Bottom floor rooms have no fans & no AC. Windows are at street level and can’t be opened. Staff is rude and unhelpful. Mattress is thin foam. Shower doesn’t drain properly, manager said, “just wait for it to drain”. Exhaust fan in bathroom only stays on for a minute, so the whole room stays humid. If I could give it zero stars I would.

In our toilet, we had stop in the sink when we came to the room. Asked them if they could fix this, the 22yo supervisor said ”it is impossible for him to fix the sink, i am no technician”. I wanted to ask him if he had a phone, internet and have heard of youtube. Maybe he did not go to school, and don’t know how to write ”how to fix a stuck sink”, I don’t know 🤷‍♂️. But what I know is that there are minimum 4 people in the receptionist standing there doing nothing, no good service, breakfast was aweful and that I wont be visiting there again. The only reason for 1 star I guess is the location. Good luck with ur business 👋

Upon our arrival we were welcomed by a very friendly and helpful receptionist. As soon as we got up to our room, which for us was on the third floor, we noticed how clean and new everything was. The bed was clean and comfortable, the bathroom seemed as if it were built yesterday. The breakfast in the morning has a wide variety, we loved the juice machine and the self serve buffet. Very happy overall! Especially for this price I’m sure you won’t find much better.

Hotel Adeba is a three-star accommodation. For me, it was the cheapest pick in the area at the time of my stay so I did not expect much but I was surprised by a nice introduction at check-in, the room was quite spacious and must have been recently renovated so it was very clean. The bed was comfy, the duvet on a smaller size and the pillow was very soft but I did have a nice sleep and was well-rested in the morning. I did miss the kettle and tea thought. It was a great value stay.

Hotel adeba is a good hotel for its prices, the hotel is 8 min walking from kirskova metro line B station and almost considered to be in the center of prague. The rooms were clean and bathroom are okay but the problem is the walls were a little bit thin so you can hear faintly what's happening around you. There is a train track near the hotel but luckily it stops from midnight to 7 or 8 am so it would not disturb your sleeping. Breakfast options are limited but good quality. Outdoor smoking area and a parking area is available. A spa is also available but I didn't get the chance to try. Overall it was okay and worked out well for somebody who want a place that is near and affordable at the same time.

Room # 202 THE GOOD - Friendly Staff Breakfast Beautiful lobby area Good bathroom/showers Actually have ice in the lobby Fan was in the room Enough outlets THE BAD - No air conditioning (didn’t know that was possible) Very uncomfortable beds, very very firm Very small tv No English option channels (except BBC) No Towels, only had floor mats The fridge worked 1 out of 2 days. I was confused on that. I don’t like to rate anyone this low as I try to be positive, but you MUST have comfortable beds if you’re a hotel. Especially if a 3 star. I wish the room would of had Air Conditioning as it was hot and softer beds. Small room

I am at this hotel right now. There is no table for some business, wifi is constantly disconneting the road is noisy and above all it smells bad in the bathroom. I called them once, then reminded them the next day and finally I was told that nobody checked my room and cleaned the thing. Very disappointing. Never again.

Clean and beat place. Rooms are a bit small. But for a couple of nights perfectly fine. Staff is friendly. Breakfast contains freshly prepared items. Parking is in the quadrangle, really tricky place to maneuver, need to be expert in parking to park. Not suitable for bigger vehicles. Parking gate is also manual, need to go to reception everytime to get it opened. The hotel is located directly on the road, the ground floor rooms are directly to the road level, hence noisy at night tiles when people walk by and loud vehicles drive by. Would prefer 1st floor.

Snack bar!!!! There's a snack bar that is open 24 hours and breakfast is offered in the morning from ~6 to 10. Layout is initially confusing but not really. Style is very pretty and there are a lot of very nice rooms. My room had a skylight. However!! Some of the rooms have a bit of stairs you have to go up in order to get to your room so not every room is wheelchair accessible.

My stay at adeba plus was not as expected, we stayed for 5 nights in which they never changed the sheets and never swept the floor, I put in a card every day to have my room cleaned and they only threw garbage and folded the duvet. In particular, an employee (male) at the reception, from what I understood, he was not serious about what the customer wanted, I asked him for a change of sheets, he told me on the 3rd day it never happened, I asked for a pillow, he said we will put it when we clean the room, they had not put it and when I went to the reception to complain, he said to me, we are very sorry, the maids have left, I told him when I asked, he was here, he says I know, but now he is not, I don't have a pillow, we are full, they will put you in tomorrow, he noticed my anger and after 5 minutes, the maid appeared ( which was not there) and pillows were also found .The towels were changed once and that's because I threw them down to show that I wanted new ones. We were sorry for this behavior (mocking the customer). The room was renovated and nice but there is not phone in room , when you wanted something you had to go downstairs (dangerous as someone might need help) and there were no slippers in the room. The air conditioner was standard set at one temperature and there was no possibility to change it. The breakfast was varied but the sweets were missing. Of all this, the most unpleasant thing was the behavior of the employee who did not care to serve them. I don't often write bad reviews because we work in the same field and I know, but this particular employee was just making fun of me.

