Very good location, just walking distance to Charles square, perfectly situated in the Old Town Prague. Room was clean, you’ll have everything you will need during your stay. We’re happy with the breakfast as well especially with the service. One great thing about the hotel, they offered the cheapest parking fee amongst all the other hotels we checked for only Eur 15/day. Thank you! ❤️

Beautiful Hotel in the Centre of the Old Town. Directly at the main square and Prague’s most favorite spots. The receptionists and staff are very, very friendly and extreme supportive. The breakfast included some delicious Czech dishes … so you can enjoy some local food already in the morning. I can highly recommend this hotel. 👍🏻

Fantastic hotel just off the old town square. Polite staff, who are always helpful and speak several languages. A little difficult to find at first as it's through an arch behind the church, but great location.

We stayed at Josephine hotel for a week and enjoyed every moment of it! Our breakfast were all incredible, not only food but the representation made by excellent kitchen workers Varda and Lucine. Fresh baking products such as homemade cakes, pies, cookies, etc. Varieties of cheese, sausages, bread, fruits and vegetables, etc. We were touched by the hospitalities of Varda and and Lucine who made our stay incredibly memorable. We would like to mention the incredible reception team such as Zarina, Anastasia, and Martin who were very professional and helpful. If we would have a chance to come back to Prague this hotel would be our first choice.

One star for great location! The house looks nice from the outside only, rooms very outdated. Paper thin walls, could hear someone argue in one room and snore in another. A lot of street noise which I do understand is not exactly their fault but still. Breakfast looks cheap, some items very dry. They have spread everything out so it would look more abundant. After checking out the hotel receptionist called and offered us a voucher for one free night valid until the end of this year (very unlike we would go back to Prague again within three months). They wanted to let us see that "we can do better, but please leave us 10 points everywhere".

The location was great, breakfast was good, daily room cleaning, good customer service. But, the walls were non-existent, you can hear everything that's going on in the next room like there aren't any walls or doors. Plus there is a bar over the street that plays loud music until the early morning hours. Parking is at a shopping centre 5min walk away.

Wonderful location, lovely rooms, friendly service. Definitely recommend coming here due to all the nice buildings and sights in the area.

This Hotel has not responded to multiple polite emails and requests for help. There are plenty of excellent hotels in Prague so I suggest looking elsewhere. I booked direct with this Hotel but they never sent any confirmation email before the stay. I booked elsewhere but was charged anyway which I do not think is correct given the lack of confirmation of booking. I have never ever not had a confirmation email. They ackowledged I should have had a confirmation before they realised I had booked direct and then failed to communicate further.

The location is excellent, very close to the city center. The staff were very polite, always ready to help us with any problem or recommend (about a restaurant or events we could visit in Prague). Breakfast was varied, for all tastes. The room was clean, large rooms, good lighting, comfortable beds, room cleaning was daily

This looks more like a 3 star hotel rather than 4 star. Rooms with old, cheap furnitures which I think are supposed to pretend to be antiques. Dirty floor with hair. Not so good breakfast, I felt that it's not fresh.. I was disappointed because at this price I was really expecting something much better. I liked the courtyard though, it had Italian vibes.

Great stay and awesome staff! Martin in particular was very kind and helpful! The location of this hotel odd right in the center, every thing was at a walking distance from us. Plenty of restaurants, coffee shops, bars and gift shops all around us. Room service was great too. The room is very spacious and so is the bathroom. I highly recommend staying here!

In a quieter small square near the old town square, this boutique hotel is definitely worthwhile. The rooms are period furnished, clean, comfortable and in good repair. The staff is friendly, especially the breakfast room ladies. They arranged a secure transport from the airport. Public transportation is close as are plenty of good restaurants. I have no reservations about highly recommending this hotel.

The service at the hotel was friendly and attentive. The room was clean and comfortable, with good sound insulation. Breakfast was varied and delicious. Overall, an excellent place to stay in Prague!

What a lovely place to stay. The rooms are well equipped, freshly decorated and 100% clean and the staff were all fabulous. I do not believe we could find a better place to stay in Prague. The Josephine is just a 2 minute walk from the old square with eateries, coffee houses and the astrological clock, a must see.

It has the best location nearby Astronomical o'clock and the best souvenirs shops. However, the place is old and the furniture is not that good especially the bed matrix is so bad and not comfy at all. as for that bathroom, it doesn't include a bidet toilet. The elevator is small and cannot accommodate more than one person, which makes it hard to carry the luggage to your room. The staff is so friendly and supportive, the receptionist was so helpful as he told us about the best places to visit and the way to get there. I recommend this hotel for families.

Only stayed one night and left immediately after breakfast but I'll return again. The location is excellent for tourists. The room was spacious and clean. I had such a good sleep that it was the first time I needed my alarm to wake up in ages. Breakfast was very good and staff friendly and helpful!

We are very happy to had chosen Josephine Hotel. If one day we come to Prague we would like to stay in Josephine Hotel again for sure. Everything was clean, unbelievable atmosphere and perfect location. I couldn’t forget about Martin, he was very polite, kind, professional and provided one of the best attendance we’ve already had around the world.

The hotel and the rooms were everything they promised to be. The location was ideal, a 5 minute walk to the main square. Even though it got pretty loud at night due to the bars and restaurants, the rooms had double windows that canceled the noise. The breakfast was petite but satisfactory! Lastly the hospitality of the staff was incredible, I definitely recommend you to book this hotel because I’m going to again the next time I’m in prague :)

Excellent hotel hidden away in quaint court. Very well located, within walking distance of the old town square. Offers parking at a shopping center nearby. Highly recommended.

