The best things about the place are (1) the location and (2) Lenka, the hostel staff. The location is super close to the city centre and Lenka is the sweetest person ever. She showed us everything around the place. There are quite a number of amenities available-- hairdryers, iron, etc. However, the place was very squeezy. With 22 beds in 2 rooms, there's only 2 showers available with shower curtains and 2 WCs. Furthermore, the showering area is not well-ventilated. Some of the kitchen equipments were also very sticky. The price was relatively steep but it's new year period.

The location is prime. But it was not clean as compared to many other hostels. The room was not aired and the bedsheets and napkins provided were not clean. While booking, no information was provided that a private double bed room won’t have a private bathroom. Tge bathrooms had curtains but there was no lock and key. The hostel had both men and women living there. The host was very cheerful.

I was satisfied. As location was good. Walking distance to train staion. Close to tram and metro. It was clean. Free tea and coffee.

Its a bit hidden away and is a four story climb which is annoying for some but the place itself is very nice and unique, although small. The staff was pretty good but the older woman didnt speak much english and honestly didnt seem the warmest. But its no big deal. I had a good stay.

The most terrible hostel I've ever seen I had already made a reservation the hostel before I got there 2 weeks ago. 1. Nobody didn't open the building entrance door(1st floor) - I tried to call the reception, she said I should get in to the builidng with stranger or neighbors. - I had to wait for 15 mins until someone opened the entrance. 2. Nobody didn't open the hostel's door - I tried to knock the door probably 30 times, there was nothing to response. - As a result, an other guest opened the door for me. - It took at least 20 Mins to get into the hostel, - The reception was not there. - I waited for about an hour, but the reception didn't show there. 3. Tried to call but host missed 5 times - I didn't have enough time to stay there more until the reception comes there. - I had big luggages, I couldn't even leave them. And then I had to cancel and make a reservation an other hotel. I received E-mail answer, the reception said they start to work at 3 pm. Does it make sense nobody is there until 3 pm? Travellers don't have enough time to stay and they have also big luggages.

The only thing they want it is to have more people in rooms. There are two rooms one for men, second for women BUT to have more people they put a guy to women room because we had full room +2 people on the ground. THE WORST thing was that beetwen 1am and 6am kitchen, showers are not available!? You can not clean your hands. The reason? Cleaning but we smelt that somebody was smoking inside (smoking is forbidden of course) I gave 1 start because I have to and for location.

The location is very good and the host was really polite. House rules were not kept by majority of residence resulting in a noisy night with people smoking and cooking in the early hours.

Location was convenient, staffs are nice and helpful. Better arrive before the staff leaves because you need someone to open the main entrance.

A nice, clean cozy place, good value for money when you want to spent most of your time in Prague. Mrs. Lenka was very helpful and made my stay very comfortable.
