Very old really dated dusty our room was really bad....I cannot believe what they charge for such a poor old room/ hotel. Nothing to drink in room but to be fair I didn't want to eat or drink there . Views beautiful though. just a no no I'm afraid and I would not recommend

We were so happy with our stay here. Calm place, nice facilities, fantastic pool and views, really good breakfast. Beds were comfortable. Staff are very friendly. It was extremely hot so no availability of a fan or air con in room was tricky. There is also a lot of stairs and no elevator, best to advise them before you arrive if you require a more convenient room. Being 8 months pregnant made it a bit more difficult to get around, but it didn't hinder the experience which overall was amazing! :)

Lovely, peaceful and friendly atmosphere, and if you have the right room, even the panorama is beautiful. The breakfast is delicious, and the staff is kind. The only disadvantage is the accessibility, as it is on a smaller hill, and if you go on foot, you have to climb the sloping streets, and they don't have wheelchair access.

I am surprised that this Hotel is still in business. This is a definite NoNo for anyone who has walking problems. No wheel chair access. Entrance by way of steps down, two of which needed repair, to an entrance lobby. How is this allowed ? This hotel needs to get itself aware of current EU health and safety regulations. The whole place had been " heavily used" over a number of years and needs investment and a thorough renovation to stay in business. Helpful staff.

The room was ok

Rooms are clean, but the hallways aren't... There's no elevator so if walking up a lot of stairs is a problem for you, don't go here. The pool is really nice though and the staff is really sweet!

I really loved this place. Cozy and friendly atmosphere. If you have kids and they don't walk on their own this place is not for you. Otherwise, great place and good breakfast too. Have to walk little up hill. Little far off from the tram station too. Helpdesk is really helpful

Very nice hotel, very good breakfast, but a little far from the center of Prague. I am grateful to the receptionist who found my wallet that I had lost at the hotel.
