The positive stuff: very clean place , many slides and pools to enjoy , had a lot of fun there with the kids , nice restaurant with food for children. The negative : So on entrance the whole family gets bracelets with a chip with which you can pay inside for food and usage of devices. Also the kids get a bracelet with the ability to pay. So Aquapalace have a tricky way to get money from kids - in the pools there are water guns which operated by the bracelet . For every time it's 50 czk. So the parents sitting around the pool , not being aware of what happens inside , and the kids go and get in the mood of game and fun and pay every time for a gun with water( which actually uses a pump , and no water wasted , so 50 czk for that???) Anyhow , our kids used it 25 times , means we paid 1250 czk !!! Be aware , either you have kids who know what they do , or just take the bracelets from them after entrance and only give it to them for buying foods. Aquaworld - you have a really great place , and we had lot of fun , and then this thing ruined our experience and made me write this review now. This is a really ugly trick for getting money from customers for NOTHING!!!

The place was above expectations for the size. It is quite small but the managed to put to many slides there. Very suitable for very young age as it has a pace for young kids and suitable also for adults. The whole family enjoyed the place. The have a smart idea, they give you a smart band through which you take a locker for free and you can use it to buy anything and then pay at check out. Really smart idea though it drained my money 😂😂

Almost 10,000m2 water park with 3 different themes and multi slides for all ages. It opens all year round even can play in the winter.

Super great fun for the whole family. We were a group with 3 kids under 8, parents, friends and grandparents and we all had a blast! The family tickets are great value and the onsite restaurant has lots of options, including for vegans! The only disappointment was the inflatable obstacle course which is terrible value at 50czk for a 5 minute slot. 5 minutes for kids to enjoy and even complete it 1 time is not enough. The people running it were unorganised and would call the kids off before time and leave others on. The kids loved it for the few mins they got.

We came to visit. In Finnish terms, cleaning and saunas are a bit slow, but nice service and nice drinks and food at a good price wherever you are. I guess the experience is when you can have a sauna when it's quite cool

Amazing place. But mind your "chip watches". It's easy to loose one and "pay" for someone's lunch before you find out (I paid 50€ - somebody took my lost chip and bought a lunch for his/her family). It's very common - I have met 4 more people at the cash desk who lost their chips.

Already at the entrance we were greeted by very loud music and voices from the animation. Who thought, it's a good idea to have 12 loudspeakers around the area where the kids swimming pools are? Terrible! Also, you couldn't find any place to put your thing or even a towel. Fort this price this is unacceptable. If you are without kids you may not mind...

(Translated by Google) For children - SUPER! The adult will enjoy the great sauna. Clientele - "interesting" - what does Czech feel like in a beach hotel in Greece or is it on the other side? Prices - excessively high. Buffet food by the pools - a total DISASTER - literally! Go there, cover your ears, don't notice other cultural customs and enjoy it. Only if you want to stay healthy, DO NOT buy food, and once you buy it, definitely DO NOT eat it! If you want to eat there, go to a restaurant in the saunas - it's very solid there. Jídlo v bufetu u bazénů - totální KATASTROFA - a to doslova! Zajděte si tam, zacpěte si uši, nevšimnete si jiných kulturních zvyků a užijte si to. Jen pokud chcete zůstat zdraví, NEKUPUJTE jídlo, a když ho už koupíte, rozhodně ho NEJEZTE! Pokud tam chcete jíst, běžte do restaurace v saunách - tam je to velmi solidní.

What a lot of fun this is. You feel like a kid again. So many slides. The garden is a nice place to relax in and the sauna is very beautiful. Definitely the best massage we've had so far and the masseuses we're very respectful

Amazing place, I was surprised by the amount of attractions, overall quality and friendly service. Be aware that most slides are above 8 or 10 years, this can make some small children unhappy. But there are alternative things they can enjoy. Totally worth it!

If you want a day of fun this is the place. You can find the tickets online.aptox.25 euro /person. Parking is near the aquapark and was 4 euro for 10 hours. At entrance you received a wach and with it you are able to pay everything (food, soda, etc) and lock/unlock your closet for clothes. The showers had a note that you are not allowed to use shampoo or shower gel. But everyone bath 😉 the toilets and showers are very clean.

