Cold 1½l drinking water bottles available at the reception for 45CZK. - Some of the breakfast food is dubious-looking, like the liver pâté or the fried spam. The "juices" are made up of powder mixed in water, however there is an amazing offer of artisanal teas. Once again, the price even includes the breaksfast buffet, served until 10:00 at the very latest. -The room was totally overheated and, although it featured an A/C unit, the reception required a supplementary payment of 250 CZK (!) -Clean bedding, however the beds were rather short.

We were visiting Prague with friends. We drove there. Parking (though limited) is available at the hotel. Very close ~5 min from Andel Metro Station. Only 3km drive to Charles bridge. But still away from the buzz of the city. :) The staff is super friendly. The buffet breakfast is a wide spread. Definitely worth recommending.

Nice hotel, not too far from public transport into the centre. Although it is a little confusing using the public transport. Just follow google maps route to a bus/train thing, yes it is down the metal steps even though it looks like you are in a train yard. You do need to pay a deposit to stay, but it is worth it. Hotel is clean and nice and breakfast has plenty of choices.

Clean and cozy room. Lift. No air conditioning. Not enough parking lot for all guests. Not enough food for breakfast for all guests (breakfast served 7-10, but couple of minutes after 8 there were no food already). Good location, not so close to metro but close, around 600m.

Wonderful hotel!! I had a great time there, only wish I could have stayed longer. The room was very small and I had to do a lot of side-stepping yet the bathroom was a pretty decent size, so that was nice! All of the staff were so accommodating to us and helped answer all of our questions (even the stupid ones). The wifi is a downer though, it never works. Definitely will stay again when I go back to Prague.

Price is I guess okay for what we got. It is a lovely hotel, very lovely and helpful staff but our room seemed a little bit dirty. Bathroom was probably the cleanest from all the hotel room. In the bed we found quite a bit of hair which clearly wasn't ours. It would be also a bit better if they stocked the tea bags in the room and a bit more shampoos/shower gels as it wasn't enough for us. Other than it was a lovely stay, breakfast was okay and it is close to bus stops, underground etc.

The location is excellent. It's an average Hotel. Clean/small rooms. My only grip is no kettle in room with a few cups. I stayed in many countries/hotels all had coffee maker or kettle in room. I thought the staff was nice. The food for breakfast needs improvement. It's okay but not great.

It was nothing special, breakfast was ok with a decent selection but hot drinks weren't hot enough and the room had only two fruit tea tea bags with no milk or even a spoon to stir with, also a €40 deposit is required upon arrival for the mini bar in the room which didn't even have a working fridge so drinks were all room temperature, its a cheap hotel so can't really complain the beds are comfy enough and it was clean. Shopping centre and nice restaurants within walking distance would possibly stay here again if we had to.
