Great hostel. Exactly what we were looking for. Ideal location, all surrounded with restaurants and cafes and shops, 10 minutes walk to old town. Stuff were friendly and rooms clean and nice. Its a little lovely piece of Morocco in the centre of Prague, we really enjoyed the atmosphere...

From where do I start. The incharge is so rude. 1) he refused to accept my booking which I had made in advance. Totally unreliable. 2) smell is really bad! So, the common area is super small, and his office is right there. Later, I saw him cleaning the toiltet with bare hands and then wiping it off just by his T. I would have given stars in minus if it were an option.

Florenc hostel, marrakech hostel, backpackers hostel? Every name is good! They change it every so on so people cannot see the terrible reviews they have. We met the hostel under the name of “Hostel Bílá labut’”, and the experience was definitly an adventure; we entered and the smell was terrible, like a mix of incense and human smell. First they tried to scam us with the change from euros to csk, then they charged us more than what they advertized in the web. We booked a full room and what was our surprise when we discovered that they separated the group because the full 6 room had an extra bed hidden between two walls!! So they separated the group. Then we saw the beds!! Blood stains, nail polish stains, dust… everything is possible there. Lastly, when we complained, they offered us the money to go to another place at 22 in the night. The night was terrible, we couldn’t sleep because the owner entered to take away the key from us, we weren’t allowed to have keys nor use the lockers (even thi they were broke ) At least we had breakfast, and Joel is a really nice guy! We can tolerate this thing if the price is low, but it wasn’t. I feel pity for the next people that go there without reviews like us, good luck!

I would say it’s like maybe one of the worst hostel. We stayed two nights. Lockers which don’t close. You get breakfast not on your time but when the housekeeper of this place wakes up. Second night we were asked to change room, slept and woke up with bunch of people sleeping on floor. As whole night people walks without booking and the person who was there allowed then to sleep. In morning when we went for breakfast and saw that even people are sleeping there. I would say taking it as last option to pass the night.

Just canceled our reservation few hours before check-in and the contact phone did not answered. What a difficulty situation to rearrange our accomodation in the streets of Prague with rainy weather!

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! We left after very reluctantly staying one night. Room smelled so bad of feet, no air con or ventilation. When we were shown our beds we heard the worker Joel say he needed to clean one bed beside us.. he came back 5 minutes later and showed someone to the dirty bed! He was also either high or drunk as his behaviour was very bizarre. When we asked to move rooms he showed us to his friends bed and said we could stay there as he was working nightshift, as long as we were out by 8am. Also offered us a mattress on the floor. The hostel has strange people living there permanently on mattresses on the floor etc., it's more like a squalor house. Also only 2 small cupboards between 8 beds, none of which locked so no secure place to keep your valuables. Breakfast wasn't included as advertised either.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! I don’t usually post negative reviews but I want to spare people from the experience I had… There are cheaper and MUCH better hostels you can stay at nearby. I wish I had read the reviews before I booked this hostel through HostelWorld. The owner is incredibly dishonest and charged me 26 euros a night when it was advertised to be 13 euros. He tried to tell me it is the Prague city tax, but every other hostel in the city only charges 2 euros (50 CZK). The hostel itself is not nice - small and dirty and strange smell. I did not feel comfortable here and I would urge people to GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. The only good thing about the hostel was the receptionist. He was lovely and tried his best to help me. It’s not his fault that his boss is a dishonest man.

I paid by booking. When I arrived they told me “there is no space, you will have to leave”. The receptionist treat me very rude, and wanted to ask me more money every time (for the key €15, for sleeping on the floor when was their mistake) he dropped a bed on the floor for sleeping. Next day he gave me a bed already used, without to change the sheets. I came to relax and he ruined my days in Prague.

I'm deaf, one guy staff surprised me for knowing deaf language because many places doesn't know. By hygiene this hostel is good, breakfast is really good. For my 4 days of being here I was almost satisfied except for too much noise from walking on the stairs and not finished light switches. It's in good location for tourists. Prague is nice city with many statues and historic buildings.

