This is a great hotel. The staff were really exceptional, friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. Room was great, comfortable bed, great bathroom and a balcony. A solid breakfast in the morning available until 10:00. Location is fantastic. Great value for money and would absolutely stay again.

Good value for money hotel. The location is very good, you can walk to old town square, Charles Bridge even to castle if you are in a good shape. The metro station is also very near. The rooms are comfortable, clean and have a small fridge to keep cool your water and your snacks. Internet speed is excellent. Breakfast is ok. The only small issue i had was the shower gel. They must change brand. First time I used a shower gel that didn't make foam, it was like I was using only water to clean myself. For conclusion, I will definitely choose Residence Bene again If I visit Prague in the future.

The room was fine and the service was fine. The only problem was the bed was super hard but every bed is hard in Czechia. Us soft Americans don’t like hard things need soft beds and toilet paper ;-). Great walking location to the old square and shops. Breakfast was good standard European style.

I highly recommend this accommodation. Super well located place, you can see the whole city on foot. Close to metro and tram stations for those who cannot walk. High quality breakfast, extremely varied, plentiful and delicious. Super friendly reception staff. It is possible to leave your luggage before check-in and after check-out. I recommend it with my eyes closed and would definitely go back

Our overall stay at the hotel was good. The room was clean and comfortable. Our room had a balcony with a view towards the street. Breakfast could have been better. There was usually a wait to find a table. The service from the reception was superb. Alex was exceptionally helpful with all our needs. The location was great. Very close to buses, trams and the Old Town Square.

Fantastic little hotel in a perfect location. The staff are all very friendly, efficient and externally helpful. The rooms are very nice, clean and include a fridge and a microwave, something you barely ever get at hotels anymore. The only small downside is how thin the walls are, might want to pack a pair of earplugs if you happen to have a loud snoring neighbour. Other than that, a very very good hotel!

The location of the hotel is perfect to explore Prague without public transportation. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The staff are super friendly and they offer the possibility to buy the local currency at a fair price which was very convenient. The staff were all the time in the lobby and they reply friendly to questions about the city. The only thing to improve is the variety of the breakfast. It was too simple and not tasty. Second day I preferred to not take the breakfast in the restaurant and rather enjoy food in the Easter market. I would definitively recommend to stay in this hotel, but not to have high expectations with breakfast or better book it without it.

Excellent! I really likes out stay at the residence Bene. The staff Is very gentle, the room was great very big and confortable, the breakfast Is full of every kind of food. Also the location Is fantastic, very close to everything.

Great place, centrally located, spacious rooms, and very friendly and helpful stuff. Breakfast was not suitable for vegans, hopefully that will change in the future. Still, I had a very good time there, and will certainly stay they if I come back to Prague.

My partner and I had a wonderful stay at Residence Bene. This is a quiet and clean space. Reception is opened 24/7 and they are really kind. The hotel is close the old town city centre and at 5 min walks from most important attractions and/or most rated Czech typical restaurant. I would improve breakfast variety. Definitely suggested :)

The hotel is very well located close to the Old Town. Room is spacious and clean. Bed is very comfy. The radiator kept us warm. There's balcony with a nice view to the Castle as well. The service is amazing and staff did everything to make us happy. Breakfast is good as well. There's a bar in the hotel as well. Definitely will be back Thanks for everything again Residence Bene. I enjoyed my stay at Residence Bene. The room was clean, the breakfast buffet good and the staff friendly. Also, the train station is quite near the hotel, about 15 minutes by foot.

The service and location were exceptional. The room was a bit small which is why i gave it 3 stars - nevertheless it was clean and had airco. Breakfast was also quite nice. All in all, we recommend it!

Myself and friends were in Prague for a holiday. Residence Bene was a fantastic location and I could not recommend them highly enough! The rooms were clean, the bed extremely comfortable and a very solid shower. Breakfast was lovely, and the location in the city was just perfect for walking around the Old Town and seeing the sights. Without a doubt though, the best thing about Residence Bene is the staff. They were unfailingly polite and helpful throughout and I couldn't praise them more. We were all delighted with our stay and would definitely come back - highly recommended!

Everything was lovely! Breakfast was very good (and included). My singular issue was that I asked for an extra pillow and I don’t know if the night manager was just new or not, but he looked and said they did not have any which was very weird. Other than that, service was wonderful and accommodating!

My room was perfect for a single traveler. Together with the breakfast, it made for good value per price paid. I noticed only two downsides - the sink was small and one cleaning staff didn't really clean when I asked. She didn't even give me a fresh towel.

Best location with most attractions within walking distance. The very best breakfast to fuel you up in the morning to start your journey. The staffs are super friendly and rooms are clean with a very comfy beds. I will recommend to everyone. And will definitely be back again♥️

My wife and I spent an enjoyable two weeks at Residence Bene and we couldn't have been happier! The rooms were very quiet and comfortable. The breakfast was an added benefit each morning and I looked forward to it each morning. The location was excellent and within close range to transportation and everything you could possibly need or want. The staff provided excellent customer service and made our stay even more pleasant than anticipated. Alex took excellent care of us each time she was working and always had a smile to greet us! We look forward to hopefully coming back again one day and no doubt in our minds we will stay at Residence Bene again. Thank you for treating us so warmly!

Great location - a mere 10-minute walking distance to Prague's main attractions in one direction, and less than that to public transport (trams, busses, metro) in the other. Rooms are basic but nice and clean. Breakfast is pretty samey day-to-day, but good and with enough choice (with a strange absence of eggs in any form). Service was great. Especially by Alexandra at the reception who is easily the place's best asset. Kind, knowledgeable, always ready to help and patient despite her seemingly endless shifts at the desk. Heartily recommended.
