Highly recommend. Right from the start, before i even got out of the car, the service started. They have an automatic car park system, and its amazing. We were met outside and helped with our bags inside. Our room was ready earlier, which was super nice. Very friendly and helpful service. Beautiful hotel and rooms. Large and comfortable. I am very pleasantly surprised. I recommend this hotel. When I'm in Prague again I will stay in this hotel again.

pretty old rooms, really need a renovation, or at the very least new carpets (they were quite gross). Lovely staff but subpar breakfast. Would have been fine for a lower price

Perfect location, within walking distance from all amenities and yet on a quiet street. Very spacious apartment and bathroom, air conditioner was able to cool quickly. Breakfast was really good, fresh fruits and vegetables available. 10 out of 10 for cleanliness. Wi-fi was fast.

Great place with a great service. Made us feel just like at home. Service was great, employees very helpful. Hotel is close to city center so we did not need to use our car at all. Breakfast was included in the price, and was really good.

Great location very close to the main tourist spots, within walking distance. The breakfast was not that fabulous, repetitive and sparse. You open the buffet trays and there was notjing there. The staff were friendly and helpful tho. But i expected more from a four star hotel.

The hotel located within walking distance to many attractions and very friendy/ helpful staff. That's all...walls in the hotel are paper-thin so you hear your neighbours loud and clear, very poor breakfast as for the selection and quality.

For a short stay and with this location, very good place to stay. The building seems to have it's glory days behind it, but it's clean, the staff is friendly and the breakfast has many options

It's great room for parents with 2 kids! We had our own room and our friend were sleeping in his own with two separate beds

We'll come back especially for Matěj and his colleagues' super nice service! The parking was very good too considering the town centre location.

We first got a moldy room, which they exchanged with a lousy neighbors room (an old lady arguing all night with a man, yelling and shouting for two nights in a row). Points for the parking system.

The hotel is in a great neighborhood, very close to the city centre but reasonably quiet. The accomodation was okay, the rooms are clean and the staff is kind. The breakfast could improve a bit though, it wasn't bad but it's the same every morning.

Very nice and friendly staff, good breakfast, moderate prices, good location near metro, or alternatively 20 minutes walk to old town. Spacious room. On the negative side, the room had poor windows, no sound isolation, noise from the street at night.
