HORRIBLE HOTEL. Insanely hot. Probably around 38 degrees Celsius in the room. While it was 34 outside. We were cooking. And the traffic noise is horrible. And continues the whole night. It gets a bit better after 2:00 but you still need earplugs. You cant open window because its to noisy. But if you close window its so damn hot. Either way you will not sleep. The people at the check-in are horrible too, not friendly at all. Only the young guy was OK. The others, not friendly at all. They dont like to help you with any questions and not friendly to kids. They look annoyed when my kids where just playing and laughing. Really stupid people.

(Translated by Google) Poor food. It can be seen that it lasts for 3-5 days. The room is fine but the mattresses are a little uncomfortable and the pillows thin. The location is really good. I wouldn't come here again and I wouldn't recommend it anyway. There are better hotels. (Original) Loša hrana.Može se vidjeti da stoji po 3-5 dana.Stalno žaljenje drugih gostiju na sitnice. The worst hotel in Prague. Dirty, old and hot rooms. No air conditioning. The electricity in some rooms stopped working for a few hours. You can hear everything from the next room. The rooms and bathrooms are not the same as the photos they advertise, in reallity are worse. Unfiendly and stupid staff. Don't be seduced by its location. Any part of Prague is good. It will take you 10-15 minutes walking to go where you want. Wherever you are. They do not put the air conditioning in ANY part of the hotel. Neither in the common areas, nor in the rooms. It is a true OVEN. Keep in mind that the floor of the rooms is carpeted, which makes it very hot, and you can see ants on it too. Outside 30º, inside your room 38º you won't be able to sleep any night. The f4t blonde girl with a tattoo in her arm at the reception is the most stupid in town. She never greets anyone, she always has a disgusting face and talks to you grudgingly, as if she doesn't like her work. If that's the problem girl, go away! There are many people out there prepared and more willing to work than you. The first day we saw that the sheets in the rooms were dirty (hair of all kinds) and we kindly asked for a room change. She didn't even look at us. She yelled at us that room changes are IMPOSSIBLE (It must be the only hotel in the world where they don't). She probably didn't want to work, because a delivery man had just delivered her McDonald's menu and she wanted to eat it. I DO NOT recommend Legie Hotel. It has the worst staff (the only nice ones were the curly-haired boy and his partner, a blonde girl with straightened hair and a good presence) The rest ones will not solve any of your problems, there is NO air conditioning in the whole hotel, the rooms are not cleaned between clients (or they are cleaned badly) and the photos of the rooms you book do not match the actual rooms. The bathroom is like a prison. Is old and the shower cortain dirty yellow as you can see in the photos I post here.

(Translated by Google) Hotel location office, except for constant traffic noise. The rooms are fine, but the mattresses and pillows are cheap and uncomfortable. The food tastes like standing for 3-5 days, tasteless and hard. The staff are a little unkind, the maids are not doing their job well. Constant complaining about the little things. When it is curtain free, showering is impractical. (Original) Lokacija hotela uredu, izuzet stalnoj buci prometa.

Clean and comfy with friendly staff. This is not a five star hotel but has everything you need for your stay. Clean beds, bathroom with shower and toilets and a hairdryer. Conveniently located for metro I P Pavlova and local trams. If your expecting more this is probably not for you. It can be noisy as it’s on a busy street and the walls are thin ( just pack ear plugs and you’ll sleep fine ) if it’s hot open the windows for 20 mins before you want to sleep then shut them again or you get the road noise. There’s no bar or social area for nights but it’s a five mini walk to the main square so plenty of options for activities and food and drink. Overall happy with our stay and would use again.

(Translated by Google) The best thing about the hotel is its location near the center. The rooms are older, some appliances did not work and were not repaired during my stay there. The balcony cannot be accessed even though it is there. Cleaners do not throw away all the trash except the one that fits in the small bin. The mattresses and pillows are uncomfortable. Staff complain of minor noises.

340€ for three nights of meh. There were spider webs behind the bed, 1 outlet for the entire room, broken desk lamp, water reeks of chlorene, I doubt the floor was cleaned thoroughly, ancient windows had loose handles that were far apart so it was hard to close, leaky shower (better not put your clothes on the floor), toilet paper was pretty bad, room service never came to clean the room, receptionist didn't know where my country was, insisted it was another country, had to change ip to access internet because outdated system. Breakfast featured sub-par food that was passable - orange juice, breads, meat, veggies, ect. Though every day the breads got staler and staler so make of that what you want. Honestly this was the saving grace of the hotel. Also didn't have parking, had to use neighboring hotels parking lot. It's located in a bad part of neighborhood. Small elevator made it very hard to fit more than 4 ppl at once. Over all - 3/10 f F***** scam for the price.

