Overall a decent place. Rooms and bathrooms were upto the mark. Cleaning service was also perfectly okay. The receptionist was courteous too. Breakfast could have been better. Many reviewers have complained about parking space, but we couldnt verify that since we didnt travel by car. There was a tram stop less than a minute away, so location-wise the hotel was quite accessible.

The rooms are really dirty and there are some spiders and flies. Whilst I was bathing, the shower curtain suddenly fell down, luckily it didn't hurt my head. The bed sheets are full of stains and both of the TVs didn't work. Outside our room, there are a few rubbish bins that smells really bad so we can't open the windows. We requested to change our room but they refused to do it.

Clean rooms, nice people, ok breakfast and close to the tram station. The price is very affordable and my room was actually a 2 rooms apartment! Comfortable and clean. Just perfect.

Hotel is walking distance or a quick Uber away from the city centre, but the actual hotel location is very quiet which is good for sleep. The rooms are clean and modern, and are quite pleasant. I unfortunately had to sleep on the sofa bed which was extremely uncomfortable. The toilet and shower facilities were fantastic in the room. Service was pleasant and friendly, person at desk spoke fantastic English.

Stayed here last summer. We arrived by car and one of the main reasons we booked this hotel was cause it said there was parking included. Upon arriving the receptionist says all parking were full. I would later find out there was only a total of 3 parking spots.. Having to park a few kilometres away and then take transport back I was not very amused. We should have two nights at this hotel but we left after one. The room was very decent and clean but the breakfast buffet was another story. The food was dismal with not much to choose from. When we came back 8 hours later we saw that the buffet still had not been cleaned up with dirty plates all over the place and the food still out.

Good hotel for the price. Location is a bit out of the way of most attractions but this is reflected through the price. The location is in a quiet area with decent transport links into town, however, so it only takes 15 minutes to the old town and most other attractions. The room was clean but despite requesting a queen bed, I was given twin beds. The toilet was clean and modern but I would have liked some more pressure from the shower and some hotter water. The walls are also somewhat thin so you can hear other conversations. Good breakfast options albeit the options rotate every day and it's good some days, not so much other days. Clean and quiet dining area. Staff were helpful.

Great location, a few tram stations from the main attractions and just a 10 minutes walk from the Old town. We stayed im an apartment that was very spacious, clean, warm and with very comfortable beds. Breakfest is really great with a delicious coffee. Recommend.

Great find. Nice room at a good price. About 30 mins walk to the sights or a short tram ride from the bottom of the road. The free breakfast was good and some items changed daily.

Within walking distance of the trainstation and the city centre, but with a very cheap tram line its not necessary to walk. Rooms were clean and decent. Breakfast is good not great. For its price it is a nice hotel.

Rooms were clean and beds were ok . No bathroom goodies . Unfortunately toilet seat broken and toothbrush cup dirty . Rezeption only attended at limited times. Parking limited at the back , very tiny spots. Minimum of 30 min. Walking distance to the city .ok for the price

The room was very modern and had everything you need for a short break. The staff was really nice. Unfortunately, you could hear noises from the neighboring rooms in the evening. The breakfast was okay, but could be improved. All in all the hotel is very good for this price.

Great room, calm and cheap neighborhood with great restaurants. The breakfast was adequate. The staff were really helpful and were always avalible to help. There is a tram 100-200m from the hotel that can get you to centrum.

The rooms are decent, as described and relatively clean! But the siphon in the bathroom was clogged, and under the patio windows there were two overflowing garbage cans that smelled bad in the hot weather.

When I booked I asked for an early checkin as I was arriving in the morning from edinburgh as that was the only flight that day I took it for granted that was ok as they never said no when I arrived at 10.45 I was told to come back at 2.00pm very poor service, I asked reception if they had a bar I could wait in but they don’t have a bar and if I had known this I would not have booked be warned

The hotel is absolutely lovely - clean, enough space in the room - we have also little kitchen, nice bathroom and so good location - about few steps from the tram station, there is shops, restaurants nearby. Lovely place!

I wouldn't recommend you to go there because for instance 3 of our cards to unlock our room weren't working, we didn't have a AC remote, our friends AC wasn't working, some of the staff doesn't know English, the walls where coverd in what looked like boogers. So don't go there.

Place is not loved by the owner. There is a mold on the walls where they serve breakfast! Also the beans (i guess vegan option) were served cold. Rooms are badly designed. You can see prices cut everywhere (like they don't let you to choose to change the towels or not to be Eco but they say they try to be Eco so they simply decide for you to do it every 3days. I always choose Eco option but here they simply want to save money and greenwash it ). There is something like patio where there are rubbish bins and two cars parc while it could be somehow designed. The cubord in my bathroom was broken and was openning itself, almost hitting my face when I was using mirror. Lol. There was suppose to be someone In the reception until 8pm but they left at 5pm closing the grating in the middle of the reception room. So weird. I booked 4 nights and left after first one. Srsly, owner is money driven and that's it.

Great location, close to tram. Very friendly and helpful receptionist and staff. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean and the room was spacious .Breakfast was delicious.I will certainly recommend this hotel for everyone. I will definitely come back when I visit Prague again

Polite staff at the reception. Good location. Good breakfast. Disadvantage cleanliness. Only towels changed after we asked, which were visibly worn. In 6 nights they never cleaned the bathroom, only emptied the trash.
