This is not a hotel, but a scam and extortion of money. Even though I paid in advance I didn't manage to get into it. I was there quite early - around 17:00, but the reception was closed. On the door, I found instructions on how to complete the quest thatin order to get into the courtyard. I was required to install some applications on my smartphone, register, send screenshots of documents and make phone calls. This is not very convenient on the street in the rain with a discharged smartphone. It was not possible to get help from the staff - I had to rent another hotel. They didn’t want to return the money either - a rude Russian manager who refused to introduce herself advised me to charge my smartphone in advance. The money was returned only with the help of Booking

I have to share my children experience with that hotel. During the say in hotel from hotel parking (extra paid 50 Euro) our bicycles have been stolen. Althouth this was secure parking with cameras hotel did not take any responisbility for it. They completely ignored two teenagers, oh sorry they gave them a bottle of wine to came they down. They did not help them to sort out the issue and problem, hotel manager avioded any contact with my chooldren. We do not recommed this hotel. Moreover they did not give teenagers any receipt, any bill thinking that teenagres do not know the rules and law. We will problably have to report it to tax office as luckily they paid by card.

Outstanding service from the gentleman at reception. He made our stay so comfortable, and any question or need we had was answered or seen to immediately. The room was lovely, plenty of space and a useful little kitchen. We did have to ask for fresh towels and the sheets weren't changed but as we didn't stay long, that wasn't an issue. The proximity to Old Town was brilliant and the surrounding bars/resturants were great too- just be ready for the walk up the hill to get back, it knackered us by the end of our stay!

Location are perfect. The apartments are nice(I think it is all IKEA), simple and clean. Staff are friendly. There is no breakfast, but you can have breakfast at one of the many coffee shops and bakery just outside the door, or do it yourself in the kitchen(Tesco are 3 min. away). Metro and other Public transport are also a few minutes away.

We were disappointed to begin with when we noticed this isn't really a true hotel. There is no lobby; It's a staircase with hotel rooms. The location would be nice for a long stay in Prague, but we were only there for a couple days, in which case it was quite inconvenient to be so far away from the center. The worst part was that a couple items were stolen from our room. Looks like there is one cleaning lady and her method involves taking things that are left inside your suitcase so you "wont notice". Pay extra attention to that if you end up here! Pros are that it was very clean and had a well-equipped kitchenette.

We spent in this hotel only a few hours that we had to burn before a night flight. We booked it the same day for 1 night for a ridiculously cheap price. We got a triple room. The room was surprisingly modern and clean. Very basic, but with all the essentials things in order and even a small kitchenette equipped with a stove and microwave. Would totally recommend for anyone seeking cheap, clean accommodation with all the amenities, if they don't mind walking a bit to the main city activities.

This is a horrible hotel. Rooms are not as advertised. If you reserve a two bed superior suite you will be provided with a very small one double size bed. We decided not to stay because we needed two beds, the hotel charged the full weeks stay and would not refund the stay. Also note, parking costs $30 USD per night. Do not reserve you Prague stay here.

The worst hotel in the world!!! I have paid for a room, but I did not get any room! There was no attendant to help me, so I booked a new room in other hotel! The most important is no refund!

Overall great. Clean and spacious suites with a small kitchen and a fridge. Two doors between the bed and the hallway, so it's quiet. Great value for the money. Not exactly in the epicenter of the city but still great, so if you don't mind walking a bit more or using the metro that's 2 minutes away, this is a great place to stay. The reception works only 10:00-16:00, otherwise there is a hotline to help you.

Great place with, that is very clean and spacious. You get the key in an app, which is great for late arrivals. Locatian is very good as well, Nice Neighbourhood with good bars and restaurants, yet there is no issue in terms of noise.

Wow, what a fantastic stay I had at this hotel! The kitchenette may be unfinished, but the real star of the show is the broken tap in the kitchen. Talk about a thrilling adventure! But don't worry, the hotel staff is more than ready to fix it and save the day. And let's talk about the beds, they're super comfy and even have torn legs, just adding to the charm! The rooms are not only spacious, but they are also blessedly silent with no street sounds to disturb your beauty sleep. And best of all, the rooms are warm tempered, finally! No more shivering in the middle of the night. The seating space is great, the fridge is perfectly sized, and the rooms can fit two people comfortably. It's the first place I've been to in the world that has warm rooms and I am so grateful for it. If you're looking for a fun, quirky stay, this is the place for you!

Over rated and to say it's a suite gives the wrong impression. From the description we thought we were getting a large suite with a double be and two singles. So there would be multiple rooms. A proper batulhroom and kitchenette with a terrace. How wrong we were. One small hotel room with a standard double bed only. Yes it had a great terrace twice the size of the so called suite. Its the first hotel suite I've been in, with no telephone, no air conditioning and they had blocked all mirroring or casting to the tv. We booked second room same price category etc however it had no terrace so it was more like a small oven..

Lovely rooms, lovely building. Clean, spacious and helpful staff. Nicely situated about 10 minute stroll from city centre and 5 minutes from tram stop.

The only problem that I saw was people had a difficult time getting checked in after hours. Eventually you will get through it but when you are new to there, it can be a bit scary wondering. Be sure and have the after hours number with you. I believe it is posted at the call box but not sure. Otherwise excellent, windows seal up so no street noise. We couldn't even hear churchbells going off less than a block away. Perfect location. Good eats at reasonable prices within a 1 block radius. St. Wens square 3 blks away or so. They are big blocks though. Good safe area. Will go there again.

Excellent accommodation. Clean, spacious, comfortable beds, nice bathroom and a kitchenette. Only twenty minutes walk to the Old Town (down hill) and a number 22 tram back. It's far enough away from the tourist trap places, so local bars and restaurants are full of local people and the prices reflect that. I would definitely recommend this property and will stay here again when I return to Prague.

Very practical, clean and perfectly located hotel. Managers very friendly and always accommodating. Definitely a place we will chose if coming back to Prague and already sharing it with friends for considering. 👌
