So much noise inside the rooms since the road downstairs is very busy. Insufficient curtains were available on the windows and so very bright during the night. The smoking point around the corner of the hotel and so it has a bad smoking smell inside the room.

The rooms were dirty, looked like they hadn't been vacuumed in months. Our shower had mold. It took me hours to fix the TV, the bedsheets had stains on them. Not what I expected from a 4-star hotel. The receptionists were nice though. The hotel is like half an hour away from Old Town with a bus that's maybe 50 metres away from the hotel but there are a lot of kebab shops and markets nearby.

Worst hotel I have ever been in ages... -If you want to pay by credit card, they do not have a terminal right on site. So what they did was calling to another hotel of their property and giving BY PHONE all the details of the credit card. They do not respect your personal data at all. -AConditioner not even working and they do not care about it. They say that engineering team is gonna fix it but it seems like the engineering team does not even exists. -Room cleaning they just come at 15:00 PM and if you are busy they just do not come again, even if you request it. -TV not working. -Nothing to eat. No vendor machine even to buy a bottle of water. I do not recommend it at all.

The price was good, but do not expect that this is a "four-star" hotel. There was no soap to wash my hands before I asked for it. There is a problem with door keys (they are getting demagnetized easily). Only non-Czech receptionists are smiling. They tried to charge me a city tax, although I am a resident of Prague. They have no breakfast available. But for $37 / night that was still a good deal.

HUGE thank you to the young man working that let us get out of the cold at 1am when our Air bnb host never responded. They didn’t have any rooms, but he let us hang in the lobby on the couch and use the wifi to book something for else. Thanks again!

Terrible! Very basic. No tea/coffee in room and not allowed to use downstairs coffee machine unless it's breakfast. No fridge. TV that doesn't work. Towel rail hanging off. Broken plug so can't use the bath. Using plug socket next to bed is interesting, the light switch is on the same panel so when you push the plug in it turns the light off! Very noisy guests that smoked and staff did nothing about. No spare pillows. Very very basic hotel

The room was clean and nice, but there was some kind of a weird smell when you entered, a mix of a stuffy room and men's cologne. The breakfast was too expensive for what was offered so we ate a café nearby instead. But all in all a totally ok hotel to sleep at. Close to bus and tram stations, and a 15 min walk through a cool tunnel to a metro station.

Really nice hotel with super nice staff. The room was big and clean. Really good bed and there was a fridge where you could keep beverages cold. Nice when it's hot outside. The breakfast was really nice. The hotel is located in a big street, so there is a little noise from traffic. Really good value for the money😊

Disaster! I paid twice, the first time online from Germany and I had an invoice from my bank. The hotel manager, Miss Elina, said the money was not in their account. Miss Elina was particularly rude and unhelpful, constantly talking very loudly and insulting all three of us. She repeated all the time that they had not received any money despite the IBAN number on the invoice being correct and it's IBAN from their hotel. The second time the payment was made in cash because it was too late to find another hotel. I ended up sleeping in a room with a broken window that was open all night. As an apology for the open window, the staff brought more blankets to my room. This is one disgusting hotel, if you can call it a hotel at all, with very bad staff, totally unprofessional, extremely uncultured employees and very rude. Never come here because you will regret it.

-Damaged ceiling. -The air conditioner is broken. -The door does not have a double lock. - Only 1 plug in the room can be used. and bathroom available -Curtains are not dark in the morning. - Noisy from outside and can hear from another room a sound coming through. - Bathtub doesn't work. -There is no stopper for the sink and bathtub. -There is only hand soap for showering. -Painted walls -The lamp is messed up.

The stay was very good, room is spacious and bright. Bathroom is nice, with good sized bath tub (no pluck though, so I bought mine 😃). There is kettle, coffee, tea, sugar available, there is good working hairdryer also. Daily change of towels and every few days there was change of bedsheets. We were asked to give 1000 Krones deposit as we arrived -bit unusual as we paid all stay, but ok. No breakfast included - we didn't need it, but need to mention. Staff is friendly, they try to help. Overall I'm happy. It's a bit old fashioned hotel in a good way I would say. The hotel located on a street with very rich restaurant selection! Only 40 min slow walk from centre.

