A bit pricey for the standard. Housekeeper failed to clean the room. Reception very helpful and bilingual. Helped me order a taxi. OK distance to train station and center. Next doors to a Czech Police Museum which is great. Good breakfast.

The name of the hotel is really confusing. I thought I was going to, stay in the same building as a nightclub. I love really loud surroundings, so that's one of the reasons I booked the hotel at the first place. The most disappointing things was, that the receptionist wasn't even drunk?! I expected better of you guys. Remember not to lock your doors. I didn't and some random old chimney sweeper came into my room. He and I decided to watch German dating shows on the TV I have a suggestion. You could maybe record your own homemade action movie. I know some instructors from Uganda, who would love to record a new movie

We had a room for 2, it was quite large, with the view towards the street. It was perfectly clean, and the daily cleaning has been also good. Breakfast was tasteful. Only thing that that staff were anything but definitely not pleasant, almost never got response to a greet. However, very good quality for the price!

Compare with the other 3 stars hotel, this hotel can be considered as a good one. I stay here with my husband and my 5yo daughter. For the bedroom, although I was not order for an extra bed, they provide one so I can sleep peacefully without being kicked by my daughter. The breakfast is good - in term or varieties (egg, sausage, bread, cereal, fruit, salad, coffee). The location is not at best ; 650m from the nearest station and proper resto, but it was okey. I really appreciate their decision to allow the guest to drop their luggage before or after staying in their hotel. They definitely don't have enough space for drop off, but they willing to help.

I am a refugee from Ukraine. My city of Kharkiv has been bombed and shelled since to he first day of the war. I can't live at home now, it's mortally dangerous. I am very grateful for the hotel for accommodation that it provides for Ukrainians. We have all that we need: comfortable rooms and beds, nice bathrooms. Thanks a lot to the hotel owners who settled us here in Prague. We have very good conditions for living.

The place is very nice looking and the rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable but the pillows arent. When we came at 11 pm the woman staff was very rude (because we came late) and they even lost the papers of our names that we were staying there. We came to an understanding later, and the manager and another dtaff later apologized for the behaviour.

I really enjoyed staying in this hotel! The breakfast was so good, the room was so clean, and the district was really quiet. The beds was a little bit hard for me, but the blankets are comfortable anyway. I think the staff was nice too. The only weird things is that the wifi is strong only at the recepcion and therefore almost all the guest sit there like homeless people. But the hotel is really friendly.

The hotel old but rooms are clear and hot. It is not very close to the old city center but you can reach the public stations. The staff need to be a bit more friendly, I hardly saw any laughing people for 2 days, already in the whole of Czechia, people do not laugh and are very stressed.

Location is good. Rooms are a little bit creepy but you get used to. It’s part of Prague charm. The breakfast is delicious, we stayed 4 night and we had breakfast for each day. I was very satisfied. The wi-fi connection, if exists, it’s poor and if you stay in the lobby it’s not greater. You are not that far from center or attractions and you will probably end up walking to center, because the metro station it’s not so close.
