The Hotel looked great, its location is very central, you can reach everywhere within minutes, the food was ok but not amazing, the reception was friendly and kind, sadly our room was not perfectly well kept, one of the towels was from the guests before us, and the doorknob was mobile, all in all we really enjoyed our stay and we can really recommend this hotel😊

Excellent hotel with very helpful and friendly staff. It's about 10 minutes walk from the main train station, and about 5 minutes from tram and metro connections in Wenceslas Square. The rooms are very comfortable, and due to a minor problem with our first room we were immediately upgraded without even asking. The breakfast staff are absolutely lovely- very helpful, efficient, friendly and smiley. Altogether a wonderful place to stay for four nights, as we did. Very highly recommended indeed.

Soundproof, comfortable bed, clean, good location & great breakfast! Suggestions would be to not fill mini frig with products for sale, no decorative pillows/items that don't get washed between guests, hallway & shelves are wasted space, TV had issues, get regular coat hangers, 2 twins beds together not actual queen.

We stayed here for 5 days & 4 nights. Room is spacious & tidy but only provided 1 cup as we have two persons… and they gave us 2 cups on our Day 4… They have laundry services which is 48 hours and will return your clean clothes before 4pm. So, please count the days carefully. Actually you can find some laundry shops nearby. Breakfast is included, simple & good! Location is good, just walking up when you are from the National Museum side.

Nice and clean hotel in the center of the city. Location is perfect. The room was nice and clean. A complimentary bottle of water would have been nice (the tapwater taste like chloride). Breakfast wasnt very special, bread a bit dry, i did not dare to eat the salmon (looked like i was laying there some time) and the coffee was old. Parking was 20 euro a day. Would visit again but have breakfast somewhere else

The hotel room is comfortable and clean. The toilet was huge with complete toiletries. It’s near to the Wenceslas square. Walking distance to the center, shopping center, restaurant and all other entertainment. We had a perfect stay in Prague.

I state that the ‘Myo hotel Caruso’ was not attended by me by choice but was chosen and recommended by a travel agency (of which I will not mention the name) to my professors who took the class on a trip to Prague for 5 days. ‘Everything seems to be fine until they give everyone a printed sheet with the hotel ‘regulation’ (a sheet written at the moment with absurd clauses ABSOLUTELY not agreed before departure and out of the contract) where it was written that we all wouldn’t have had the towel change; shameful and ignoble for a 4-star hotel. At first I had no intention of signing the rules and I turned to the reception, then to the manager and finally they advised me to talk to the Italian manager who every time seemed to disappear when I was looking for her. There are no words to describe the rudeness, dishonesty, hypocrisy and indifference of these people. They explained to me that being a group and ‘Italian’ we did not boast of all their normal services. (but this is also to be seen...). Subsequently being a vegetarian and having reported it before departure I expected a decent menu instead they dismissed me with a salad of only vegetables and 2 boiled eggs from the breakfast of the day before or who knows ... Trying to solve the problem I talk to the chef who was trying to ask me what he should do, as if I myself was the chef (at this point better cooking myself ). After this nightmare without solving anything, on the day of departure we all get on the bus straight to the airport when my professor realizes that the deposit of 30 euros given by 43 people was missing about 166 euros. 4 of these people paid the security deposit in crowns and then asked him for 10 euros less and among other things this money had been put in another envelope with 80 euros written on it that was not given. The tourist tax instead of being about 2 euros for 5 days was set on its own initiative by the hotel at 8 euros. Everyone had to have 22 euros back. Making a calculation if we were meant to have 2 euros in addition to the 20 we should have had 86 euros. Money that has become 7 euros. In short, all the management should be totally replaced so as not to count the walls and doors of the hotel that make every single noise shine through as if they were sugar paste. The single rooms plus were passed off as quadruple and we didn't have an easy life inside narrow and crushed like animals. The breakfast deserved 1 and a half stars for politeness. Dinner as well. All pre-cooked, of poor quality or expired. The structure and interiors need to be renovated, now they are hit by a veil of dusty melancholy and heaviness as much as I love the Art Nouveau style and art nouveau. The spaces are not large at all. Not even a star should be awarded to a hotel that has lost its soul in all respects. To conclude between rudeness, total rudeness and cheating, do not come to this hotel for any reason if you are used to honesty and things done in an appropriate and fair way.

Great service, we did even receive a welcome drink and complimentary breakfast. We expected a coffee machine in the room😄but that will be just a nice touch🙂 Also the internet wifi was conveniently fast.

Great value for money concerning the size of the rooms, including breakfast and great central location to explore Prague by foot or metro nearby. Can highly recommend!

The stay I paid in advance was canceled 2 hours before my arrival by the hotel, because of "overbooking" . Apparently I'm not the only one. No compensation was offered at all.

Beautiful and small hotel near the shopping centre in Prague. Close to several restaurants, shops, and pubs, all just walking distance (1-2 km) away. Rooms are clean, well kept, and spacious. Breakfast here is great, and the staff is very helpful and friendly. Really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely visit again, if I were to visit Prague in the future.

Me and my friend had booked a double room for the weekend. Room was quite big, very clean and comfortable. Also it's very quiet, we didn't hear anything from other guests and were able to sleep with opened windows. The staff has been super-friendly and welcoming! Breakfast also very good, there's also the option to get your coffee with soy milk, that's a plus ☺️ We were completely happy and will come back.

Didn’t stay here while in Prague, but we sought shelter outside of the hotel when it started raining. The worker inside invited us in, but we declined as we were going to make a run for it. He then offered us an umbrella. Such a small thing, yet so thoughtful. Definitely did not have to do that. Thank you!

I stay here every time I am in Prague. Great staff, food and well stocked bar. Very convenient to walk the shopping, restaurant and pub area. Rooms are super clean and comfortable.

Perfect stay!! From the beginning till the end everything was absolutely perfect! Yuliya at the front desk was so helpful and polite, she helped me organising a birthday surprise for my boyfriend and made sure everything was ready at our arrival. The room was very specious and clean, with a beautiful view of the castle of Prague. The hotel is a beautiful little jem, 15 minutes walk from the main city center and any other attraction. Will definitely recommend!

Great front desk. Super accommodating. Nice breakfast buffet. Clean rooms. Extremely quiet quarters! Fully functioning AC & nice hot showers. WiFi is strong too. Located in a very central part of town next to Wenceslas square.

The hotel is located ideally, just a few minutes walk to muzeum metro stop. The rooms are exactly as advertised, spacious and light and modernly furbished. The only downsides we could think of is that it is really warm in the rooms even with temperature control switched to the lowest and the motion sensor controlled light in the small hallway from the bedroom to the bathroom. Breakfast has a great selection of stuff to eat and is served with coffee made to order.

Booked three double/superior rooms for the next day. The booking was confirmed. The next morning - on the day we travel to Prague - the hotel called and said that apparently their hotel is closed due to technical issues. They suggested another hotel (apartments) but that place has no private parking even though this is crucial to us as we travel by two cars and need a private parking. Very unprofessional to let customer book the night before and then not even suggest a hotel that fully fulfills the customer's wishes.