It was the worst experience in my life. The man on the reception was extremely rude and unprofessional. When we asked him for the second key, he started to shout at us and said that he will kick us out. When we asked for the refund, he started to act aggressively and was shouting at us again. In additional to that, he walks in your room even if there your stuff located. Has never felt fear and unsafe in the hostel before

This hostel is harsh. There is a severe problem with desorganisation. Breakfast was supposed to be included, it was not. Cheap but weird and a little uncomfortable place to stay.

You get what you pay for with great location, the bed is comfortable and the staff are nice. One of the staff members you will have to be more patient to understand their English, but everything will go smoothly. Check out is 11am but a few people would not follow that, one staff member told us that because some people would overstay by almost 5-10 hours, people who would come to check in wouldn’t be able to go into their place. A hostel needs the respect of everyone staying their, it is not a five star hotel

The name of the hostel is not the same as the one showing here, but it saved my life when I didn't have my accommodation yet. This place accepts euro but both crowns and euro in cash, since the payment terminal doesn't work sometimes. The owner is always willing to help and clean, and it's a sweetheart.

I was a bit scared by a bunch of reviews here saying bed bugs and all but it’s actually not that bad. You get what you paid for and the man is definitely trying to run it at his best. There are only two bathrooms and i like the one downstairs better. It’s more bright and clean. Extremely hot during hot summer day tho cause there is only one fan in a room of 8 so i can hardly sleep the first night but when weather got around 20-22 degrees then it was absolutely fine and i had no problem with it! Also he did cleaned and changed the bed sheet whenever someone checked out! I saw it with my own eyes :)

Everything as expected, definitely a simple hostel but that is obvious with such a low price. You get what you pay for. Really excellent location, everything within walking distance, did not use public transport at all. Clean bed, cupboard with lock, clean bathroom, simple breakfast of bread, jam, tea/coffee. Man at reception is friendly and helpful, he can be a bit difficult to understand but with some patience and respect the communication is effective. Sometimes guests can be a little strange/unpleasant but this can happen anywhere and is not the fault of the hostel. Satisfied with my experience, meets expectations with the price.

The hostel was just to cramped and too small. There are only two bathrooms and they are very dirty the rooms are also very dirty . And it’s just to stuffy in there . I’m not sure if the hostel was over booked but I saw some people sleeping on floors on mattresses which I thought was gross . The room smell like wet dog and dirty socks . They do have a cleaning lady but I don’t think she really cleans . I’m not even sure if the bed sheets were cleaned before I checked inn . When I got there my bed wasn’t even ready.i found a hair in my bed so I don’t think my sheets were washed .

I made a reservation in advance. After arriving at the Hotel, they told me that they were full. After some hard arguments, they found a bed. I have been going to Hostels for some time and this is the worst Hostel in Prague

My favorite thing about this hostel is the location it’s easy access to Old Town Square and trams that will take you anywhere. Also some great food nearby. I stayed 5 nights and will definitely come back when I return. Tough to beat their price in that part of town. The reception is warm and accommodating. Just know that check in is between 2-11pm. Give or take a bit if you give them a heads up. When I was there, Jakob was at the front desk and everything I asked him he hopped up and literally ran to get me a pamphlet to make sure I got an answer. Good spot. Good people.

Comfy beds with good locker facilities and a serviceable bathroom. The breakfast is very good and free, rooms are clean and big! Location is great 5 min walk to historical sights in the centre. I simply liked everything in this hostel. It was the best hostel I stayed in my life. Everything was perfect...

Hostel with zero health hygiene, "clean" sheets with blood on them, unwashed floor, rickety bathroom and a very strong smell of incense to cover the bad smell, close to the centre and very nice manager but otherwise, one of the worst experiences in a hostel.

I didn't stay at the hostel but there was good, inexpensive local food in the adjoining restaurant, which was frequented by local families (always a good sign) and the service was helpful and polite. If you're in the area, it's fine. Nothing particularly worth travelling out of your way for, though. There are plenty of nice little eateries like this one dotted around Prague. A Pilsner Urquell sign outside is usually a reliable starting point.

👍 A lot of + with one -. This is a very good place for the price (about 26€ or 650 czk/night/person in a room for two people). There is a good kitchen, refrigerator, showers, possibility for laundry and for printing documents, and a nice breakfast. Lidl is right across the street and the Viktoria Žiž...
