The hotel was amazing even with more amazing staff! We had a great treatment from the beginning to the end. However, after being in the hotel for an hour, some other guests actually entered our room! There was confusion and mistake in their system. This was very quickly resolved and we got a free drink at the bar as a compensation. Even tho I had to ask for that. The hotel breakfast isn't too good, that is why I'm going to give only 4 stars. We got better breakfast even on a ferry. The bread wasn't fresh and the selection wasn't too good. However for the price I should not complain. This hotel has one of the cheapest prices of rooms in Prague. Their rooms are modern, the water pressure is AMAZING and we did not get disturbed by other guests at night. Wonderful experience! Even the cleaning ladies were ever so pleasant and helpful.

Fantastic stay at Hotel Duo. The hotel is approximately 15 mins away from the Old Town and is very convenient. The service, bar, breakfast and dinner were lovely and I would highly recommend to anyone staying in Prague to book here. Made our trip very special.

Great hotel. Pedro, Medo and Tyson couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, ample size. It's out of town but there is a metro station across the road so no big deal. They even put a cool little birthday cake in our room for when we arrived. I'll stay there again when I'm Prague, it felt safe and well run, very happy with it.

The location is good if you have a car , the only inconvenience is you have to pay 20 euro pro night for parking. But considering the price on the room hotel , it was affordable, excellent service for a good price. The breakfast buffet was delicious and diverse. I celebrated my birthday in Prag and they surprised me with a little treat, I really loved it

It was an extraordinary hotel. The staff were all good and the ambiance. Chris and Pavel made an extreme service in the bar and restaurant in food and Mood. We had a small chitchat with the manager named Pedro and he's so funny! We will recommend this Hotel to all our friends and family. Thank you!

My stay at the hotel was absolutely great. I had originally planned to check in at 3:00 PM, but I must express my gratitude for the exceptional help provided by Kirill S, which allowed me to get my room earlier than expected. The room was clean and comfortable, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations.

Very bad feeling, On December 10th, 19 :47, I went to lobby bar asking one male bartender ,location of gym, and he answered me ,if you want order coffee or beer is right here, you want know anything about gym, go to reception. I feel very bad service, he is not busy, the bar is empty without any guest, really do not appreciate his attitude.
