Altogether it was one of the most unpleasant stays I ever had. Let me start by making a list. 1. Really really bad service. No one speaks English and behaves rudely if they can’t express themselves. It is as if it was my fault I went there without knowing their language. 2. Total lackluster attitude and unprofessional behavior. I had to ask to refill shampoo for 3 times, there is no telephone in the room so needed to go to another building to talk to the reception just imagine. 3. The kitchen closes at 9 and if you are late you will have to go to bed without eating anything. 4. The woman in the pub/dining room was rudely yelling at some German guests because they requested to serve them breakfast 5 minutes after the breakfast time closes. That woman yelled at us the next day because I sat on the reserved table though there was no sign or mark in that table thus anyone can understand it’s reserved. She does not speak English and she was only yelling “This is for people” as if we were animals!! 5. The location is literally in the middle of nowhere. If you want to buy a toothpaste you will have to walk for 20 to 30 minutes or take a bus. There is no restaurant or any other place to eat nearby. 6. Cleanliness – the room was not cleaned properly and we found the leftover food from the previous guest in the fridge - Check photo. There was no litter bin in the room. 7. Room design- pathetic!! The toilet is on the opposite side of bathroom. So if you go to toilet and then to wash your hands you will have to go to all way to the other side of the room. 8. The most weird tap I have seen anywhere in the world. The tap on the basin is bigger than the basin itself!! So using it is a huge challenge and water spreads everywhere. It is a mess. Check the photo. 9. The worst at the end of my stay when I checked out I requested to print my boarding passes for the flight and the receptionist refused!! Can you imagine!!?? Bottom-line very rude people and everyone should avoid this place.

We stayed for two days. The rooms were decent. We got rooms 21 and 22. They were quite well kept and neat. The lady at the front didn't smile at all. Maybe she's afraid that she can't speak English. But a smile could have gone a long way. The bathrooms were bigger. The only disappointment was the food. There were not many options for vegetarians/ chicken lovers. Everything was catered to core meat eaters. Well cornflakes and bread and jam was there. The milk was cold, so even when we tried to make coffee, it wasn't warm enough. As a tourist I recommend you eat from outside if time permits. There was no parking, so we parked on the streets. But everything was okay.

kind of a late review, was there a while ago. but i remember it was dirty, staff was not friendly and didnt tell us upfront that we had to reserve breakfast the day before and that it was only a short time for eating breakfast, which i could live with if i'd been informed properly. also, location is obviously pretty bad, i.e. far away, but it was relatively quiet (except for the morning rooster scream from the neighbours). the rooms didnt have much to other, was more of a hostel if i remember corectly. definitly wont do again.

Nice and quiet. Too far away from center of Prague. Rooms what you would expect from a 3 star hotel.

Cramped rooms, dilapidated. Embarassing breakfast. No parking. Difficult contact with the reception. Finally, the price set in Euro was converted into Kč at some strange rate, clearly higher than that used in other hotels.

Unfriendly staff, dirty rooms, beds were full with bed-insects, I got scabies after I went back. See the video!

The room was nice and clean. The bathroom was a bit small, but not really a problem for me. Friendly staff and quiet location. There is a nearby bus station.

Hotel is frim 1960s, not updated at all. Whole hotel smells like spoiled oil. Staff doesn't speak English, has awful communication, when asking for a boss, they said he is in America (luckily my native language is similar to Czech). No cleaning at all, in 5 days didn't change sheets at once, at least we were getting clean towels daily, but only because we had to use it to stop water flooding the room. Bath and toilet are weirdly separated. Extremely dissatisfied with overall experience
