Great location, close to the subway and tram stop. Friendly and professional staff. Receptionist Nataliya advised the top places in Prague to-visit. Rooms are clean and tidy. Breakfast is varied and delicious. Thank you for the good service and wonderful stay in your beautiful city. Our New Year city break was a success! Дякуємо 💙💛

I was in this hotel with my family many years a go when i was child. I have been recently in the pool that they have and that everyone can use and the treatment with the reception was 10. Specifically, one of the guys from said reception who attended the hotel and was aware of the people who entered the pool directly, very friendly and attentive. I am spanish and if I return to Prague I will definitely stay at this hotel.

Really great hotel. The room is clean, quiet, with a good desk and a very comfortable shower. The cleaning service of the room is nice, efficent and fast. The breakfast is simple but international and with homemade cakes. Finally, the hotel is in a very good spot of the city. It is close to metro, bus station and city centre.

Breakfast is pretty basic, served at 8:00 and therefor is useless if you are there for work. Lunchboxes they provide instead are very, very, very basic. Rooms are so so, not pretty, no aircon and hot in summer. Pool entry is charged extra. Staff is semi helpful, depends on who is working at the moment. Price vs. quality is ridiculous. Pretty good location though.

Hotel was located in a good place. Close to the Florenc bus station and Prague train station. We were able to walk to the old town in 15-20 min on foot. Rooms were clean enough, the drainage of the shower wasn't working well overall the rooms were good to stay. Would be better If air condition was available, little fan in the room wasn't cooling enough in hot Prague nights. Breakfast could have been more diverse.

Very nice hotel located in a central area. Big, clean and quite rooms. Breakfast is really rich. The staff were awesome and really mindful (checked the birth date on my husband's passport and wished him happy birthday). If we come back to Prague, we will for sure stay here again!!

Great location. 15 mins walk from Old Town Square, 20 mins from Charles Bridge. Even walked to Pragues Castle. Hotel clean and staff very friendly. Breakfast was good. Room was good and clean, has fridge and kettle in! Great shower room. Very quite rooms. Would go again as the price was good for the location!

Totally don’t recommend. This is a Soviet style hotel with a Soviet style personal. Title: A Disheartening Soviet-Style Experience: Hotel Review ⭐☆☆☆☆ I recently had the unfortunate experience of staying at a hotel that seemed stuck in a bygone era, reminiscent of Soviet-style accommodations. From the moment I stepped foot into this establishment, I couldn't shake off the overwhelming sense of disappointment and frustration. Allow me to recount my woeful encounter with this hotel, which I wholeheartedly discourage anyone from considering. Firstly, it is worth mentioning that the personnel at this hotel embodied the epitome of Soviet-style indifference and lack of hospitality. Their demeanor was cold, unwelcoming, and entirely devoid of any semblance of customer service. Their apathetic attitude tainted every interaction, leaving me feeling like an unwanted burden rather than a paying guest. One of the most basic amenities expected in this digital age is reliable Wi-Fi connectivity. However, to my astonishment, the hotel refused to provide Wi-Fi access in the lobby area. When I approached the front desk seeking assistance, I was met with dismissive and unhelpful responses. Their only suggestion was to retreat to my room for internet access, despite my desire to enjoy the lobby ambiance. It is a clear indication of their disregard for guest convenience and satisfaction. The lack of complimentary Wi-Fi was not the only hindrance to my comfort during my stay. The hotel's pool, which should have been a haven for relaxation, turned out to be yet another avenue for them to extract additional charges. To my utter disbelief, I discovered that even basic amenities such as towels were not provided free of charge. The audacity to nickel and dime guests for every single item, including pool necessities, is a gross display of greed and a complete departure from the standards of modern hospitality. Regrettably, the discourteous behavior of the hotel staff was not confined to a single department. It permeated every corner of the establishment, leaving me feeling constantly disrespected and unwelcome. Whether it was the dining area, the hallways, or the reception desk, encountering rude and impolite staff members became the norm rather than the exception. Their lack of professionalism and basic human decency cast a bleak shadow over my entire stay. In conclusion, I emphatically discourage anyone from subjecting themselves to the dismal experience offered by this Soviet-style hotel. The refusal to provide Wi-Fi in the lobby, the exorbitant charges for basic amenities, and the consistently rude and unhelpful staff make this establishment an absolute nightmare. Save yourself the anguish and seek alternative accommodations that prioritize guest comfort, satisfaction, and modern conveniences. One star is far too generous for an establishment that fails so spectacularly on every level.

Very stylish hotel. Very comfortable bed, quite calm when room to backyards. Breakfast was okay, the coffee was good. The crew was not too friendly, it was hard to get a friendly smile, if you try to say „good evening“ in czech, for example. The staff at the other hotel was way more polite.

Very clean hotel, Alexadr at the front desk was very polite. The location was perfect, near the old town square and Lidl, bakery are near the corner! The gym inside the hotel was fantastic and fully equipped! Also very clean! The hotel is value for money! I would totally recommend it!

I stayed for 3 nights on new years eve and i have to say that the location is really good, 10 minute walk to the city center 5 minute walk to the tram and bus station and 2 minute walk to the metro.Breakfast was also satisfying with a lot of choices to start your day.The staff were super helpful so that is a bonus as well. However the price for only 3 nights was a lot.The structure of the hotel and the rooms were old and the pillows not so comfortable but these are some minors flaws that are easily fixable. Hotel AXA we thank you for hosting us and we wish you all the best!

