This place did pretty much everything right. Good location close to many nice restaurants and sights. Very good breakfast, with variations every day and just everything was good! Cool decor and nice rooms. Great for a romantic weekend, or for experiencing Prague for the first time!

Some of the best hotel staff that I’ve experienced in my global travels. Kind, friendly & helpful. Room was exceptionally clean and all services as stated. Can’t wait to stay again! *we stayed in a Loft Room (prepay)

I stayed at Innside Melia in September 2023, and I must say it was a great experience. The hotel's location is excellent, within walking distance from the old town of Prague, and there are plenty of restaurants in the vicinity. The staff was incredibly pleasant, which added to the overall positive impression. One delightful surprise was that the drinks in the minibar were complimentary, which is a nice touch that sets this hotel apart. However, there were a couple of minor downsides to my stay. We stayed in a room facing the courtyard side, which could be quite noisy until 1:00 am due to a bar below in the courtyard. Additionally, I had taken a room with breakfast included, so I found it odd that they charged extra for omelettes. Despite these minor issues, it was a great stay overall, and I look forward to returning in the future.

Great hotel, we booked a room with extra space and it was lovely, very clean and quiet. No view from the room, but we weren't there during daylight hours. The breakfast was great and had everything we wanted. Staff very welcoming and helpful. The location was very good, we walked into the old town tourist area within 5 mins every day. Prague is quite a small city so we managed to get everywhere by foot, but we do enjoy walking. we'll definitely consider this hotel chain again in the future.

Disappointing stay and service. We have booked 2 nights planning to leave our daughter with my parents and having some solo time. Because of weather our flight was rerouted and delayed some 5 hours so the timing didn't make sense very late in the evening so we reached out to the hotel if we can change our stay from 1 room for 2 nights to 2 rooms for 1 night and have my parents and us staying there and then travelling onwards together the next day. The front desk staff told us it might be possible but the evening shift doesn't have the competence to make the change so we should speak with a competent person that would be there the next day. Several hours upon arriving the same staff changed their message saying it's actually very unlikely they would be able to make such modification because there are factors like minibar that make this very "different". They continue to inform us that we need to pay in advance the walk-in rate (and since it was now past midnight, we couldn't book a normal rate online) and on top of that told us the competent person they were thinking would be there the next day is actually off. Following email conversation with management was passive-aggressive pointing to "non-refundable" rate we booked and completely refusing to take accountability for information provided by their staff. As someone traveling regularly this is not what I expect from a good hotel. If we were told from the start that such favor is unfortunately not possible and they will need to charge us XYZ, then we could make a decision and plan based on that. Besides that the check-in staff seemed incompetent overall, first person that saw us turned around and walked away with zero communication towards despite we spoke both English and Czech. The second person that came later took probably 20 min to complete the check-in process, it was painfully slow, not recognizing our elite status, I needed to explain my right for a late checkout and complimentary breakfast. Then in the morning at check out, they were trying to charge us the breakfast anyways. The staff at breakfast did not say hello or a word to us, they were busy cleaning up and taking food away in front of our eyes some 30 min before the end of breakfast time. Overall, decent room and decent looking hotel but service was just a huge concern and not something you would expect from a brand like this.

ABSOLUTELY PERFECT! We stayed for a week at this hotel and we really recommend it. Location is very convenient and the staff is superb, special mention to Denisa, Katerina and the nice gentleman who worked at the bar during the nights (we forgot to ask for his name). Definitely coming back in the future!

Great stay, room upgrade and late checkout given as gold member. Free drinks in minibar (almost unheard of!). Breakfast was tasty (18e) but items were a bit randomly placed around the buffet room. Excellent location.

