I’m immensely upset about the horrifying fact that all the rooms have still bedbugs in them. Hostel Rosemary hasn’t done anything about this unbearable issue. If you have the opportunity to stay somewhere else please do not hesitate.

I'm extremely devestated because of the bedbugs found in many of our beds. I have just seen comments from last August complaining about the same problem, and it's clear that the hostel hasn't done anything in order to solve this situation.

FULL OF BEDBUGS!!! I read the previous comments sadly after our stay and I found that this is a problem since september 2020. The worst hostel I have ever been! There was only one bathroom for the whole dorm, and the room was not properly cleaned, under the beds were moldy food. Unacceptable!

OmG, that's the worst hostel I've ever been. First, the furniture is very old there, especially beds. If you make some movements while sleeping, you will wake up all people in the room. Second, the hostel doesn't provide you with towels, you have to buy them. They also don't have hair dryer which means you either have to have your own or don't have a shower at all. It is also very cold there, the battery is always switched off. And the cleaning lady always opens windows everywhere, so you will definitely freeze on the mornings. I came there and I was very healthy, then I spent there 3 days, and now I caught cold. Fourth, their WiFi doesn't work in rooms. So, if you really need WiFi, you will need to go downstairs and stay next to the reception because this is the only place where wifi works. I had to work one day, and I couldn't do it, I had to leave this hostel even before my scheduled departure because of horrible wifi. Fifth, they don't have lockers for wardrobe, you have to bring your own with you. Otherwise, you need to leave your valuable belongings in main train station, or carry with you. The only advantage is location, it is in the city center close to the main train station and Vaclav square.

Bed bugs! Sooo many bed bugs!! You should not visit this hostel because we found out that this is a reoccuring problem. Please be careful! I think you don't want to bring these bedbugs home... (leaky pot, food under the bed:(()

Just spent 2 night in here and got cheapest price around prague! (8,5€/night)! I stay in 6 bunk bed for female. The location is perfect. Only 500 meters from bus/train station and 800 meter to old town/city center. I would like to recomend this place!9,5/10!👋🏻

A good and affordable hostel. I booked the 5bed with mix bathroom, the first night, the room next door was very noisy and as the wall is thin, you can pretty much hear their conversation. But, overall was a very nice hostel. The bathroom and toilet were very clean too. The bed is comfortable, and the room is a bit cold (but the blanket is very warm) so it’ll be a good choice for spring and summer.

Liked · This hostel is close to Prague main station, like 7-10 mins walk and also in a central location. You can reach to main square in 10-15 mins walk. Staff were supporting and explained everything on arrival. They also allowed Early check-in which was really nice. You get codes to open different gates over mail, hence no dependency on reception too. There was a nice and equipped kitchen as well. Couldn't click room picture as it was occupied most of the times and other occupants were sleeping. Disliked · I think cleanliness could be improved a bit. Everything was dusty and It was quite suffocating once. The room I opted had shared Toilet where ratio was like 2 toilets and 1 shower for 15-18 people. Hence quite occupied. I was only for a night, so not much issue.

Fantastic place with every amenity you may need. Hosts are fantastic. There are several codes that change everyday to access the living space. Clean and lovely.

First night was not crowded in the 8 bed room. The next night it was very loud everyone snored! Bathroom shower head was not working properly. But everything necessary was in the kitchen. Everything is a bit old and needs renovation. Location is perfect!

Very safe hostel. You need a passcode to enter the building and another one to enter your room. Room was good, clean and comfortable beds. Shared a room with 4 other people, women and men, all very quiet and went to bed early. Good location and very helpful staff.

We 9 friends visiting Prague for a week stayed here. Overall it was good. Receptionist was welcoming and gave some directions to us. The best thing about this hostel was it was near the train station. Almost 10 minutes by walk

Nice view. Cold on top in the middle of winter. Quite an experience to attempt to share with other 11 individuals 1 bathroom. Top location

The hostel was clean and my private room had an amazing private terrace with a view which was the best part. The kitchen was clean and well equipped, though the common room could be improved with some updated games/activities and a slightly more welcoming environment. Talking to other people I heard the dorms were very nice as well. It was about a 10 minute walk to old square but conveniently close to the train station.

There's nothing better for that price honestly I had 0 expectations but wow that was way better than many hostels I stayed and payed way more. The only problem is hard to meet people that's not in your room but aside of that is perfect!

The hostel is truly amazing, the cozy rooms offers you a way to cheaply stay very close to the city center. The beds are comfortable, but the pillow almost inexistent and during the night there's hot. The bathroom is clean and comfortable, I only suggest the owner to put a shelf or a small table to let the guest lay their stuff. In general I strongly recommend it for the price and the position

The location was fantastic, a 15 minute walk from the historic Old Town and a 2 minute walk to the train station. The hostel itself isn’t modern or corporate but very charming. The staff at reception were pleasant and helpful. Our only real issues were the lack of plug sockets beside the beds, and the fact that the lockers were quite narrow. We had to take practically everything out of our suitcase in order to fit it in the locker. As well as this, more toilet and shower facilities would be an improvement.

Lovely hostel. Very big room, lots of space, clear instructions about what is there and what you need to bring. Short walk from train station and in the middle of the city. We really enjoyed our stay and recommend it if you want to be more independent able to cook and have a private sort of appartment but close enough to restaurants if you want to go out and eat.

It was clean and the sheets were already kept on the beds. They gave the codes to enter on time. It was a good stay. Really close to the railway station which helped us a lot.

DONT GO HERE, BAD HOSTEL BED BUGS!!!!! Last summer we went to this hostel with a group of 40. After a few days, some of them got bumps because of the bed bugs. We then reported this to the front desk and an exterminator would come. This one eventually did come but it did not help. We still saw bedbugs. We had several rooms and they were in most of the rooms. Besides being bothered by the bugs, we ran the risk of bringing them with us. We had to take many measures to make sure we didn't bring them with us. In consultation with Petra (owner of the hostel) we had agreed to a refund of part of the money. This they did not transfer and they do not let us hear anything more. We have called and emailed, but get no response to anything. We have been waiting six months for our money.