We were celebrating my daughter's 5 years birthday, and the place and internal staff is great, but... - our birthday manager - Renata Tatouskova showed maximum level of unprofessionalism, when we said that 3 out 4 kids in our package got sick. In this situation customer-oriented manager would show some empathy (imagine that all kids' friends got sick night before celebration), but instead Renata shouted over the phone and made my wife guilty for those kids not coming... We paid what we were supposed to pay, kid was happy, but this was the worst manager-level experience we got in many years.

What a great aquapark! Lots and lots of activities for all ages, great selection of snacks and food. We (a family with two kids 7yo and 4yo) spent there a whole day and would have stayed longer, but we were exhausted from all the fun. One thing to consider - if you want to take a public transportation to Prague, the nearest direct bus (385) to nearest metro station goes every 30 min and was too crowded. Driver even wasn't able to load all passengers who wished to take the bus.

We've been to many water parks throughout Europe and Aquapalace ranks high in come categories and low in others. Let's start with where they can improve. First of all, admission is expensive. It cost around $84 USD for my six-year-old daughter and I to visit for three hours to the water park only on a Friday in July. It's by far the most we've paid for a water park for so short of time. Secondly, this one is outdated and a little run down. The water slides are old and aren't as fast or as big or as exciting. Where they shine is the variety of activities and pools. The wave pool creates big waves and runs often. There's a kid area. There's a warm pool with fish tanks along the back that kids enjoy. There are lazy rivers with monkey bars to try along the way. It was fun to explore. They also have lots of food and drink options and water zorbing, which was a blast. It was only $2 per ride for three minutes. Overall, it was a fun time. Just expect to pay a lot.

I've been here since I was a child but I feel like the aquapark is getting boring and there's nothing really new. Not much privacy while you change.

Great water park with many slides and pools. It's not as huge or fancy as other water parks I've been to in Europe, but in terms of fun it's not lacking by any means. We came in October and the queues were very short which was perfect.

(Translated by Google) Quite good, but expect that an adult will spend the whole day about 1300, - (entrance + refreshments) and I do not know if it is worth it. The attractions are nice, but on those with circles there are crazy queues, the wild river is traditionally the best attraction, refreshments are quite limited, the food is fine, the service is decent and nice. But after paying a high entrance fee, paying for the rental of sheets for the sauna insulted me a bit, and the gentleman who supervised the saunas didn't like it very much. The cabins are quite small if you pull a backpack with things into the gym (it will also fit). Otherwise, it's nice, but the expenditure corresponds only to the first experience of the aquapark. Next time, you better go to Germany or Liberec, if you have the opportunity (half entries).

Great for families and children of all ages. The only thing is that especially on slides the lifeguards are invisible so not sure about safety as a lot of people didn't seem to respect rules indicated on various slides. Too many animators and lack of lifeguards.

Amazing place for the family, however if you want to purchase food inside it is a bit overpriced and the choice is not that great, nor the quality of the food, more of a canteen style. However the experience of the water attractions its self is what it's all about and no disappointment there

Nice slides, good wave pool, nothing to complain about pool bar. Many saunas, but most of them too dry. Location little bit far away from centre. Quite pricy. Funny detail is that they are serving Finnish dishes in the bar at sauna section.

We went there with the family (my wife and 3 kids) and I can strongly recomended. You can spent there several hours and not realizing it. The Best are water slides and Wild river. We use a afternoon tarif, which seems to me most valuable. Afternoon tarif starts at 15h and you can stay till 21h and price is almost the same as for the 3 hours visit.

Place where you can spend full day. Separate area for small children. Place where to have lunch. And definitely have fun for full family. What was shocking, you must be naked in sauna (this is typical for some countries in Europe, but not all).

We wouldn't return to this place. Not impressed. The wild river is rather painful. I had my elbow and head struck against the walls. The rest of the slides could be better. A regular Bulgarian hotel with slides feels better.

We enjoyed the aquapark, but the hotel was a disappoinment. It was in no way a 4 stars hotel, it didn't even have room slippers, conditioner and body lotion. They made us pay 8 euros for bath slippers. The hamburger at the restaurant was terrible and ridiculously expensive. The breakfast was ok, but nothing special.

