I request the booking.com website to delist the bologna residence hotel name from their online booking list. The hotel is not ready yet after pandemic. the customers are being directed to another sister hotel which is not fair. Most importantly, they trick the customer by getting our confirmation because the customer cannot book another hotel but need to follow what bologna hotel will yell at last minute. This is a reminder for booking.com website to take immediate action.

Good stay, but a few bedside lights weren't working in the room which wasn't a big deal. Big Thanks to the very nice and kind vallet, he's an older man but gives a warm, and welcoming vibe, and is very helpful. And he's not accepting tips - protecting Europe from the toxic tipping culture :)

The hotel was nice and clean. Everything was as expected and the morning buffet was better than expected! The 5the star is because they had lactose free milk at the buffet. Good location near to center. Our room had a small kitchen - but we did not use it.

We stayed at this hotel in April, and everything was really lovely. Our two rooms were beautifully decorated and very cozy. The bathroom and kitchen were also excellent. The cleanliness was really top-notch. The breakfast was delicious as well. When we visit Prague next time, we will gladly choose this hotel again.

Hotel is ok, well cleaned and breakfast could be better, but It’s weird to be obliged to let the keys at the reception every time you leave the hotel… Location is super and it’s possible go to the most famous and visited places by walking. Parking space is a tragedy, so try to avoid going by car or be prepared to leave your car on the street or in a private garage 15 min by walking far from the hotel (+/- 20 euros/day).

Great location just 5 minutes away from Charles bridge which is a great tourist attraction, also within 10 minutes of a lot of Christmas markets perfect for December. Rooms were spacious and clean but quite hot. Television took about 10 minutes to turn on and never found any thing worth watching. Breakfast was very nice but could’ve gone on for an extra half hour. Amazing restaurant on site- all staff spoke perfect English and were very polite. Would definitely return and recommend.

The hotel is situated very centrally which makes things easier for tourists that wants to walk around. Rooms are clean and hot (which is great after a long day out in winter time) and the breakfast buffet has many options.

Not recommended. The worst sleep we've ever had. It's very noisy - windows are poorly insulated, you can hear everything thats happening on the street, walls are paper thin, any noise from.another room or the corridor will wake you up. The AC is not working.

Had a sad experience, urge others to be careful! Short version: There was damage to my car's rim that they don't want to take responsibility for. Long version: I used their service for parking. When I left the car to their service, they where very serious about inspecting the condition of the car and any damage. I've had the car since it was new and knew there was no rim damage, which their inspection also confirmed. When I collected the car after the service, no check was offered and at the reception my copy of the protocol was taken from me. I was a bit taken aback but was unfortunately silent and later saw that a rim was damaged. Have been in contact with the company and they take no responsibility.

Awesome showers, great water pressure and temperature control🙌🏽 Big rooms, with really comfortable beds with ample closet space and surface area to put your things. Excellent breakfast spread and attentive service. 5 minute walk to the center with plenty of options to eat nearby. Only downside was that someone was straight up chain smoking cigs in the room next to us so the whole hallway smelled like frustration and lung cancer — mentioned this to the staff and to no avail the hallway smelled just as bad the following day. Good value for money.

We went there as a 40+ people group. Although getting the rooms were slow, it is understandable in that numbers. Room was clean, everything worked. Interesting window insulation solution, vut we did not feel cold, so its ok.

Couldn't ask for a better location. Everything within walking distance. Kind staff, and a very good breakfast. If you arrive by car, make sure to reserve a parking space and arrive within the parking garage opening hours.

Everything was really great. We had a family room, and were skeptical at first if it would not be a bit too tight. But our room consisted of 2 separate rooms with 3 double beds, a small but adequate bathroom and a kitchen. The beds were amazingly comfortable. Breakfast was kept simple but in our opinion just right. Everything was included, from coffee to juices, eggs, cold meats, fruit, cakes, and more. Staff was super super friendly !! And the location just fantastic !! Everything was close by, 2 minutes away was the Old Town, Prague Castle, the Astronomical Tower and 2 minutes in the other direction the water with the Charles Bridge and the tourist area. :)

One of the worst hotels I’ve ever been to, the reviews on the hotel made it look luxurious when in reality it’s very outdated. The rooms were ok, they gave us an empty kettle with coffee on the side with no complimentary water bottles. The shower had no heater, which is hard because the weather was really cold at our time. The bathroom had no toiletries which is really strange for a 4-star hotel. The morning buffet is very small and crowded with furniture. The food was really simple and had no varieties (2 types of bread, cereals, cheese, bacon, eggs). The hotel walls are no thick which therefor makes sleeping at night hard because of the noise outside the hotel. Overall I wouldn’t recommend anyone to come to this hotel when in Prague because there are a lot of other hotels that are much better and within a suitable price range.

