Avoid at all cost. What a nightmare of a place! It's horribly outdated (think communist era) with nothing more but small, uncomfortable beds, falling apart old plywood furniture and a dark brown tile washroom straight from a prison nightmare. The staff and receptionist are rude, unfriendly and don't speak one word in English. Parking lot is a joke - you have to double park and block others if you wanna park there. There are 4 spots in two rows, but you park bumper to bumper and inevitably block people in the first row. No hair dryer, no shampoo, no bath towels (only tiny and smelly ones). There was a fridge on the floor for everyone to share and one water boiler, but no glasses, cups, or pretty much anything else above the place to sleep and 4 walls. Oh and don't eat at the hotel restaurant. The kitchen staff kills and defeathers geese in the backyard on a dirty old wooden table. Yuck!

Not an ideal place to go with the family. Reception is always closed, and you have to call and wait for the person to come. Vending machines are not maintained, so you cannot even get a cup of coffee. No elevator in the hotel, so if you are travelling with some luggage and family then be prepared to carry up to the second floor. Common kettle is available for use, but not in a good condition. Not recommended for people travelling with families.

Basic accommodation with some extras. Families and pets seem to be welcome. Rooms are quiet even when hotel is full. The response to online booking was quick and honest. Clean and secure. There is a great burger place right around the corner and a good cup of coffee in the lobby.

Great place to stay. Wonderfull view. Excelent servis.

We stayed here in for 2 nights last November. The stay was awesome . But the person in Reception was not speaking English

Very dated, poor menu, no breakfast as such, not much choice of restaurants or bars locally you're better off looking for something closer to the town

Worse hotel ever. their room service is poor. all you ask the answer is no. the room we received was hot without a fan. we could not sleep because of the heat. Behind the hotel are dogs that bark every half hour. nothing for the kids family. In front of the hotel, alcoholics sit with big bottles in their hand all day.

Decent place to stay. Bila hora tram stop is just 2 min walk. Tram 22 and 25 take you to city center within 25 min
