Would not recommend. It's pretty much exactly what you would expect for the low price. The rooms have a weird smell of old cigarette smoke, the beds are very uncomfortable and there is mold in the bathrooms. Don't go there, spend a bit more on the hotel and actually enjoy your stay in Prague... Btw. the pictures on Google are partly fake.

Ratng this hotel with as many stars as it should have in my opinion. Location - bad, far from anywhere, and next to the railway mainline with the windows facing it, lot of noise coming from there, even at night. Parking is very limited and costs 250 czk/day (fairly expensive); street parking is 30 czk/hour 24/7 so that's also not cheap. Spa, swimming pool - prices higher than in an aquapark (all paid extra). In the room, you won't even get a free bottle of water. Breakfast is decent, nothing special but also nothing to complain about (hot servings: egg or sausages, baked beans, mixed vegetables; 2-3 types of cheese, 2-3 types of ham and salami, tomato/cucumber/paprika/lettuce; selection of cereals/musli and yoghurt + some cake). Might be a good hotel for workers, I wouldn't recommend it for vacation.

Terrible. It's ina sketchy neighborhood, first of all. No metro station near. From the outside it looks ridiculous and gives you a pretty good feeling of what you're in for - a really bad experience. Bathrooms not clean at all and has mold everywhere, the bed is very uncomfortable and feels like it has been used by at least 10.000 people before you. We didn't even bother to go to breakfast. The rooms are also very loud, you can hear every word your neighbors are sayind and it faces a railway station which makes it impossible to sleep with an open window to get rid of the bad smell in the room. Never again.

Good, clean hotel in a resonable price for a room. The stuff was nice and helpful, they explained how to use metro and busses. If you have car, you should reserve the parking spot as there's not a lot of room for cars in a parking lot.

The hotel is not value of 4 stars for me. The breakfast was very poor, some of the days had a feeling the salami and eggs was old. Entry for swiming pool is not included in the price of the room and must pay 12 euro more for person for only 1 hour very cold water and the time is cut from the personal 😊Parking is with small entrance and is hard to go in with big car.

This is a good hotel. The manager went out of his way to help with our problems. He even gave us his personal money while we tried to sort out bank cards and internet problems. Helping us on how to get to our sight seeing places. At the end took taxiy each day. Due to English beenong a problem with bus drivers and people in this are. I could not thank the manager enough for giving us so much support and not making us feeling inadequate and incompetent. He did not even accept a small tip we offered. He truly believed in true personal service, A rare character to find in this world. I offered him free food and accomodation if he ever came to UK. Hope one day he will take up the offer. I just cannot thank him enough. He is truly a person the company should value him highly and deserves a high wage. A credit to the company. From Mr and Mrs Patel Stayed 7-10 Nov 2023

I Don.t recomand this hotel. Is far away from the city center, poor breakfast, very old carpets that look like dirt.

Stayed over last weekend for the first time and overall my stay was very pleasant. Excellent location if you’re wanting to attend a concert/event @ the O2 arena which you can reach on foot easily in about 30mins (or take 1 bus stop & walk about 5-10mins). Shopping mall is literally adjacent to the O2 arena too. Great public transport connection with a bus stop to the tube only a couple of minutes away (2 bus stops to the tube), I’d recommend to download the PID app (will be in English) to get exact connections and purchase tickets for travel in Prague. Wi-fi in the hotel was fast and much appreciated, as was the lift coz we were on 4th floor. Didn’t see the restaurant/bar open (if it’s in the same area as breakfast) and never asked so cannot comment. Our room was ok, albeit a bit ‘tired’ (401) but overall it was simply practical enough with a wee fridge incl wee freezer compartment, kettle, some teabags, teaspoons and also wine glasses. Towels were clean, bed comfy. I enjoyed the view of the shopping mall and the O2 arena etc . Trains running past was quite nice to hear. Water in the shower was running cold @ first but turned warm after a bit, so I guess it must the pressure? Not sure. Breakfast was very good, and again sufficient, quite a lot of cold meat choices, cheese, boiled eggs, vegetables, jams, honey, spreadable cheese, bread and sweet bread, and breadrolls, toast, cereals, fruits; hot food selection was baked beans, hot dogs and steamed veg. Coffee is dispensed from a coffee machine, it was quite foamy but still nice & tasty. Milk, tea and 2 different juices were available too. There is a fabby pool (incl whirlpool) in the hotel too! I was hoping it would be free to visit but actually you do have to book your session via reception as an extra (approx. £10/hour/person) but what was great was that we had the pool to ourselves! & you get a towel too. Staff were all very helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend this place, and I will also be back in future.