The room we got was not cleaned after the previous person, so we returned to the desk and got another room, which was thankfully ok. On the top of the price for the room they require you to pay 50 euros deposit (or equivalent in czech crowns) which I find unusual and unnecessary. Czech-speaking ukrainian girls at the reception were not very polite, and the whole procedure of check-in took too long time.

The room was missing one lamp, the fridge was leaking onto the carpet, the couch had a huge stain, the air conditioning was on in the winter and you couldnt turn it off,two separate beds instead of one queen.Noise in the hallway due to some construction work. With all ofvthis hotel had the AUDACITY to charge another 42€ in case I broke something. Which was paid by card and told me it would be back 7 business days. It's been more than 3 weeks and I havent seen the money.. Huge dissapointment with this hotel. But the staff was very friendly and it was clean.

Door in shower cabin was broken. Also in the middle of the night a drunken man was shouting and fighting but no one called police

Stayed here for 3 days the experience is good . The room service will come every day and change the bins and also set your bed. The riceptionist speaks good English and are helpful . To travel to the center it will be like 20 mins . You can take 207 bus , the bus stop is near the hotel and also has many restaurants to visit .

I enjoyed my 2 nights here, I was a bit sad on the day I arrived due to personal problems, and there were a couple of hold ups checking in, but the guy who worked at the night shift, was very helpful, patient and friendly, I think his name was Honza, great guy, distracted me from my sadness, and we had some genuine conversations, I owe him a beer one day. If you read this, thankyou mate👍 you're a great guy but also(more importantly) a great human bro. The room was very comfortable, bed soft and clean, shower was a little tricky, but it was clean, and fresh. The door lock for room 202, definitely needs replacing, there shouldn't need to be a trick to get the card to work, to open the door. It was the only problem. Overall, it was nice, quiet, and calm. And I would definitely stay again. So thanks to Honza and the rest of the staff. Wish you all a nice day 🤝😎

Pretty standard hotel, rooms slightly dated, double room was two single beds pushed together but the beds were comfy. The disappointment was the bathroom, big and clean, but weirdly only a bath with no taps or a shower curtain, just a small handheld shower head, which was a bit of a pain. Lack of plug sockets in the bedrooms. Good area, easy to get to main tourist attractions by tram/bus. Tesco express just over the road. Nice park surroundings. Overall not bad if you're looking for something cheap and easy.

the room was so bad and air conditioning not work 2 nights and when I ask always they say yes we will fix it and nothing I didn’t like anything it was like I can’t say really and no respect from the stuff and from the manager and they need just money and last night come one girl from Reception she say you smoking in the room and this not true and she ask about 40€ and she stay in our room one hour speak about nothing and I don’t know why she come our room and she don’t let us sleep until 5:40 morning and when I was make check out in Reception become the manager of the hotel and she push us outside and I was speaking with my embassy and she say I don’t care about your embassy I can’t believe what she did really Worst hotel I've been really….

Room is very dirty. Even bathroom wasn't cleaned. No international TV channels. Windows can not be opened. Staff not very friendly. Hotel is good located for public transport. Wouldn't recommand this to a friend. Too expensive for this very poor standard.

Great location near bus stop. The staff is friendly and helpful. My daughter and I stayed here for 6 days and were the best experience. I have stayed a different hotels in Prague over the last 10 years and this is my favorite.

I cannot write anything good about this hotel. Air conditioning wasn't working and what we heard from the staff was that the technicians were to come next day, but nobody ever came (we stayed in the hotel for 7 days). There was no possibility to pay with the credit card - cash only. Pictures of the hotel are fake - the rooms and the hotel lobby doesn't look like in the pictures. Permament lack of soap and cleaning service not doing their job properly. Forget about the breakfast and other meals - there is no restaurant in the hotel. No iron set. The rooms are loud - you can literally hear neighbours conversation. Do not reccommend at all.
