The location is good but there are better hotels very close by. My room was noisy, only had one of the two curtains and we had to use a blanket wedged in the window to block some of the light out. The plug to the hairdryer was directly below the sink which I thought wasn't that great an idea and the breakfast was very mediocre. Also the staff vacuuming the hallway at 7.15am was a nice touch. I wouldn't recommend this place at all.

The bed was very uncomfortable. As soon as we sat on it, our whole body just sank. The pillows were also ridiculously flat. It was like as if we were not using any pillow at all. The sink in the bathroom was very small. You can hardly brush your teeth without making a mess. The staff was also very lost and slow. We checked in after the check in time but apparently our room was not ready. We had to wait 20 mins for our room to be finalised. We were not given any toilet paper and had to walk down to reception to ask for one. Receptionist did not even know how to open storage room and we were given half used toilet paper. Next day, room service failed to give us toilet paper and the exact same thing happened again. The staff were nice but they seem to lack knowledge about the place they are working at. Decent location 15-20 mins walk to major attractions. There is also lift available for guests with large luggages. The room we received was also quite big.

You have to return your key every time you leave the hotel. I have never had to do this before so was uncomfortable with that. The TV did not work and no attempts made to repair or give us a room with a working TV. WiFi connection was poor. No do not distribute signs so the cleaner came in while we were asleep. The hotel is very central. It is clean and provides a Map for vistors.

Really nice Hotel! The location was perfect. The price is also good. We got a really big room which was also very clean. The only thing that might bother some people is the ambulances and fire trucks driving by a lot, but with earbuds in I heard nothing. The staff is friendly.

The hotel is located in a great place in comparison to main sights and the train station, easy to find which was great. We arrived very early in the morning so were able to drop our bags and get changed which we appreciated. However when we came back to check in there had been a bit of a mix up and the female receptionist gave us the wrong key, leading us to walk into someone else's room whilst they were in there (embarrassing for both of us), after a few minutes of another member of staff shouting at the receptionist and us feeling very awkward we finally got our correct keys and got checked into a large room which was nice. The room had a private bathroom, fridge and hairdryer which was a bonus, and there was good wi-fi. Other than our issue checking in, this place was good and just what we needed for one nights stay in this lovely city.

A nice canal view if you are in the grand canal room. However there is no elevator in the hotel and most of the rooms are in the second floor. And, there are two bridges to go from the place of check-in. And, if you gonna to leave your luggage in the check-in counter, there are another two floors to climb. The breakfast is basic bread and butter, but the bread tastes good.

Service: 0 stats, they are horrible with costumers, the last night i spent there the reception worker organized a party at 3:00am at the yard where the room Window was looking. (rooms dont have cold air btw so Window must be open) and they woke me up and i couldnt sleep for an hour because their singing and constant loud noise. Clean: 3 stats, not perfectly clean but acceptable Location: 3-4 stars its 15-20min walking from the nearest tourism zone. The best thing is that its cheap

We didn't get the room we had paid for. We paid for a room with double bed and a toilet and we didn't get them. We had a room with 5-6 single beds and no tv, no shower, no toilet. We had let the hotel know that we will be there about 10pm and still they gave our room away and made us stay in that unpleasant room. Customer service was bad as well. Didn't get any refund. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.

    - When you arrive at the hotel before the arrival time, you can put your luggage in the breakfast room that is totally INSECURE. Anybody can go with your baggage at any time. - Staff : Staff was ok but one of them was very very bad. She is not looking you while talking: She even didn't know the timetable of the breakfast. I came to the reception for asking, she wasn't looking at me. 2 man of the hotel came up and she started talking with them. I was getting bored so i made her understand and still i had to wait for her answer " Breakfast is at 8 " . Yes but until ??? The lady that get the breakfast ready was verry impolite. She doesn't even say you hello. - Breakfast : For the first time we decided to take the breakfast with my girlfriend for 3 euro per day. IT WAS DISGUSTING. for 3 € a day your can get much much much better in PRAGUE. Only bad toast with Knacki and frozen Boon and carott, very difficult to eat. You only have the choice of jam of butter to n pput on your bread. Luckily we had a good restaurant in prague after that to get the day better. - Room : We paid 171 € for 3 night including BAD breakfast. But the price is TOO MUCH expensive for the quality of room we got. Economic room is very bad, very small and you don't have any space to move. BEDs are too bad, you can feel the metal on you, my girfliend couldn't even sleep. Sheets were dirty when we arrive ( see pictures below) Bathroom was OK. I was really disappointed to get a room like that for 50 € per night. Newt time i'll go to an Hostel if i want the same rooms. We could hear everything that was happening in the hotel and in the others rooms.

This hotel is alright for a short stay, but the lack of a safe, good WiFi and no free breakfast made the experience rather difficult. The showers were very poor, as anything over 1 minute or have the shower on would flood the bathroom floor and allow water to flow into the room. If you were to take maybe a 10-15 minute shower, the whole of the flier and anything on it would have been soaking wet. The toilet paper was also like sand paper, due to it literally being Tesco value toilet paper. If I was to visit Prague again I would stay somewhere else.