Mattress is old and bends under you, pillow is synthetic and almost at a non existence stage - very thin and with lumps. No a/c, so it’s hot in summer (we stayed in July 2022 and April 2023, because of my husband’s choice and low price). Very old and tired facilities, staff is indifferent, the receptionists never say hi. This hotel serves mostly big tourist groups (American students, Spanish high school students, etc.), so it gets very noisy in the halls and crowded at the reception hallway during the check-in/out time and during the day some groups are waiting there for their transport. Breakfast is simple and OK. I would recommend staying here only for 1 night and for a cheap price.

Entering the room there was an odd smell, room was very basic. We booked a double room and what we got was 2 single mattresses together with 2 single duvets and 1 pillow each that were so flat i may aswell used my pants as a pillow!!! Not what was booked!! The shower head was broken, which after going to reception they did fix eventually! There was a hole under the carpet which when stood on sounded like crunching tiles! Toilet was attached to wall properly so moved when you get off it and towels were small and as if they were cut to size. No tea or coffee in room, we did have a small fridge, curtains didn't quite cover the window and windows didn't lock, which was a concern as we was street level. Staff seemed nice although only 1 half English speaking member. Room wasnt cleaned or towels changed once in a 4 day stay. Hotel not close to anything. Would deffinately not stay or recommend. Nothing like the pictures suggest when booking.

Unpleasant smell of tobacco in a non-smoking room. Dirty bathroom. Breakfasts are bad. There is a choice, but the dishes taste I don’t like. You can hear people snoring behind the wall in neighboring rooms. It is audible so well that even when the bed creaks in the next room, you can hear it. I did not feel comfortable in this hotel

For a short stay this is good but not for a longer. The first impression of the room was this not cool smell that sadly didn't went away even when we kept opening window. Speaking about windows, it was nearly impossible to reach or open them because they were too high and there was a table in a way. There was no towel for shower, i mean after the shower you can accidentally slip on the tiles because no towel. Walls are way too thin and so is the door. Not blocking any sound. I know hotels usually have thin walls but not as thin as this. Anyway, like i said, it is good for a shorter stay, like 2 days or so but not for longer.

Very clean and tidy place, pet friendly, great location. There are some problems with WiFi though. Taking Uber to and from hotel is much more convenient then ordering a transfer.

Spent 3 nights and enjoyed the stay. The check-in at the reception was quick and breakfast was basic but adequate. Most importantly, all the staffs were friendly and seemed to enjoy working there. Hotels are sometimes the first impression of the city, and I think the hotel does a good job in this regard. I recommend this establishment!

Friendly staff. Offers good breakfast. Three stars because rooms were not great. Bed was smaller for person with average height. Pillows were not good. There was also no sound isolation between rooms. We were able to hear sounds from rooms next to us and from lobby.

Great place to stay at a cheaper price. Breakfast was best with lots of choices of cold cuts, juices, breads. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Large bathroom. From someone who checked in at 5-4 stars hotel in Dubai, this unlike the luxurious hotel ambience I have seen but definitely a great budget friendly hotel and service for backpackers, first timers and those who want to save on accom whilst still enjoying everything Prague has to offer.

Location may not be that good if you're walking, but it's also not bad. 20-30 minutes to the astronomy clock. However everything else is totally worth it. Rooms are 🔝 top, water, cleanness, 24/h reception, food at breakfast - liked everything!

The hotel is located just a few minutes' walk from the metro. The room was clean, modestly equipped, the pillows should be replaced, they are very thin. The bathroom is also ok, but it could use a shelf for toothbrushes, etc. There was a large selection of food and pastries for breakfast, the only reservation I have about scrambled eggs, it was tasteless mass. We came for breakfast at a different time every day, but it was still full of people, which surprised us. On Sunday, they ran out of clean forks, which the staff did not have time to replenish. We had to do without them. But what disappointed us the most was the level of wellness. The sauna is OK, we had two sauna sessions in it. But the same cannot be said about the jacuzzi. The water in it smelled (which I fully realized only after I got in it) and after turning on the light in the hot tub, you could see a strong cloudiness. Upon reporting to the front desk, the gentleman acted as if we made it up, claiming that the hot tub was cleaned every day. He finally apologized and considered it settled. When leaving the hotel, the lady at the reception asked about overall satisfaction. We mentioned the hot tub again, to which she responded with utter annoyance with a learned phrase about daily cleaning and then an even more annoyed apology. Dear friends, a hot tub that is cleaned every day looks different. All in all, the hotel is a good choice purely for sleepover, but don't expect anything more from it. If you are in the mood for wellness, you should rather pay extra for the quality somewhere else.

