Would recommend ! Great location. For a hostel I was pleasantly surprised to get a room for only 2 people, with private shower. Restrooms were just next door and kept clean at all time. Girls at the reception were friendly and helpful. The terrace is also Nice and very quiet. One thing is, they need more silverware in the kitchen, the toilets were often out of toilet papers and there are no AC in the room, if you sleep with the window open the street get noisy at night, wifi is not working well.

This review is based on my personal experience and hope for future guests that it won't happen again... First of all, very very friendly staff! I like the idea to make a capsule hotel like in Japan, it was clean, but they are not as sound proof like the "original" ones. You can hear every movement of your neighbours and everything that goes on in the room. That is normal in a hostel. Just mentioning it because that capsule pics might make you think that it is somewhat soundproof or an "own room". It's not. At night some guests came in and didn't really care about fellow guests. Talked and did their business. Not the hotel's fault. BUT at 8 in the morning some construction workers came in (or into the room next to ours maybe?), turned on music and started talking loudly. Then they started drilling and hammering which (because I was still kinda asleep) made me panic. I didn't realize what was happening at first and inside the capsule it was horrifyingly loud. I hope that was a one time thing but in any way, starting to drill at 8 when you want to sleep in on a vacation, that is not very customer orientated. So overall for me personally it wasn't a pleasant experience which is probably only based on unfortunate events.

We were stolen. Doors don’t work properly which means anyone can come in the room freely and look through your stuff. Bear in mind there is a sauna which is open to the outside public, so security of your personal belongings is far from being decent. Due to the tiny lockers you are given you must leave your rucksacks in the room. Both our rucksacks were opened, including our toiletry bags and all our pockets (the thief took its time). What makes it worse is the poor attention and help from the staff. No help, no understanding, nothing from their end. Wouldn’t recommend AT ALL.

Overall, great experience for the price I paid. But needs to fix a few issues, room wasn't cleaned when I arrived. I'm sure it's a one-off. Need to step up their promotional game on where to eat for good local prices, because restaurants in Prague central will fleece your money and prey on unaware tourists. Maybe a print out sheet to give tourist a better orientation of the city. Upside: very friendly staff and responsive to requests. Discounts to the spa and sauna which is in the same building.

About sauna in the complex, I believe that hotel is in the same quality: The quality of everything was really low. A cleaning woman came to us when I was in underwear and with swear words told us that time is over. She hasn’t knocked on a door or something like this, just get in and started to cry. I was a bit shocked after the sauna so I even haven’t answered. After this, she started to use my towel to clean the floor. Crazy? Definitely! Also when we asked about slippers for rent or to buy or something like this, they answered that they don’t have any. The space is small, they don’t have a dressing room or locker. 0/10 don’t waste your time.

Nice hostel with good facilities. The capsule we stayed in was very comfortable and clean. The bed was also quite large. Good kitchen facilities available for use. The location of the hostel was really good. Clean toilets and showers.

I had a private single room with a shared bathroom. Inside the private room is a shower and a sink which was super convenient. The room was clean however there was a crack on the floor under the bed which was kind of sus. The location is super central and convenient which meant I didnt have to spend anything on public transport. The only bad thing I experienced was the noisyness outside, I think there is a club or cafe or something because you can constantly hear people late at night but this wasnt a major problem

People from my room got things stolen. The staff are not very helpful, very defensive and are not helping with the situation. The keys are given to each person who stays in the room and if someone doesn't lock it you risk your stuff being stolen. The doors are very hard to lock and they are not working properly, so it's very easy to miss it. The staff are not taking any responsibility and are blaming all the hostel guests. Very nasty situation and this is not a safe place to stay in. The doors are not working well, the staff is unhelpful, so better stay away

A Blissful Hostel Stay with an Exceptional Spa and Incredibly Kind Staff I recently had the pleasure of staying at a hostel that exceeded all my expectations. Simple hostel in a central location. Don't expect too much. Staff will help you if you ask but they're not very friendly or proactive. BE WARNED: We were a group of 4 friends in a 4 person room and we got a lot of things stolen during New Years eve!! This ruined our trip. Police was helpful and hostel staff gave us a new room, but besides the new room we didn't hear anything from the hostel. No checking in with us, no questions, no help or compensation. As if this happens regularly. We only had a couple of nights left so we stayed, but we didn't feel very safe anymore. And there are more reviews here about people having their things stolen. So my recommendation is DONT STAY HERE untill the hostel invests in new locks / security system. The key to room 18 (4 person room) was stolen, don't stay in that room until they change locks!! Also, we only got one key for 4 people, which is not practical. In a group of 4 not everyone always wants to do the same things. Without the robbery this stay would have been 3 stars.

totally 5 stars for this place. literally just walk a bit to go to Old town, and charles bridge. the service was really good and helped me so much when we were in need.

Awful people. I booked a room but I had to cancel because of family problems and I couldn't come anymore. They decided to not accept the cancellation and keep the money for themselves. How greedy do you have to be to act that way ? Don't book there

I stayed in a 4 bed room. I found it to be clean, very comfortable 4 night stay. Location is great and walking distance (10 min) to the main square. The kitchen was open and had an induction heater and fridge. Staff is super friendly, although I didn't have any particular needs while I was there.

the best hostel experience i have so far. the receptionist is so cute and helpful, everything is clean and organized, it offers plenty of areas to sit and socialize in, it is really close to the city centre, perfect in every way.

Personnel 10/10, cleanliness 10/10, location 10/10. The place was a great value for money if you are a couple visiting for one or two days - we stayed in a capsule and it was better than we expected. The bed was very spacious, there was a small locker to store your belongings and a room to store big luggage. There was a well equipped and spacious kitchen. Would definitely go again.

The position is perfect, in the city center and close to many restaurants and shops, also close to the metro station and tram. We stayed in a 4 people room with orivate bathroom. The room was big and very clean, the toilet was separated from the shower (two different rooms) which was very comfortable for a group of people. Bed sheets and pillows were fresh clean. A power strip was provided in the room, placed on a table, that was very comfortable as a charging station for our phones. Wifi was free and working well. The common kitchen was very clean and cozy, with a fridge and two microwaves. The staff was very polite, nice and friendly. I also appreciated the "smart" management of the place, since you could do check in and check out through their app. Only bad nite: the forniture in the room was just a table and a cupboard (broken). But still i never use cupboards in vacation so i didn't mind

We stayed in a Dormitory and at night someone broke in and stole a wallet. The employee at the front desk told us she couldn’t do anything and that it wouldn’t make sense to talk to the police. The police was very helpful. The lockers are pretty small, so if you have a lot of stuff I wouldn’t recommend the dormitory and if you’re concerned about safety I wouldn’t recommend the hostel at all. At least our room was clean and the location was great.
