It was not what we expected. The rooms are really dated, like they were left in the 70s but on the poor side. The beds felt like they were a couch, very hard- when we made the reservation we were promised a big king size bed, but we got 3 single beds. We were also promised a flat tv (ofcourse it wasnt like that) and a private parking space for free - when we arrived at the spot they told us it was going to cost us 100ck. The bathroom is shared with one other room and it is veeeeery old. I sugest you pay a little extra and go somewhere else. This place is overrated, far from the centre and old.

If i could, i would give 0/5, we got a reservation days ahead, but at the day of check-in, we got a call that they are unable to have us due to technical issues. They said they would find us alternative accomodation, but never did. Few hours later, we called them again and they told us they will call us in 30 minutes. I am writing this review around 4 hours later and still nothing.

This place cannot be called a boarding house, rather it is a hostel of a poor standard. The owner is the most unpleasant person, treating customers with disgust and arrogance. I warn you that in some rooms there are bugs and various unpleasant living creatures, it is generally better to keep silent about the poor condition of the furniture. Appeal to the owner can only help if you make a scandal, and then you will be threatened with eviction. The only pleasant moment is a wonderful, very pleasant and kind man at the reception who will always help and tell you with various questions, and treat the guests with a positive attitude.

Very bad hotel. The administrator of the hotel is lier. It was at the beginning of June. The Rammstein was coming to Prague with the concert. I rented the room. Some person colled to me and told about the existing booking mistakes. For to solve the problem asked for a secret code. I agreed. after that the order was canceled.

Apparently the person cannot use the service of booking. We have booked a one night stay. We are a family of four coming from Ukraine, you can image how exhausted we were. It might be that the mistake was on the side of booking... but in the current situation of war.. one can compromise. Apparently management of this accomodation does not have any empathy. And to make one thing clear, we wanted to pay for that one night it was not for free.

First thing first, I want to adress all the bad reviews, from my oppinion they are wrong. Lets start with the check in, the receptionist wasnt availible and the owner greated us in a really nice way, he presented us the room and all the things around us. He told us about everything and he was actually a really nice guy, not arrogant at all, he was a great and funny guy, with a great english, he also gave us his business card in order to call him if we needed any help or if there were any problems,. Didnt had a problem with the payment, we did it in euros wich was amaizing Now talking about the room, comfy beds with big pillows wich are really nice. Everyhting was like in the photos, great description wich was really helpfull. Really clean place with great access to public transport witch is really cheap and fast. Didnt had problems with roaches or something, really clean place actually. Now the area that the hotel is placed in, really calm, nights were really quiet and that helped us to have a great sleep. For the price, you get a really nice room, really comfy beds and a great value for your money. Over all, this is a really nice place, cheap and you get a lot for what you pay, we only stayed 2 night but it was amaizing. We would like to thank the owner and the hotel for this amaizing experience in Prague, a nice city to visit. For all of this, we give the maximum ammount of stars and we would recommend this place to everybody who would want to stay in a really nice place, for a great ammount of money, a nice and quiet area with great staff. Nice and calm place to stay. Specially for families. A little far from the city center, but has very good bus and metro connections.

The owner acted totally unethical to us. We made booking in the hotel 2 days I phoned and emailed, no asnwer. Only once he answered the phone and said that he has no time to speak.

Expensive place. Rooms looks old. It Is far away with quite bad connection to other parts of Prague. I wouldn't recommend it.

If you are in NEED, this place is OK, INDEED.

I would strongly recomend this place to everybody, it is very reasonble price, quite, nice Staff, nice Manager, suitable for families, friends and it contain all the House stuff, you dont need to bring anything with you.. I will always come here and rent 2 rooms with sharing Kitshen.. i am also surprised from people who have given only one Star, or they complain about the Staff. It is my own Opinion: DONT LISTEN TO THEM, JUST COME OVER AND TRY YOURSELF. Trust my words.

The reception was very nice ! They helped as with good tips, the staff should get money raise. Owner is strict about noice. But in the end the expirience was good.