During our three-day stay at the hotel, we appreciated its favorable location just 10 minutes from the bus station. However, our experience was marked by a few shortcomings. Upon check-in, we promptly reported a malfunctioning heating system, an issue we raised twice more on the same evening and once again the following day. The maintenance staff addressed the problem only 30 minutes before our departure on the third day. Despite our request, extra heating was provided only on the first night. Furthermore, there were noticeable drawbacks, such as worn-out pillows, an unpleasant odor in the bathroom, and a window that did not fully close. Despite these inconveniences, the redeeming factor of our stay was the excellent breakfast, which proved to be the highlight of this booking.

Great service, easy hotel to find in a good location close to subway, rooms were a good standard for the price, included breakfast and car parking

A good 3 stars hotel. It is placed in a mostly local, historic post industrial neighborhood. With the mixture of old buildings and new office area. Good bars and restaurants on the street. The room was small, but clean.

Hotel is very cosy and pretty. Apartments are simple, however very clean. At night we did not hear much noise from trains, our sleeping was comfortable. Employees are warm-hearted and are eager to help. Thus, this hotel is perfect for those who like to hang out in center for the whole day and tend to come back to hotel to fall asleep and gain energy for next day.

Good location, nearby city center and large transport hubs. Very good breakfast with variety of tasty food. Friendly and ready to help staff at reception. But beware of leaving your personal belongings on the visible place at your number, because some small stuff can disappear. Maybe the hotel management should take more care about the cleaning personnel, as the cleanliness in general could be better. All in all, the hotel is OK for short term stay.

Nice place, clean and comfy. Quite good communicated to all parts of the city. Check in takes a little bit long, but overall it's worth to recommend it.

Just a normal hotel, nothing special, no luxury, but all is clean. No trash bin in the rooms, no shampoo or shower gel.

Breakfast is REALLY GOOD! Everything is THERE and you can start your day very happy! Prices are ok. The bed isn't really good but at least you can sleep. All personal worker it's ok👍🏽! The ladies cleaning don't speak English but they are very friendly if you use translate Google. I will back to this hotel if I come back to Prague.

Really disappointed to write this review as my wife and I were looking forward to staying here. Unfortunately, we tested positive for covid-19 before we were due to stay here on both occasions. The hotel has been far from helpful in letting us rearrange our booking; you'd think that in these trying times they would want people to return to their city, yet they haven't shown us any sort of sympathy. Extremely disappointed.

The room was nice in general. Staff very friendly. Very good breakfast. Could not sleep in bed very well. Bathroom moist because fan not working properly (turns off too fast). Room was facing street on street level. Not so nice. But have other rooms available.

Best choice, when you visit an event in forum karlin. ( Only 100m away) The rooms don't meet high standards but are spacious and clean. ( More or less) Considering a price of 40 Euro including a very good breakfast it's a phenomenal offer in Prague. Parking spaces are directly in front of the hotel, free of charge on weekends. The hotel offers snacks and beverages at reasonable prices. Staff was friendly, too. My favourite place to stay in Prague for years.

  • 4/5 Bartlomiej C. 1 year ago on Google
Hotel is a nice and clean place, near metro station, the Perfect point to go out and see Prague beauty. One minus is that, i got a window in my room, opening on the train railways, and the trains going and going. Next time i order room on the different side of the building 😁

Nice rooms, decent breakfast, and friendly service. Stayed here with the team during a sports tournament, and the big "apartments" housing 6 people worked perfectly. It was clean inside and the beds were comfortable. No AC in the rooms, something to be mindful of if the weather is very warm.

  • 5/5 Mah E. 1 year ago on Google
It was nice to stay there one night while passing by Prague. The room was nice and clean and very good value for the price. The breakfast was good too.

Beds are not comfortable, showers works like you have a piece of hose, and not shower head. Breakfast everyday is 95% the same, ant not very great. P. S. Nice tomato in the yard.

A great stay here with incredibly reasonable prices. It is close to the central station, bus stops and one subway so it is easy to get to the centre of Prague from here - big bonus for tourists. The buffet Breakfast was delicious and very affordable for only 5 Euros. Recommend stacking up that plate with scrambled eggs, sausages and pancakes.

  • 5/5 Jim K. 1 year ago on Google
A short walk from the bus station. Extensive buffet breakfast at a minimal added cost to the room. Clean, modern facilities, large bathroom and comfortable beds. I was surprised by the quality with the reasonable pricing. Actually rooms and bathroom much larger than expected. It's a nice find.
