This is a ‘diamond’ of a hotel! Discreetly positioned on a quite night time side street in Smichov district near to the river but also very close to a tram stop and easy walking to the Metro station. No bar or restaurant but not needed, lots of ‘local’ eateries close by. Breakfast is a mix of continental and English with a touch of Czech! Staff are amazing, reception staff go above and beyond expectations. I’ve frequented this place for a number of years and despite needing some renovation it’s excellent in every way. 10/10 to all the staff.

Honestly, it's great. Nice room, good location (right next to staropramen brewery), comfiest of beds. And as vegans (sorry to harp on, but it helps others like us) they were super helpful with the breakfast, providing alternatives and telling us what wasn't suitable. Great hotel at a decent price.

Coffee, creamer etc. Not topped up. Card key to bedroom door constantly not working, so had to keep going back to reception.

Nice quiet hotel, outside the crazy busyness of the centre of Prague. A 10 minute tram trip into the centre though. Lots of great restaurants around it and its opposite the Staropramen brewery and museum. Clean modern rooms and a good selection of breakfast available

Very near the Staropramen brewery, Potrefena Husa restaurant and Vltava river.

Still not sure, of this is indeed a four star hotel. Good location, but consider the huge brewery right in front of the hotel. Certainly needs a renovation, but for a couple of nights it's ok

The hotel indicated online that they offer luggage storage. When the gentleman in the lobby asked us to pay, he asked for €10?! for a few hours of storage and instructed my friend to provide his full name and ID number...Never again!

The hotel itself was awesome and very comfy. The location was fine. The side street (with a bad smelling beer factory) was quieter than the busier tourist areas, but close enough to Andel and the old town. The only downside is that we didn't get a free parking spot, like they promised...

Beautiful and clean, very friendly and helpful staff . Just off the main road but situated perfectly for all public transport. I will definitely be returning there

Nice hotel, everything was clean, so can't complain. A couple of small negatives being, our room was not cleaned on the first day, and only 4 fried eggs are put out at breakfast at a time, meaning people are waiting for new eggs to be put out at times and you feel rude taking 2 eggs. Other than that it's fine, it lacks quite a few facilities which you would expect a 4 star hotel to have.

Old Hotel, dirty carpets, horrible decorating. The staff is nice, basic breakfast, they only offer small plates so ppl can't take more? Not sure the reason behind that.

Nice hotel. Reception staff very friendly and helpful. Location is a little out of the way, but is close to a bunch of restaurants, and a tram stop(12 & 20) for access to the wider city. Strong smells for the Staropramen brewery opposite which is a +ve or -ve depending on your love of fine pilsners 😉

The hotel offers a bed and breakfast service. There is no restaurant, bar or lounge. The building formally was housing for local workers. The hotel is down a side street that doesn't look that inviting (see photograph) but don't be put off. The hotel is within a ten minute walk from the bus station and Metro. You can jump on a tram which is a five minute walk away. There are two tram numbers (12 and 20) that will take you to Charles Bridge. The hotel is lovely inside and has an element of character. The building is now overlooked by a large office block and you can see it's staff working at desks as you can see in my photograph below. The rooms have a small fridge with a mini bar. Rooms also have a safe. Our room was very clean and comfortable. There is a Court Yard in the centre of the building and some rooms have their own balcony. The staff are very approachable and helpful. Reception is open 24/7 so if you are on a very late flight you can check-in with no arrival limit. If visiting Prague again I would return to this hotel.

Absolutely brilliant experience, from the moment we got there the gentleman on reception (whom it seemed never left his position) was polite, extremely helpful and friendly. Nothing seemed too much trouble for him to help. Air conditioning in the room was great, very little noise, the cleaning staff were great as were the breakfast selection and staff on hand. Genuinely can't think of anything bad about our stay. Already looking at booking to go back either later this year or a couple of times next year - loved it.

Nothing fancy. It is warm, the rooms are clean and nice. In the bathroom we had a bath, which was very nice. The view is bad. On breakfast there were barely any vegetables so for vegans the only food availabe was honey and jam and some apples and grapes. The staff is nice. It is a few minutes walk from Metro and from the tram stop. Not in the city centre but close enough. There are some bars with beer nearby. There is no gym, nor swimming pool in this hotel. It is a bit funny that it really has 4 stars but as we have bought the room on a promotion we had a good value for money.

Constant noise from the beer factory from across the street even during the night - bad for sleeping. Poor WiFi. Issue with hot water in the shower.

Nothing to complain! Good location, cozy interior, kinda vintage but I don’t mind. The room was warm enough with two heaters in the room and one in the bathroom. I felt like staying in someone’s house. All staffs were super friendly, especially the lady in the reception (who was on the phone as well) was very welcoming and sweet. Also, it’s a dog friendly hotel. For a dog, 300CZK extra per a night and my dog truly enjoyed the hotel too :) Thank you!
