Nice 4-star hotel, about 2 km from the center of Prague, very close to the station and to the main bus / tram stop, therefore excellent location. The staff were polite and helpful despite some communication difficulties (not all spoke in English). For the rest, tidy and clean rooms, breakfast is very varied and plentiful, certainly a good point of reference for value for money.

I don't understand how people can add 5 stars. Our room has windows directed to street and its extremely noisy. Room doesn't have working air-conditioning, there is 27~29°C+ (June) in the room after room reach sun side If you open window its like sleeping directly on the street, noise from trams (every 5min). Bed is very old, mattress was so much used that you can feel deformed "place" where previous guests were sleeping. Room was clean and tidy, same with bathroom. Location of the hotel is good, central train station is 15min by walk. They're serving breakfast only. Those were good and fresh. 50~70guests had to wait to one machine for hot water. Real queue to get a tea :) Parking is not easy, you have to be very lucky to find parking slot near hotel. Choose white lines only, blue are for local citizens.

Hotel advertisment says it has parking and air conditioning - not it does not. We lived on the top floor. Its unreachable by elevator. We had luggage and didint recieve any informstion ir help that we will have to carry one floor. The apartment only had a fan. The bathroom doesnt have ventilation, so all the heat and moisture will always stay or you have to keep the doors open and let all of it in your bedroom. Breakfast was fair, not a big choice its enough. We had to keep the windows open so there is alot of noise from the street and trammy. There is alot of shops and bars with restaurants near hotel. City centre is reachable on foot. Overall this is the worst 4 star hotel i’ve been at and i dont recommend it. P.s. I had bugs in my bed. And flies above my head from open windows.

The rooms were comfortable but minimalistic. But they could not even provide a functional Wifi which when complained upon was not followed up. The rooms also lacked plugpoints. The only good thing about the stay was the breakfast.

The hotel itself is very close to the main train station in Prague and is well-connected with several tram lines almost reaching the hotel directly. The room was spacious but quite hot. Even with the radiators turned off, it remained uncomfortably warm, affecting sleep quality. The bathroom presented an issue as the shower drain didn't function well, resulting in an unpleasant odor after returning from sightseeing. Additionally, there was no air conditioning in the room, which was quite surprising. Upon arrival, I discovered the hotel consisted of two buildings facing each other, creating some inconvenience, especially when heading to breakfast. In my case, the breakfast venue was in the second building, requiring crossing the street amid cars and trams, causing discomfort. Breakfasts were good and varied, so no complaints there. Another surprise was the absence of staff at the reception in the building where I stayed, creating a certain discomfort as anyone could enter the building without any hindrance. Despite these issues, the stay was enjoyable, but there are certain drawbacks the hotel should take into consideration.

Hotel in what seems to be an old theatre. Great breakfast. Rooms have thin walls though - we were woken up by next door's phone alarm and their kids. Check in was one of the longest I've ever experienced - took at least 15 mins per couple! Bed was very comfy but thin pillows. We asked for two more but were told we couldn't have them till housekeeping were back the following day - when they gave us one more pillow rather than the two we'd asked for. Only mirror in the whole room was in the bathroom. No mirror in the bedroom to check yourself before you go out, or to do makeup. Shower was a nightmare - wall holder only over bath but no adjustment. So your options are either have it on the wall at a trickle or have it more powerful and hold it in your hand - but when you put it down it sprays the whole room. Location is ok - 20 mins from Old Town by tram but the local area round the hotel has no ambience at all.

First hotel I've been to where staff stocks your refrigerator with snacks/drinks for purchase. Overall, I enjoyed my stay. Great breakfast options, and very clean rooms. Interesting multi-floor layout. Gave it a unique feel.

Clean, bright, comfortable rooms in a beautiful building for a fair price. The hotel is located just next to a Tram Station so mobility is no problem within the city.

In general was okay But there were no possibility to take shower, water was super hot or impossible cold. Unfortunately we took cold shower at the begging . After long suffering we manage to find middle warm temperature, but it was super bad flow (I washed my hair with the bottle which I filled in sink). We tried to get shower at late night, in the morning, during the day as well (it’s doesn’t matter) We said about this situation twice on the reception and situation wasn’t changed Cleaning rooms where pretty formal, our bad sheets were smashed as before Also there was only 2 free electrical sockets (in bathroom and close to the entrance almost on the floor ) Therefore I used to heating kettle in the bathroom and we charged our phones instead of lamps using Breakfasts was quite good For such a situation it’s overpriced in my opinion

Our room was tiny, our children 's was much bigger. They have a policy not to change towels, ok. But they should change the one that is used as a mop. The drain was clogged so the bathroom filled with water. Not even that mop was changed. Excellent breakfast, in a nice ballroom -theater without air condition.

Nice place to stay in the vicinity of the main railway station (15 min walk). Some rooms might be a bit louder because of windows directing to the street with a tram. But it is a trade-off for the central location. There is an amazing breakfast hall (and breakfast as well).

The location is very good, outside of the center but still easy to reach and close to the central station. The rooms are very clean and the breakfast is very good. The staff (especially the receptionist) was very friendly. Great value for money and I would come back again

Convenient location not far from the street car station down the street. Room was clean and staff was super friendly. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. Would recommend.

I was here with my 4 colleagues 20-26th November 2022. We had a project training nearby hotel. 3 of us were in room 401, the other 2 on second floor. All in the main building, not in the "patio" building across the street. We booked for one day more and two people more but we didn't use that and they allowed us to use it until end of 2023. Room 401 is one floor above to where elevators go. I thing it is 6th floor, I think the last floor. The 3 of us were in double room apartment which had views on two very imporyant sights in Žižkov: TV tower and Jan Žižka statue (memorial on Vitkov). On photos you can also see their 🎄 at the reception for 2022, and underneath are gifts that I packed for my family, I borrowed ✂️ and ducktape from reception. We payed 900 czk for tourist tax for 6 days. During weekend breakfast is 8-11.

Our experience at Hotel Ariston was WONDERFUL! The front desk people were very kind and helpful with any questions we had. The room was a bit smaller than we're used to at home, but everything was in very good condition, and it was perfect for our stay in Prague. There was an ample spread for breakfast every morning, with a variety to cater to all tastes. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel!

Our 5 nights stay was totally 5 stars. Room was very clean and aircon works pretty fast as soon as you choose the temperature. A bit far from noisy centre which was perfect as it was just few minutes away by public transport. Really good breakfast. Staff were just great, prompt, efficient and always helpful. Facilities were very useful , even our need of a computer and a printer wasn't a problem at all as it was available 24h at no cost. Will definitely come back

staff was nice, but the room was way too hot and the quality of breakfast items was subpar

Very good hotel! Everything went very well. The main drawbacks were prices for mini-bar and the lack of USB-sockets.

Excellent breakfast buffet, good service, pleasant staffs, clean room. The only problem was with 💡 light arrangements of room. Only one table lamp was in the room. Hope they will rectify it soon
