For the price you cant grumble, very small rooms but okay as a city break as you don't really spend time in it. I do have a couple of issues. The Male receptionist I believe mainly does the night shift is so rude, we were put in our first room and the mattress was disgusting I complained and got moved to another room. We were told we had to move out that room again in the morning and go back after the mattress had been changed. The receptionist then said in the morning they didn't have a new mattress so we had to then move into a different room. So couldn't really get settled. The breakfast is standard. But the cleanliness of the whole hotel leaves a lot to be desired

The rooms are basic but clean. The facility did not have any fancy frills but the building appeared to be in sound order. Frequently, you could see cleaning staff attending to different areas of the hotel which leads me to believe keeping it clean is a priority for them. Staff were very courteous, helped acquaint me with the area, and booked tours for me. The breakfast was good and at 5 Euros, well-priced. All in all, for the budget traveler who doesn't need unnecessary frills, this hotel provides excellent value for money. I would stay here again.

Very good accommodation for given price. Yes, rooms are really small (basically just bed with one piece of small furniture) but again - it's cheap. And it's not bad at all. Room was clean and even with air conditioning. We also had private bathroom. WiFi was stable and fast enough.

The room was small but sufficient, it was a little bit too hot but I'm guessing the AC can't be controlled. But after sightseeing all day in arctic temperatures I didn't mind it. Breakfast was tasty and included. The reception staff was helpful with a map of Prague and recommendations for where to go. The major criticism would be the very thin walls, a person staying next door was snoring very loudly and it did mean I didn't sleep well. Handy to be near tram stops as the area this hotel is in is not very pretty but Old Town and where the castle are situated are stunning. I wouldn't stay at this hotel for more than 1-2 nights max but for a short stay it does the job and is what it says on the tin.

Had a great experience here. The room we stayed in was indeed small, but very cozy and pleasant. The staff was ever so pleasant and very quick to help us with our every need. There are good restaurants and shops nearby, and with a single tram you can get to the center in under 15 min. Only suggestion would be for one or two wall mounted shelves. All in all, when we come back to prague we will revisit this hotel as well.

Tiny is an underestimation. A bed with 3½ walls around it and just barely enough space to open the bathroom door. The cheapest furniture that one can find, with the scratches of long use. Incredibly loud AC that you hear through the walls. No blinds, and the window faces another window of the same building. Quite awkward to know someone can watch you sleep. The breakfast was the worst i've had at a hotel yet. Dry bread, a tiny selection and the "orange juice" tasted like water with a bit of colour thrown in. The breakfast space is in the basement and it's quite cold, the chairs are uncomfortable as well. I'll give it a second star for being cheap and close to the metro, but would still strongly advise to spend a bit more for a more comfortable experience.

We were very happy with the hotel, the rooms are small however the clue is in the name of the hotel. We had enough space to sleep and get showered and changed and that is pretty much all we used our hotel for. The staff were helpful, breakfast wasnt to our taste so we could have done without booking breakfast however overall we enjoyed our stay and the tram stop was just a short walk away.

Everything you need ~ Friendly, helpful staff 24 hour desk; hot powerful shower; comfortable bed; good buffet breakfast with choice of hot and cold food. Easy to get to the airport and centre by tram and metro. The Modern Art Museum is just a block away. You can get a bus to the amazing Prague Zoo direct from the metro station about 6 minutes walk. Very near parks which overlook the city and have open air restaurants and beer gardens. Small rooms, but that is what keeps the price down.

My wife & I found the hotel to be in a nice area. Nice & clean with pleasant staff who spoke good English. Plenty of bars & restaurants within easy walking distance and about 30 mins walk into Prague centre. Tram stops nearby and tickets available at the hotel reception. The hotel name gives the room sizes away. Probably not the ideal bed layout, but a good size double bed in our room which was comfortable. Our room was on the ground floor and the only noise was from people coming & going, very little noise from outside. OK for a short stay on a budget.

It is a modern budget hotel which offers a very good cost benefit ratio. It has a nice decoration and social area close to the reception with free tea, coffea and water. The 4-people room is spacious, clean and has a nice furniture. Breakfast can be bought extra for 5 EUR and was very delicious with many different options of cold and warm dishes. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful! It is far way from the city center and the surrounding area is not beautiful at all. Nevertheless trams and subway aren't far away. The breakfast area should have its chairs and tables replaced. They are not appropriated at all.

The hotel has what you need, yes the rooms are compact but you only sleep in them. The rooms are clean and the beds are really comfortable. Breakfast was a choice of hot and cold food and the location was great to catch a tram. Staff are really friendly and helpful.

We stayed last October and it was really good. But we have just spent 5 nights there and a big change. Water was cold. Had to ask for towels and toilet paper and room was not cleaned only by me. When I complained I was told that room was only cleaned if we asked and towels and toilet paper given. I have recommended this place to many people but not any more. We were not offered any compensation, not even a free breakfast. We are very disapointed. The manager Michaela is lovely but she was away on holiday but I think she would be horrified