Staff was polite and kind. In hotel you have everything and even more. Breakfast was very good, clean rooms, big toilet, tv, hair dryer, fridge etc. What’s more, the hotel almost in the centre, literally 5 minutes walk👍🏼

Rooms are decent, price is great, halls and neighbors have been a bit noisy but not the end of the world. Staff understands some English but asking in-depth questions should probably be avoided. Room service so far has been decent. Breakfast is great with a decent amount of options in the buffet.

Great location, literally across from tram stations and close to the metro, the Palladium shopping center and some good restaurants as well as cheaper eats and supermarkets. Decent sized rooms, good options at breakfast. Generally quiet, even when it was very full on May 1. Good value for money, though not chic or luxurious in any sense.

Clean is the only attribute I can give this hotel. Other then that, I felt like in a factory/hospital: all concrete and steel, no carpets (totally communist design). Swimming pool needs to be paid extra (100 kc/h) and it's not very clean. Breakfast - stayed 5 days and had only eggs and mini-sauseges. I understand it's harder with Covid, but that is why the few guests that choose to come should be treated better. Pretty good location doe walking in the center (30 mins)

Great way to experience Czechia's functionalist design heritage while scoring a tidy, affordable, and central hotel room - I can't think of anything better!

Good pool, good place in the center of Prague, but the staff is a tragedy. They are rude to guests in the lobby !

Located near Palladium mall and Florenc metro station, hotel with nice minimalistic rooms and sufficient breakfast but great value for money. 3 nights for room with 3 beds and breakfast included, priced at cca 300 € total. Recommended!

It is located on a very good street with lots of shops and near is a shopping centre. It's not too far from the old town. The staff was friendly. Amazing experience overall, especially for the cheap price

Our room was spacious and very clean, yet complete de-personalized. Minus onr star for lack of as much as a bottle of water in the rooms, esp. in the middle of summer, and for extra fees for the swimming pool.

I was a little bit scared because of three stars(i got a lot of experiences with the hotels) but all I can say is that me and my mum are very satisfied. The room was very clean and comfortable. We had there anything that we needed. The staff was very kind and helpful. We also had breakfast and the food was absolutely delicious.

The hotel was very well located, the rooms were good, windows did not have a nice view ( the inner side, other hotel room windows). The hotel advertised having pool and spa, which is half truth. There I a pool and spa in the building, but they are independent. Around 5 euros for only the pool service. The breakfast buffet was very good, with warm buffet also. The personal was in general very friendly. I only found curious that the woman in the reception decided not to talk to me, but to my daughter... made even the receipt in her name ... after I showed my third-world Passport, and she showed her USA passport... really weird.

I booked a room for me & my mother from Dec 11th until Dec 15th. Booking mentioned on site, inside the order that the future payment will be in euro in credit of course (which I did 3 years ago when I stayed at AXA Hotel). It didn't happen and I was asked to pay only in check crone!!! That was a false information by the following property and this is the reason I left a few hours after I checked in. I paid only for one night and I asked for the rest of the money. The manager was rude and un kind and I will never go back there!!! Bad service! And it took me a while to get the rest of the money back. If the guests are not allowed to pay in euro, in credit card, that should'nt be on your Booiking info about the payment process. This is false information and this should be updated as well on Booikng. I tooked my belonging and went to another hotel, IBIS hotel. They we're kind and nice and you can pay in credint, either US dollars or euro with a wonderfull service, somerhing I can't say about AXA Hotel.

Really good 3stars hotel, i highly recommend this hotel, the breakfast was good even if sometimes waiters were rude but always nice! Room were really good and wifi always worked! Thank you!

Booked price in EUR was increased by hotel by unprofessional expensive exchange rate. (You cannot avoid it but next time I will avoid this hotel) Rooms have minimum furnitures, bathroom from 199x, outside noisy trams/road. Breakfast bad: old and smelly ham, very plain not worth more than 5-8 euros.

This hotel is truly a gem. It hurts to see some (rare) bad reviews here because the hotel is renovated with such love and expertise that you can feel it in every corner. You feel like in the 1930s. no ikea lights or sofas. To make the long story short: we, a family of 4 booked a room for the same night, arrived at night, found a perfectly clean and spacious room for a price that almost embarrassed us incl breakfast and entrance to a really cool pool. The room was spotlessly clean, the beds good and washbasins etc of quality goods (hans grohe, duravit, lucid lights). The windows can be opened, most rooms towards a quite court yard. Breakfast: very abundant and attentative staff. A bit cafeteria because of the strict functionalistic style but I'm fed up with all gingershit blueberry shots regardless the season of other hotels. The only minor complaint: the cups are too small for tea. Small teapots would be great. Regarding the rooms: congrats to the cleaning staff: It's hard work to keep the tile grouts clean and white in the shower (i guess they choose that material because of the authenticity of the 30s design...) So thanks a lot, good luck and we'll be back

I only stayed one bight but AXA was nice. The location was very perfect, I walked to so many places when I was there including the main train station. The elevator is like a mini attraction lol.