One of the best stays you can expect in Prague for a reasonably cheaper rate, well the best part: their free breakfast buffet! The location is not so far from the old town square with the bus which you can take only a few meters away from the hotel.

a bad hotel for a holiday. despite the fact that "do not disturb" was written on the door, the cleaner entered the room. and on the second day, I locked my door and was in the bathroom. there was music playing in the room, and the cleaning lady came into my room again. while cleaning the room opposite the room where I was staying, the cleaning lady was going through the customer's suitcase. and she used the client's perfume. I don't know what did it. other problems, the rooms are not clean and there is no hot water in the bathroom. Jul. i wish good luck to those who will choose this hotel, they will need it.

The hotel was located in a poor zone of Prague about 30 minutes but easily reachable with public transport until about midnight. I was not really happy with the hygiene of the place as upon the entrance of the room I encountered a few small bugs around the room, dusty tables, and a clogged shower with hairs of previous guests in it, the services offered as spa were pretty poor, expensive and not as they try to sell it to you. The breakfast was quite ok but I have my serious doubts that everything was put out fresh every single day. The staff at the reception though was pretty much available 24/7 Overall it was okay to stay there if you don't want to spend too much to travel to Prague , but only if you pay everything up front. Would I reccomend it? Not sure... would I come back? That's a no.

Good rooms, bed is good although a bit hard. Food is good, Coffee is automatic but fresh. Service is great, i heard people complain about the trains but to me it put me right to sleep. It is along a busy train dockyard so if you don't like that be prepared, but if you close the windows its quite soundproof. walls are thin though. so if you have a loud neighbour you will hear them. Region is not somewhere to walk at night. Parking is safe with cameras behind the hotel in a closed section so that is worth it. Evening food.... you have to get somewhere, i suggest the mall behind the hotel. All in all a great hotel with great staff. Will definetely come again.

Nice and helpful staff and the rooms have been clean. But the Walls are very thin and the bathroom is pretty small. Furthermore, it was a little bit dark in the room, because there wasnt a big light for the room. And the bed was very hard. It was ok for a short stay 😊

Very nice hotel. The receptionists are very kind and helpful. Especially the boy. There is a bus stop near the hotel and you can buy tickets from the reception. The breakfast was very good. The women who works there is amazing, she is very quick and immediately loaded the food that had run out.

The staff were very friendly and helpful 😊 also the room was nice and comfortable! Couldn't here any noise from outside and had a really good night sleep every night. The breakfast was very nice too! It's also very easy to get to the centre by public transport 👍🏼 would definitely recommend! I really don't understand the bad reviews 🤔

The name, Relax Inn - is not what you are thinking when staying at the hotel. The railway is just below, meaning that your relaxing sleep will be interrupted every 10th minute until mid of the night where you are so tired that the loud and noisy trains disappears. The breakfast is so old fashioned. If we knew, that the trains were so noisy we would never have chosen this particular hotel. The service is good, until you ask if you can refund or cancel your stay after a hard night with train noise etc. then the service dissipates and they are cold and will never offer a refund. I think thats why they require full payment at arrival, then they just hope that you are OK with the loud and noisy trains just around. The bathing facilities are broken, and you will never have a good bath in those unmaintained facilities. They would like to have 10 Euros pr. night for parking, but they never tell you that you can park just around the corner almost for free in the weekend and very low throughout the weekdays. If I could give -10 stars - I would do it. We moved into the town for smaller amount of money for almost the twice the size of the room and better facilities. EDIT August 3rd. YES - I was asked if everything was OK 10 mins after we checked in, but - you never know how your night is going to be in 10 minutes after check in. Thats why we tried to change our room, but a very unkind service lady told me that it was not possible - maybe next day. But we needed a full night sleep after 11 hours of driving etc. Thats why I also asked if we could refund the booking, but it was not possible. I will do negative feedback as many times as possible. Not acceptable to pay 1700 DKK and not getting any sleep. My recommendation is: DO NOT BOOK HERE.