Very nice hotel! The staff are polite, our room is clean, the bed is comfy, the bathroom is clean and the breakfast buffet was excellent! When I go back to Prague, I will book this hotel again for sure! ❤️

We stayed at BOLOGNA during our holiday in Prague..it is located strategically in a great area with attractions easily accessible at a walking distance.. . Rooms & service were excellent & guests enjoy free breakfast during their stay at the property. Hotel staffs are helpful & welcoming. . Only drawback there can be a lot of noise on the streets outside from pepole enjoying out the way they like disrupting your sleep moments so if you are looking for a quiet place, the hotel is not the best in this category.

Hotel is mediocre, especially for this price. Everything looks like from maybe 1960? It was clean though, so that's a plus, there was working AC. I expected something better though for the price. It is okay to stay here I think, especially when you are planning to be mainly out in the city, but it could be better. The localization is very good, very close to interesting places, good restaurants in Prague, or the city centre. Food at breakfast (buffet) was not very great. There was pretty good choice of different foods, eggs, sausages, bread, something sweet, fruits, some different beverages. It is the kind of breakfast you can eat quickly for max. 2 or 3 days in a row, before going into the city, so it's enough for a weekend city break. Staff was very nice and polite, young people at the reception desk, no problem with talking in English. That's a big plus. The car is taken by the valet to the parking and you retrieve it after your stay at a determined hour, you can change it though. I don't know if it is possible to get it back during the stay and park again, but I think it shouldn't be a problem. The pin on Google Maps is around the building where the parking is (a gate in the building wall). It should be changed to the front of the hotel, as this is confusing and we were looking for it in a wrong place. Overall okay, not the decor though, the best aspect was young staff at reception with very good English. I don't think I will come here again, but for quick 2-3 nights it may be enough for some people.

Really nothing to complain about. From the outside it looks normal, when entering it is very nice and clean, the people who work there are very friendly and helpful, the classic style they have, I hope to stay because it seems unique and interesting, the rooms are very spacious, the food is buffet style and varied, the internet is very fast and the hotel is centrally located🤗 (p.s: I think I could even sleep in the bathroom how big it is!)

Hotel is a shabby chic, breakfast was good. Dragon's customer service was exceptional. Its why I gave this a 4 star however we had two issues, but both were attended to, 1st one there was an awful smell in the room on one of the days and they had no one to deal with the issue overnight however the issue was dealt with in the morning (it was the fridge) 2nd issue was the moving toilet seat which was also fixed upon request

Rooms were okay, needs a lick of paint in some spaces, the rooms do come with small kitchenettes with a refrigerator, but ours had a big clump of ice inside due to not being shut properly, but it was still functional. The bathroom was slightly outdated but not dirty or shabby. The location and service were simply great, the included breakfast also has some very lavish options available. After a slight booking issue (the room was booked twice and the credit card was reserved for a double payment), they moved quickly to resolve this, unfortunately it couldn't be resolved immediately because we arrived outside of business hours, but it was resolved first thing in the morning. Unfortunately the hotel's parking garage was already full when we were booking ahead of arrival (around noon), and we had ro use public parking options, but the staff was very helpful in helping us make an informed decision. The location is incredibly good, right in the center of old town Prague, but a few blocks away from the extremely busy streets and streams of tourists, a welcome retrieve from the buzz of the city.

Nice hotel and the service was great. The breakfast was good and had different options. Charles bridge is like 7 min walking distance from the hotel. Perfect place to stay if you have an electric car, because you can charge the car at the hotel. I’m definitely going back!

The front desk staff were very friendly. We had a 2 room suite for our family of four. Our 2 room suite plus a kitchen. One of the rooms had a very comfy king size bed and a twin bed. The breakfast buffet had a large variety of cold and hot food. Great location in the old town, less than 10 minute walk to old town square. Highly recommend.

Very friendly staff, spacious rooms that are clean and comfy, nice-to-have features like double bathrooms and private terraces included depending on the room. Slept well. Reception that is manned 24/7 and a vending machine means one is always prepared. The devil is in the details however- the breakfast options are limited and taste stale, walls are so thin that you can hear your neighbors as if they'd be next to you (Which, to be fair, they literally were) and the rooms were not cleaned again during our stay (2 nights). Still, sleeping and staying was nice, especially as it is in the heart of Prague's old town, so if you are only looking for a place to stay while you explore the city, you could do a lot worse. I recommend to visit the Café just down the street next to a distinct tree to have breakfast. 4/5
