I stayed in double room, King Suite and I am planning to stay also in junior suite. I really enjoyed my stay. My double room had old town center and cathedral view from windows. King suite has balcony and I think King Suite has the best view in Prague. I also got breakfast to my room in balcony and it was unique experience. Service also really good. Employees are nice and friendly. I enjoyed my stay. I think rating is low because restaurant and bistro are also under same name and people provide restaurant reviews for the hotel. Hotel has great location. Hotel is in a historical building and staying in a historical place is relaxing experience.

Stopped in here with my family for dinner around 7pm. Ordered pasta dishes. Took just over one hour for the order to arrive on a night that was not particularly busy. Food arrived luke warm at best and very small portion for the price. In saying that it was tasty. On the plus side the staff are nice and the views across the square at night are great. Worth a try at least but there are much better restaurants around Prague.

Amazing hotel. Location is without doubt THE best attribute. All the staff are very welcoming!! Plus you have the choice of 2 bars - a rooftop bar (best views) and the underground cocktail bar (superb cocktails)

We only came for a meal. Great location right in the heart of the Old Town with easy access to public transport and Bolt pickup spots. However, the hotel has given in to tourist demands and has a very tacky feel, and the quality of the food leaves much to be desired. The service was attentive, although not perfect, but the food was all served to us warm and in parts cold. It appeared that none of our food was booked fresh but simply reheated. My advice is not to be drawn in by the location and extensive menu, but rather search a little more and locate an authentic restaurant with better quality food and atmosphere.

We loved our stay. The staff has been remarkably warm, welcoming, friendly and helpful. Our upgraded room was luxurious. The area is lovely and convenient but quiet. We couldn’t imagine a nicer experience in Prague.

Positives first: great view, clean place. Negatives: I would say this has been THE WORST SERVICE EXPERIENCE in my entire life! Completely rude staff, felt like they were doing you a favor. Food was regular. A table next to us wanted to remove their tip from their check and one of the servers told her that "it was impossible because her food and drinks were fine, so they had no other choice". We thought it was a prank at first, but no...

The place has an incredible location, close to everything. The staff was very nice and warm. The hotel also offered some treats for free for breakfast and during all our stay. Good cleanness in all areas in general. I highly recommend to stay here if you´re looking for a good quality/price rate.

Beautiful hotel, luxurious rooms, nice receptionist, but the best is the excellent restaurant here, where it is really extraordinary. The food is light, healthy and at the same time amazingly erased. Moreover, it will surprise you how great the service is. We were served by a young gentleman who did not hesitate to handle our above-standard wishes and was always very kind and helpful. Thank you very much for your pleasant experience.

The location of the restaurant is good, so the prices are bit higher. Mulled wine was great, so i had high expectations when I saw the menu. When my order came it looked good, but only that. The chicken breast had no seasonings at all,not even salt or pepper, and then even dry. Pretty disappointing.

I stayed in this hotel, and loved it. The receptionists were good, perfectly spoke English. For foreigners it’s a big plus. Offered us a drink and offered the help with our luggage. The room was clean, spacious and there are double curtains on the windows. For the people who appreciate their sleep it is a perfect place.

For each one of the rating categories this place deserves an extra star. Our first impression of this place was walking to it from the central train station and we knew it was close to the main square but had no idea how ideal the location was when we booked. The service was very friendly right from the start, and there was a genuineness about them. The room itself... well, we were told they had upgraded us free of charge, but I have never had my expectations blown out of the water as much as this. The corner of the building we were in faced both the square and the clock tower, just a couple hundred feet away. The two storey suite was absolutely stunning, from the decor to the layout and the comfort. Could not be happier with this place!

I stayed at this hotel on my recent visit to Prague. The hotel has been beautifully restored and is well maintained. The interior and my my roomed combined an old world charm and modern comfort. The pictures on their website are the real rooms. The staff here were all so nice, and responsive to any request making it a very pleasant stay. I didn’t go up to the roof top bar n grill but the basement bar is very rustic and the staff there were really nice as well. Location is right on the old town square and is an easy walk to Charles bridge, malastrana, new town. Would definitely stay there again

Location, rooms, and staff are all excellent. The location is walking distance from the square, amazing restaurants, and perfect for sightseeing. The rooms were very clean, comfortable and a great size. Every staff member was very attentive and incredibly nice. Harry was more than willing to help us when we arrived at 1 am and helped us solve a problem with our booking. I highly recommend staying here.