The main benefit of the hotel is the excellent location. The room was comfortable and had an air-conditioner (which is rare). The bathroom was luxurious and had a large jacuzzi-style bathtub in addition to a normal shower. The staff were friendly and helpful. Overall an excellent choice for a good price.

In December, my family and I embarked on a magical winter holiday to Prague, and our experience was truly enchanting, thanks to the incredible hotel we stayed at. This trip was a special one, as it was a chance for us to create lasting memories during the festive season. Our chosen hotel, perfectly situated in the heart of Prague, played a pivotal role in making our winter vacation one for the books. From the moment we stepped into the hotel's cozy lobby, we were enveloped in a warm and festive atmosphere. The holiday decorations and twinkling lights set the perfect mood for our winter adventure. It was an ideal setting for our family to unwind and bask in the holiday spirit. One of the standout features of our stay was the exceptional service provided by the hotel's receptionist, Anastasia. She made us feel like we were visiting friends rather than just guests at a hotel. Anastasia's friendly and welcoming demeanor immediately put our tired and travel-weary family at ease. Her efficiency during check-in ensured that we quickly settled into our rooms, which were beautifully decorated for the holiday season. Throughout our stay, Anastasia proved to be a true gem. She had a wealth of knowledge about Prague's winter festivities and was always ready with helpful tips and recommendations. Her enthusiasm for the city and her commitment to ensuring our family had a memorable stay were nothing short of extraordinary. Our room was a haven of comfort and charm. The hotel had thoughtfully prepared a little surprise for our children, with stockings filled with small gifts and chocolates, which added a touch of magic to our holiday. The spacious accommodations were well-appointed, and we enjoyed the picturesque view of the city adorned with winter lights. Each morning, we indulged in a sumptuous breakfast at the hotel's restaurant. The festive spread, complete with traditional Czech dishes and holiday treats, was a delightful way to start our days. It was a perfect prelude to the day's adventures exploring the charming streets of Prague. The hotel's central location was a blessing, as it allowed us to explore the city with ease. We wandered through the cobblestone streets, taking in the stunning architecture and festive decorations that Prague is renowned for during the winter months. The Christmas markets, with their intricate wooden crafts and delicious food stalls, were a highlight for our family, and we frequented them throughout our stay. As we reminisce about our December getaway, it's impossible not to feel grateful for the enchanting experience we had at this hotel. Its central location, warm and festive atmosphere, and, of course, the exceptional service provided by Anastasia, made our winter holiday truly special. We left Prague with our hearts full of joy and our spirits lifted, thanks to the wonderful memories we created during this magical family getaway. In conclusion, if you're looking to experience the magic of Prague during the winter holidays, I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel. It's a place where holiday dreams come true, where comfort meets charm, and where dedicated staff like Anastasia go above and beyond to ensure your stay is nothing short of extraordinary.

Had an amazing stay at this hotel. We were looked after from start to finish. Such a chilled environment. Modern, clean and comfortable hotel with extremely convenient location. Would definitely recommend this place to stay in if you want to spend a couple of days in Prague. The staff were amazing, everyone was so helpful and made us feel special. A real gem. Delicious breakfast and speedy room service, the house keeping staff were so lovely and paid attention to the smallest details. Also the great thing is that they have a parking lot, such a nice complement. Not a bit disappointed that I had chosen this place.

A year ago, I embarked on a truly unforgettable journey, and I still fondly reminisce about that experience to this day. It was all thanks to the remarkable hotel where I had the pleasure of staying – a hotel that became a true sanctuary for me during that unforgettable trip. The hotel was, without a doubt, an oasis of comfort and hospitality, and much of that credit goes to the incredible receptionist, Anastasia. Even though a year has passed, her warm and welcoming demeanor continues to leave a lasting impression on me. From the moment I stepped into the hotel's elegant lobby, I was enveloped in an atmosphere of serenity and luxury. The stylish decor, soft lighting, and the soothing music playing in the background set the perfect tone for a relaxing stay. But what truly made this hotel exceptional was the exceptional staff, starting with Anastasia. Anastasia's welcoming smile and genuine enthusiasm were like a ray of sunshine after a long day of travel. She greeted me with such warmth and made me feel instantly at home. Her professionalism and attention to detail were exemplary, as she efficiently handled all the check-in procedures, making the process a breeze. Throughout my stay, Anastasia proved to be an invaluable resource. She was always ready with helpful suggestions for local restaurants, attractions, and activities. Her knowledge of the area was impressive, and it was evident that she took great pride in ensuring that guests had the best possible experience during their stay. One evening, I found myself in a bit of a bind when I needed to arrange a last-minute dinner reservation at a popular local restaurant. Anastasia not only secured the reservation for me but also arranged for transportation, going above and beyond her duties to ensure I had a memorable evening. The attention to detail displayed by Anastasia and the entire hotel staff was truly commendable. My room was meticulously cleaned and stocked with fresh amenities daily, and any request I had was promptly and efficiently fulfilled. It was evident that the staff took pride in their work, and their dedication to providing exceptional service was evident in every interaction. As I sit here reminiscing about that wonderful stay a year ago, it's impossible not to feel a sense of gratitude for the warm hospitality I received at this remarkable hotel, thanks in no small part to Anastasia. Her friendly demeanor and unwavering commitment to guest satisfaction left an indelible mark on my heart. In conclusion, if you are seeking a hotel experience that combines luxury, comfort, and exceptional service, I wholeheartedly recommend this establishment. And if you're lucky enough to have Anastasia as your receptionist, you can rest assured that your stay will be nothing short of extraordinary. Even a year later, the memories of this hotel and the warmth of its staff continue to bring a smile to my face, and I look forward to the day when I can return to create new memories at this exceptional destination.