The room was very large and included multiple beds with a nice bathroom. It had a very beautiful view of Prague and was cheap for what we got. The room could have been kept a little better but for the price you couldn't ask for any more plus it was in a great location and allowed for cheap and easy travel throughout the city.

(Translated by Google) In the center of Prague, if you are light then from the airport you can take the bus 119 to the end and take the metro to the green line and go to the museum stop then transfer to the red line and get to the Pavlova metro at the next stop, the ticket price for the total bus and metro is 40 CZK , the hotel itself since the time of Czechoslovakia)) but then the price for 4 nights with breakfast is 125 dollars, while you go to almost any place on foot saving on transport (Original)

I did not have access to leave feedback on the booking.com, but luckily I can do it here :) A nice apartment in the center of Prague - that is the main plus of that place. The hotel looks like being taken from the previous century and it could be used as an advantage, but unfortunately the last renovation probably was done in the previous century as well. Some images on the booking looked much better than what we could see in our room. It was clean, bedding and towels looked fresh, but the furnitures definitely should exchanged for new, especially the window. In addition, there was a problem with the toilet and the flush toilet did not work well. When it comes to the hotel service, they seem to be kind, but when I checked in I felt like a receptionist is not so happy to serve me. What is worth to mention, there is no air conditioning, thus it is really hot in the summer, but there would be no problem if you come back to the room only in the night to sleep. Last, but not least, if you do not want the hotel service to come in and clean up (or just exchange the towels? I do not know what alse they do, but definitely do not vacuum or so), put a tag on the door „do not disturb”. As I figured out, if you do not put a tag, then it means you want them to come in. To sum it up, if the room is only for a night or two, it should work in my opinion. Also if the room is only for a sleep and the rest of the day you are planning to be outside – I recommend that place. The location is really great and you do not need to use a metro or other means of communication, as you are already in the center of the Prague. Prices seem to be very good comparing to the conditions. What is important: remember not to base your expectations on the pictures available at the website, because the reality is not as luxurious :)

It is indeed a bit annoying that a room for four is only with a double bed. The room is a bit small, which is not necessarily a bad thing but it is not a hotel to stay there. The WiFi is also pretty bad, calls are not possible with this WiFi, the room is getting cleaned daily but the bathroom is small and doesn't always have a window or air conditioner. The nights can be pretty loud

Great location and nice and helpful staff, but rooms standard is not too good. Hotel could definitely use refreshing. This didnt bother us too much, as we only stayed 2 nights with only sleeping in the room, but longer stay wouldn't be too pleasant.

Very good location in the center near the red metro line. Despite the price it seems like the hotel is Frozen in 80s. The great view to the castle is hidden by the misted out windows. I had to change the key card but it still opens a lock from forth try. It is pretty cold in the the room because of the very old windows. There is no water and no kettle on the room. I had to ask the reception to boil the water to take hot medicine. They asked me where is my glass :).

It's a typical 3star hotel. Clean, staff were friendly and helpful, however when on a break I feel the hotel is a base to sleep and no more but the walls are paper thin, you can hear everyone talking in the other rooms or the TV on, the beds were like sleeping on a straw bed, mattress was very uncomfortable and not very deep, the one pillow that was given fely like it had been filled with cotton wool balls, it was so lumpy and thin that we had to fold it in half for to actually resemble a pillow. The decor was out dated but adequate. Breakfast was the same continental type which was OK however the hot breakfast was hot dogs or Prague sausage. Fortunately we didn't mind that. On the whole I've given it 3 stars as its a 3 star hotel but only given it due to the location with was 5 minute walk from town Square

Horrible hotel! It was so hot and they can even get us a fan! Room was a good size but the bathroom needs a asap update! There wasn’t a shower head just a nozzle and tub to get in was very high not good for an older person. The location was not bad, not far from the attractions but is in a very busy and noise area if you leave the windows opens at night you won’t get any sleep! I do not recommend this hotel!