Me and my husband stayed here when we last visited Prague. It is a stylish, clean, comfortable hotel. The furnishings and fittings were of a good/ high standard. Our room was very comfortable, the staff were very pleasant and helpful. It has/offers the majority of facilities you may need. The restaurant prices were fair and in line with the high standard of the food/dishes. Fantastically located for all the must see locations

The hotel is very clean and well maintained. I would like to Special thank to William for being so friendly and Cooperative. It located next to Astronomical clock and old town Square and 10 minutes walking to Charles Bridge. The restaurants and the staff are really friendly with lovely Buffet Breakfast menu.

The location can't be topped. The valet service is amazing, even if a little hard to get to from Google maps. But it made everything so much easier. They had a dog bed and bowls ready and waiting. The staff was amazing, so friendly and helpful. I can't wait to stay again

Inside/outside....the heaters are fabulous here to keep you toasty while you enjoy their great choice of menu & drinks. The cocktails looked gorgeous, our wine was the best we'd had all weekend, the food great & service was good. Yes, it's a little pricier because of where it is but absolutely worth it.

Clean, Comfy, flavourful breakfast and awesome service. It was very beautiful stay. We usually are very picky when choosing 5star hotels for our destination vacation as we enjoy hotels more than place. And this hotel made our Prague trip memorable.!

Lucas was AMAZING. He made the check in process flawless, and went out of his way to make sure that we were happy with our rooms. We reserved 3 rooms and one of our friends booked it for the wrong night, and Lucas did everything that he could to help us out. The most amazing hotel I’ve stayed in. Bathrooms are incredible and rooms super clean.

Extremely well located (perhaps the best location of any hotel I have been to in all the cities I have visited in the world) but for lovers, honeymooners, bachelor / bachelorette trip, those desiring a erotic flair to travel. Ambiance is very medieval male consistent with Prague in general, but with an almost kitschy vibe to it (even the breakfast follows a traditional British fry up). The room ceilings are a unique experience. With one of Prague's coolest bars in the basement and best rooftop restaurants/bars on the top, it is unique. The food quality/price ratio is perhaps not the best in Prague. But what can one expect with so much else going for it? But not for those looking for a nice quiet, family oriented place. Thinking wild and unique would be more like it.

Spent two nights at this hotel and had a great experience. The staff was lovely (we received a hand written happy birthday note in our native language with a small bottle of champagne on my friend's birthday) and the location is super central. Rooms are nice as well, and the breakfast is really good. Overall really good value for money.

Really bad food at the restaurant! We got a burrata salat, which was okay, and the I got the gulasch soup and it wasn’t that hot and my man got the grill plate and it was bad! Service was okay. But they do not deserve a star. The waiter asked for tips when we were paying. They didn’t get anything.

Many other places in Prague for better food and service. The food was not special, but especially the service was terrible. The menu cards were kept on the table. We had to ask for extras like napkins which should be included and common. Worst was at the end the waiter was bold enough to ask us for extra tip for the so called 'service'. I've never not paid tip, but this is the one place I would never pay tip for service. Just terrible and rude waiter.

We ate there on our first day in Prague, the restaurant is clearly a tourist trap. Good location, okay food. They kept speaking to us in German and Spanish which was annoying as we speak neither language, and replied to them in English. They also charged us the most expensive water bottle on the menu although we requested a cheaper one. All in all it wasn't horrible but we wouldn't go back nor recommend it.

Really amazing location and rooms! The rooftop restaurant and downstairs bar just add to the appeal of this hotel. The view from our hotel room was absolutely spectacular!

Very nice ambience and the staff are very friendly. The canopy has abundant heating and the restaurant is centrally located in the Old Town Square. The Star oprimen beer is served in huge 1 litre jugs. Main dishes are not so great though.

We were on a 17 day trip in Europe and we thought the U Prince Hotel was the favorite hotel we stayed at. It was clean and it was beautiful the location is fantastic! The breakfast was beautifully presented and such a pleasure every morning. All kinds of beautiful delicious food to eat. The staff was very nice and helpful. There is a really cool underground bar under the hotel . It’s rustic like in a cave but there are crystal chandeliers it’s just beautiful . We don’t have anything but good things to say about the hotel. You could not have a better location! It’s on the main Square in front of the clock. It was very clean very comfortable.
