Well kept and clean hostel. Perfect for thise arriving to Prague by train as it is between the main train station and the city center. Got to meet the owners as well and they were very accommodating (and good conversation over drinks.) I found that everyone there was very helpful from the receptionists to the business owner. I would reccommend this hostel to anyone staying in Prague. It is genuinely one of the best I've stayed at in Europe.

Very good hostel. The staff was very helpful and made you feel like home. Nice and clean. Our room had a big balcony (room 42) with a great view. Although it is not directly in the city centre it is close enough, pretty easy walk. Definitely worth a visit!

a nice hostel with good atmosphere. A quiet time of year .. and renovations. But a good overall experience with a very good location in a very expensive city. Booked a private room with shared bathroom but due to capacity stayed in a dorm room. Nice jazz lounge area.

We stayed in an 8 bed dorm for 3 nights and had a lovely stay. The staff here are exceptional, I really mean that. They were lovely during check-in/out, full of local recommendations and super friendly; all spoke perfect English too! The room was lovely, little annoyances like a lack of plugs on top bunks were far less important than the generally lovely atmosphere and comfy beds. The room is quiet too. One tip: we stayed on the second floor, and the showers tended to get a bit iffy temperature-wise after a large group showered. I presume this is because of the size of the hot water tank. That said, just try to shower earlier/later than others. Overall, I would recommend this hostel completely - thanks for a lovely stay.

The rooms are very clean and the ambience of this hostel is amazing! The staff is always there for you and ready to serve your every need. I highly recommend it as in combination with all of the above has a perfect location in the centre with access to everything you may need around it!

Lovely hostel, with several shovers and toilets on the floor we stayed. We had just a twin room for my mum and me and we liked it, very simple and plain but clean and just enough for us, because we spend days wandering around the city and sightseeing. Very nice big kitchen facility with two double hobs, two large sinks and a fridge for the guests to use, fully equipped and large table available to those who prefer to cook themselves. Theres a lovely cafe on the ground floor combined with reception, so you don't have to go out far if you fancy a coffee or beer on rainy day. Hostel is located very close to the town centre, around 15 min walk to Vencelas Square and National Museum, and similar distance to the Main square. Staff and volunteers are very friendly and helpful, there's 24h reception so in case of any trouble there's always someone there to help or give advice. We liked it very much and would definitely come back again.

Stayed in a private double with shared bathroom. Number of bathrooms were adequate for the amount of people, never waited for a shower. Lounge was cool, and a good place to relax before heading out to dinner. Breakfast is a bit spartan compared to other hostel breakfasts I've had, try to get out into the city instead for something to eat in the morning. Staff friendly and fast for check in.

It was great in hear! I will stay in here again when I will come to the city again! Great crew in here 7/24. so energetic and helpful! there is a bar you can find beer, coffee and more. its prices are really good as well. quite clean and quite. Beds and pillows are so comfortable and rooms and the building are very well-heated.

Well, what can I say - I was looking for hostel for few nights in the wonderful city, and found a true gem. Let's just break it down: 1) Location - it's in Prague city centre, but in quieter area in side streets. It's 5 mins away from Wenceslas Square, and 5 mins from Charles square (=easy metro/tram access). Ideal start point for exploring. 2) Services - As you enter, you the common bar/reception area is very nicely furnished, and staffed from my experience by very friendly, mostly international people - so don't be afraid you won't be understood :) One evening before leaving into Prague's nightlife, I've had few pints with the bartender, who had amazing stories to tell. Mind you, if your into this kind of thing, the bar is open 24/7. And if you're not sure what to do in the city - the staff will help you :) 3) Rooms - Rooms are simple, as you'd expect in hostel, but well furnished, and styled rather uniquely - as the rooms get names after their decorations. The amenities are typical -bunkbeds, with lockers available to lock your stuff when you're away. They have private rooms as well. Rooms and bathrooms were clean. 4) People - This is where the place shines - tons of international backpackers of all ages, I've met several interesting people in the common kitchen, and went out with them in the evening. Also, if the place was very quiet in the night hours, as the night quiet time was upheld very well. If you looking for place with great value, look no further - when I'm back in Prague this will be the place I'll have a look first.

Such an amazing time! Couldn’t have had a more friendly, welcoming and unique experience anywhere else! Staff were so inviting and great fun! Guitar in the common room served as an amazing way to meet friends and new people (along with the bar). Rooms and bathrooms were so clean and spacious, but most importantly safe! Couldn’t recommend it highly enough 😊 We will miss it! 🧡

I really enjoyed my stay at the ahoy new town hostel. Very spacious rooms and very friendly people at reception! Stefano treated me very nicely and was very kind to take me to the meeting point where the Free walking is done. A place that would return with certainty. Thanks Erika Teodoro

👍 A lot of + with one -. This is a very good place for the price (about 26€ or 650 czk/night/person in a room for two people). There is a good kitchen, refrigerator, showers, possibility for laundry and for printing documents, and a nice breakfast. Lidl is right across the street and the Viktoria Žiž...