I personally wouldn't say this was a 3 star hotel. It is rather old, it's clean but the doors are old and you can hear people in other rooms! In the summer it's warm and we were fortunate to have a room at the rear. The road noise is excessive especially as you need to have the window open due to the heat! The breakfast is continental and ok. Staff have been ok. I wouldn't recommend this hotel because of the proximity to a main road, lack of air conditioning and the noise of other guests! Cheap but not very cheerful.

We stayed at Hotel Legie for two nights. We booked a double room really spontaneously and it was no problem at all! The staff welcomed us with open arms. The price was unbeatable for the central location, close to the city center. We particularly enjoyed the fact that breakfast was included in the price. The breakfast wasnt amazing, but good enough for the price. Didn’t really enjoy the watery coffee. The room was clean and comfortable. Would totally come back!

From outside this hotel looks horrible, looks like a bit of a dive, get inside and it's not actually much better. Reception staff are friendly enough, hotel it's self is OK as they say you get what you pay for. Room was OK bit old looking but great view from my window, bathroom and room clean. Breakfast was actually decent but dining room looked old and some cutlery had dried food on which puts you off. Location wise it's great lots to see and do around.

It was ok - the hotel is a bit old and you can hear other people in their rooms... not very pleasant... it'd be great to have AC in the room as it was really hot and you cannot open the windows as the hotel is in a busy/noise road... the room was clean though! Staff was ok. I would recommend this hotel if your stay is short and you're just gonna use the hotel at night as prices are affordable.

The hotel itself is not anything spectacular but it is well located not far from many attractions, directly across from a metro station and near many trams. The staff were friendly and held our bags for us before our room was ready. Our room was quite warm (I was here in the summer) and the walls were very thin. I could hear the neighboring rooms, although the other guests were not being overly loud.

  • 1/5 Malene N. 8 months ago on Google
Have never experienced worse service. There was a mistanke in my booking but the way I was treated and lied to was unforgivable. The mattress are thin and you can feel the springs, the one bed made so much noise when turning around at night that it made it hard to sleep. There was nu ac even tho it looked like a ventilation og some sort in the wall. To busy a street, so open Windows are not a posibility, they have sat a fan in the room but it sounded like stones in a blender before my husbond fixed it. Very thin walls so the neighbors (sounded like prostitudes that came and left all night and you could her men with them later) so dont visit at weekends.

Fantastic location. Just walking distance from all the attractions. The metro station IP Pavlova, is about a minutes walk. Very convenient. Excellent restaurant, U Graffu across the road. Very reasonable pricing and excellent traditional Czech cuisine. Now the cons! Not even a ceiling fan in the room which was quite comfortable though quite in the old school way. Very noisy if you get a room facing the metro below.

(Translated by Google) Quite nothing to himself. 3 stars. If you set yourself up for the idea that the hotel in Prague is just to have a place to lie down, relax and digest the beauty of the city, then it’s even good. Pros: center - I.P. Pavlova square, 10 minutes before the start of Wenceslas Square; metro, tram 100 meters away; the staff is Russian speaking and very helpful; decent continental breakfast, daily housekeeping, I had to extend my stay (there was a late check out), so it was only 25 euros !, opposite the hotel, the U Graffu restaurant is quite decent, and around the corner the famous U Kalicha with Schweik. Cons: it hurts a single room is small - between the bed and the table barely typed meter; the audibility of the neighboring rooms is amazing: the feeling that the neighbor is snoring in your bed, washing in your soul, sorry, sorry, your natural needs in your toilet; it is difficult to adjust the temperature of the water in the shower - either icy will pour, then boiling water; periodically no water was collected in the toilet bowl. But all these everyday little things are nothing compared to impressions of Prague! I can fully recommend (Original)

Not good service. Everytime when we weee leaving the room, we put the sign to make up our room and nothing was done when we back. In one of the mornings we just have one toilet roll in front of the room left on the floor. It wasn't very nice. Breakfast was OK. Location too. But service was very poor. Very basic. Sheets clean, room adequate.no tea coffee making, no iron. Hot water and shower head but no shower curtain or plug for bath. Breakfast ok. Cereals, fruit, semolina! Breads ( sweet and savoury) cheeses, processed meats( not to my liking ) salads! Typical European tea (weak) and passable coffee. Staff lovely. Very central place for walking all over the city. Our room had an incredible view, also promoted by the inside furniture and window. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. We had an issue at the check in as they could not find the booking but after 10-15 minutes everything was resolved. The position was great, we took the bus from the nearby bus stop which always took us everywhere we wanted. We only stayed one night so we didn't experience breakfast.