Very nice water park for the family! We enjoyed 6 hours there with kids. We all had fun. The only issue is they have this credit system on the chip which kids can spent a lot without knowing. We ended up paying 2000 korunas for kids additionally as a surprise. :P

Overcrowded place. Shoulder to shoulder, there was no real management of people at exposed bottlenecks. We witnessed several accidents on the Wild River, as nobody respected the rules. Furthermore, the long waiting times to access nearly any slide were frustrating. On top of that, you had to pay for any additional items, and there were too many catches to extract money from you. Today marked our last visit after several years of regular attendance. We are no longer willing to pay for such a service. Aquapark Praha, thank you for the past experiences, but enough is enough. We wouldn't consider going there again, even if it were free. Things are changing. But to make this place less attractive. If you like sauna world, that can be very much recommend. Perfect place for a relax.

We are two adults and our inner kids enjoyed amazing time at your aquapark! Wild river and Crazy tube are the best, we spend most of the time there . We bought a sauna entry too and we were really satisfied with the cleanliness and size of the Saunas. The food wasn’t bad (we would rather choose something healthier, but we were fine with the selection). Friendly staff on reception. We will definitely be back!

Overpriced for what you get for sure. It has nice saunas, some slides are really fun but overall, not worth for what you pay. Very very loud music, you can even hear it in the sauna area. The Roman baths not very impressive.

Visited a place recently, and bought wrong product by accident (ticket for sun beds). As soon as I came to reception I explained the issue and politely ask to refund the money from sun beds as we could use them for tickets. The receptionist was really polite and proffessional and just said that she needs managers approval. Manager not only failed refused to give the refund but he also failed to attend the reception and just send the receptionist as an "errand boy". When I asked the receptionist why is it not possible to get the refund she said that manager just had not given her any explanation. As we were in hurry and the amount was around £13 we just did not want to make anymore troubles and paid the amount for nothing as the sunbeds were not able to be booked during the day.

Excellent Hotel for kids and WaterPark us amazing but there some area which I didn’t like like it. 1- To much noise because the kids which is I can understand but even in your room there is no soundproof walls 2- Room Service providing the minimum when you ask to made up your room..!! 3- I can’t believe that you pay 200€/Night and also they ask you 10€ for parking..!! Seriously?! I don’t mind to pay extra 10€ but It doesn’t worth from the Customer Experience perspective In General if you have kids I strongly recommend to take two days in the hotel regardless the above comments.

(Translated by Google) Aquapalace Praha is a great place where you can really spend the whole day with the whole family in the water, sauna or on the water slides. Children can also enjoy animation programs and have a refreshment in the restaurant, which is part of the water park. Admission is high at first glance, but when compared, for example, with a multiplex cinema, where you spend 2.5 hours ... The restaurant is well-priced and we have to mention that all the attractions are already included in the entrance fee.

(Translated by Google) It's an amazing water center, which basically has nothing to complain about. It's great for my taste, I prefer smaller water parks. And outrageously expensive, but since you know where you're going, you're ready for it. Because we don't come here often, we don't know the customs. After paying, we got a watch at the box office and went to change. Then we tried to lock the locker in our swimsuit with my watch, and it didn't work. We found two aquapark workers and both Ukrainian women, they couldn't (or couldn't) tell us why the lockers couldn't be locked, and they tried it themselves. So they obviously had no idea why it wasn't working. Eventually I had to go back to the cash register in that swimsuit, and there they told me that the locker rooms were color-coded, and we had red (I was getting blue). She coded it for me, we didn't have to move, thankfully. Anyway, when paying, I was not told that the locker rooms are by color and we have to go somewhere .... You can park either in a paid parking lot or for free around the water park, but it's probably not completely kosher. Našli jsme dvě pracovnice aquaparku a obě ukrajinky, ty nám nedokázaly (ani neuměly) říct, proč ty skříňky nejdou zamknout, a sami to zkoušely. Takže evidentně neměly tušení, proč to nejde.

(Translated by Google) Fun really for the whole day and for adults. The only thing I would complain about is more consistent monitoring of children's access to attractions. A small child with inflatable sleeves really has nothing to do with a wild river. Restaurants more expensive and a choice of sad - almost everything fried. So I chose spaghetti bolognese, which were tasteless. The environment is clean, the sauna world is great. As for the water slides, the best is the wild river and the rest is boring after a while. Restaurace dražší a výběr tristní - skoro vše smažené.