Nice modern hotel with friendly and helpful staff! Gladly again! The entrance to the underground parking was a bit adventurous, but with a little help we were able to maneuver our car into the elevator. With 29 EUR per day, the cost of parking is a bit high. The rooms were clean, spacious and there was enough storage space in the closets. The free minibar was refilled daily. Traveling with pets was not a problem either. The breakfast at the hotel was fantastic. There was a great selection of everything you could want. Those who wanted could even drink champagne. The hotel staff also surprised independently with a small birthday gesture. The only point of criticism was the air conditioning in the room, which could not be set colder than 24°C.

We visited in October for my boyfriend's birthday. The room was nice and clean and the breakfast very good. The central location is certainly a plus. However, some points were a little disappointing. I booked directly with the website inquiring whether the hotel offers any small attentions for customer's birthday, but never got any reply about that. The restaurant was only open for breakfast, which was not specified anywhere on the website. We often stay with Melia around Europe and enjoy dinner at the hotel's restaurant, and that was one of the reasons I chose this particular brand in the first place, so that was another disappointment. The bar was also closed on Monday evening. Also, the check in process at the reception took a really long time on arrival, however the young girl at the desk was nice.

Spacious, QUIET, friendly staff, and minute walks to everything (Old Town, Castle, Wenceslas Square, Paladium, Mucha, Charles Bridge, Jewish Quarter, Medieval art museum)! This property made our visit to Prague magical. I can't say enough how wonderful this hotel is. Huge bathroom with a luxurious shower, comfy beds, minibar refilled daily, Nespresso coffee, a variety of teas, and late maid service. Had a lovely afternoon chatting with Honza at the bar. Don't hesitate: book this place. It won't disappoint!

Modern hotel with good rooms, comfortable bed, good breakfast buffet, and nearby old town square and good restaurants. Would stay here again on solo business / vacation travel.

Really enjoyable stay here. Comfortable bed, clean room with plenty of storage. Breakfast had a wide range of warm and continental choices. Staff were all helpful and polite. Nice central location about 10mins walk from the Clock / Square. Would happily stay here again.

Great location, with staff that is always happy to help. Free mini bar that was restocked daily. They also have a luggage room that is under key (you get a ticket which you use to reclaim yours) and they'll keep your luggage as long as you need. The room was cozy and cool. No slippers.

Nice modern rooms with very comfortable beds. The location is a short walk to Old Town while not being in the middle of the crowds. Also close to a tram stop to get anywhere in the city. Friendly service.

We just returned from a wonderful 3 nights break from the city of 100 spires. This was for my partners 60th birthday and what memorable time we had filled with love and laughter. We stayed at this beautiful hotel in a quite part of the old town. The hotel were aware of my partners birthday and they went above and beyond to make his birthday and our stay really special. We were booked into The Loft for Families room ( room 401 ) which was amazing. - See photos attached. It was so spacious over looking the street and the rooftops of Prague. The room was spotless and came with a seperate entrace hall, seperate living space, seperate bedroom and seperate bathroom/toilet. Including in the room was a complimentary mini bar which included local beers, juice and sparkling water. The staff at the hotel from reception to breakfast staff were outstanding!!! The reception staff were so friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. What ever we asked was never to much..always on hand to help. The breakfast staff were also kind and courteous. The breakfast was lovely, they had everything we needed. The hotel is only a 10 minutes walk to the centre which was ideal. Prague has many resturants and bars to offer but directly opposite the hotel is this lovely speak easy cocktail bar called Irony vs Satyre which is fantastic for pre-drinks or a night cap...the cocktails are fab!!! I highly recomend this bar. We also went to 2 resturants which the hotel booked and recomended 1) Café Imperial a Classy cafe with an upscale vibe & decorated with elaborately carved walls & an art nouveau finish. 2)Next Door by Imperial a Elegant dining room featuring an open kitchen turning out international, high-end plates. Both these resturant served us such amazing food. Thank you so much Innside by Melia Prague Old Town team for being part of my partners celebrations and our first time to Prague for making it a comfortable stay and one that will stay in our memories for a long time.

Nice hotel, the only thing I didn't like were that the pillows were too soft. Lots of hotels seem to have very soft pillows and I wish they would give you a form one and a soft one instead of lots of very soft pillows

The hotel is good. 1 km from the center, which is good location, near , but far enough to be quiet. The service is good, friendly stuff, and nice breakfast. Although, I put 5 stars, the view from the window is very uninviting.

This is a perfect location for walking to the main square many restaurants around grocery stores Republic Square About a five minute walk buses trams etc. quiet neighborhood but enough restaurants and bars to keep you busy the hotel itself the room was great we had a three room suite which we really enjoyed everything was clean housekeeping did a great job there were two TVs but only one American station that I wasn’t so happy about towels were good lots of plug-ins for your iPads and iPhones and whatever else you have breakfast was good the only thing I’m gonna complain about is why would a hotel of this caliber have a sign that you have to pay four dollars for an omelette or a special coffee really that was a little in my opinion tacky ( scrambled eggs and coffee are included ) I would’ve given it five stars but because of the breakfast situation with the cost really we already paid for breakfast so therefore why would we want to add more and there were a lot of people in the breakfast room employees were walking around I’m sure an egg omelette wouldn’t of taken anybody any problem they do not have dinner here which I was very surprised and disappointed about I always like to know that I can get a meal if it’s raining or cold or miserable out not happening here !!also the front desk staff were very nice but not dress professionally in my opinion they had on T-shirts like clothes that travelers would wear not professional people at a front desk should wear also in the breakfast room they had these T-shirts that look like they’ve been washed too many times so that was kind of something I couldn’t believe as a chain of this quality what permit their employees to dress like that With that aside this hotel I highly recommend for all the reasons above location friendly staff housekeeping all do a great job

As the cheaper brand of Meliá it's a fine hotel, the bed is comfortable, the room was very clean and quiet. The staff is friendly, helpful and always available. Is very close to public transport, restaurants and the clock tower.

Good hotel in the old town of Prague. Staff is very friendly, rooms are clean, breakfast has nearly everything you can ask for. Parking is quite tricky, because the entrance/exit of the hotel garage is super narrow (be prepared for a constant sound of your park distance control)

Cozy, clean and modern looking hotel tucked away in the quiet street of downtown Prague. Few positives aside from location: room with all you need, AC (a tad noisy when it turns on though), safe, spacious room and bathroom, good lighting and comfortable bed. Few negatives: poor sound isolation from the hallway, fridge that isn't cold/cooling, pillows could be more comfortable/smaller, no place to hang towels in the bathroom without having to squat under the sink or step into a wet shower to hang them on the rack there.

I just loved this hotel! Staff is really friendly, rooms, even though I didn't stayed in a superior room, look like them. They are modern, clean, with everything you need (mini fridge, safe, amenities, wifi). The hotel restaurant, Home, where, by the way, you can have a hearty buffet breakfast every morning, brings the perfect mix between traditional Czech cuisine and modern. The selection of wines is superb. Great spot to have a cup of tea or a gin and tonic! The hotel is just 10 minutes walking from the old town square. For me it was the perfect location. If you like shopping malls, Palladium is 3 minutes away. If you're using public transport to arrive from the airport, you can take 119 bus and 26 tram, a 50 min journey

We seem to keep gravitating towards the Meliá brand Hotels wherever we travel for their hospitality, cleanliness, free room mini bar, on site restaurants and great price points. This location in Prague Old Town did not disappoint. The staff at check in was extremely friendly. Our room was small but met our needs for only one night. Very clean and comfortable beds. Room service food from the hotel restaurant was amazing. We highly recommend this hotel.

Okay, location is good. Very close to tram station and national museum. Staff was friendly. But I had a few issues. They gave me a bed number and sheet was smelling like urine. So I took the upper bed. When someone walks in the room, bed was shaking like earthquake. And also I found an acarid in the bed. Thanks God it didn't bite me. And room was so hot, no air conditioning or fan. Room was large and shinning.