(Translated by Google) We spent five days in Aquapalace while staying at the hotel. We started on Thursday. The first two days of the aquapark practically empty. No queues on the water slides. There were more people on the weekend, but again there was an animation program for the children. It would take a normal restaurant because practically all the food was fried. I don't count mini salads. The last day I participated in a competition in VR. My result would have been enough to win a lot of days before, but we had to leave before the announcement, and even though it was written in the rules that they would send the win, I didn't get it. I hope that someone overcame me, because I would be sorry that the rules are not followed here. But I have no way to verify it, because they do not inform about past events anywhere. Speaking of those rules, the security guard didn't wear the veils in the area in front of the cash registers. Only the cashier had them.

You can definitely spend a whole day here. Many water slides to choose from. Wild river, Spacebowl and orange one for raft riding were my personal favourites! However, it would be nice to regulate the amount of people at the entry to the Wild river as it was quite an anarchy inside the slide and also dangerous. Plus there should be staff controlling that people pass the rafts after the ride. As for the wellness, it has been the first time we had to pay for sauna sheets. Otherwise there is a variety of saunas to choose from and you can easily spend few hours here. The restaurant inside is basically overpriced school cantine, definitely low value for the money spent. The information on their official website regarding Aquabus is ambigous as we found that the bus operates daily but also that it is limited to weekends and holidays only. Unfortunately the latter is true causing us to loose about an hour as we had to take the public transport. Overall, it was time well-spent, but there were many unneccessary downfalls that could be easily prevented by the management and I would expect better services regaridng the ticket prices.

Sauna world in Aquapalace is one of the most beautiful in Czech republic, the sauna ceremonies too. One small negative, towel and sheet is it not include in entry price.

I was at the Aquapalace a few years ago. A very lovely, fun-packed water park with a lot of slides, different water areas and a heated outside pool, where you swim from the inside. My personal favorite is the space bowl!

Lovely water park. Great places for smaller kids to play, several diverse areas... Drinks a bit too pricey, but food was reasonable. Fun day for all

These guys are sly and try to steal money in several ways (quoting from real personal experience). You should make sure your chips are empty when you receive them. Refuse any bill prior to your entry, and avoid giving the watch chips to your kids in the pirate area: there is a water cannon they can use unattended that you get charged for.

We had a birthday party for our son there, and had a wonderful experience. The park is super fun, but the best part were the two animators who took great care of the kids, kept them safe, and showed them a fabulous time. I asked their names just so that I could mention them here, they were Kateřina kemenyova, and Klara Ottava. They were extremely kind, patient, and so sweet and fun with the kids. It is rare to find people like this, so we were very impressed. Two golden girls, who deserve credit for the wonderful job that they do. Thank you Aquapalace for hiring great people!

Sauna World is amazing. Vabali Spa in Berlin and this place are my favorite places on the world. Ceremonies in Sauna World are probably the best I ever attended. Especially, Anuchka is great! I could live in this place every day.

Thr sauna world is great. I would have happy to get a ticket to the sauna world only. The pools and the water slides were extremely over crowded and does not suite Covid time

For years I have been visiting Aquapalace. It is very expensive but I thought it was worthy to go to the village of Cestlice. Today I had no such luck. Aquabus which is supposed to drive people from Opatov to Aquapalace simply did not show up. 30 minutes freezing and waiting. So without a car forget about it. I will go to more accessible and cheaper aqua parks.

The aquapark is very nice and big. You can enjoy and having fun a lot. Nothing to complain about the slides, and waterpark. The food inside the aquapark is not that great, just basic food and nothing special. Never recommended to buy food from Athena Grill restaurant they have in near the gate.

Great place. Baby friendly. They have a dedicated section in the locker room with facilities for babys. They even have cribs. The baby pool is heated and nice. There are 9 slides for grown kids. The slides are fun and the wait time is very short. The food at the cafeteria is not that good.

The water was too cold for me. I am used to warmer water in the thermal parks but I'm not sure if this is a thermal park or just a water park. There are multiple water slides and the kids all around. There's one finish sauna in the regular section. Right next to the Finish sauna there's a whole Spa world. If you buy a regular ticket, the wellness is not included. Beware before entering the wellness part, they let you enter But as soon as you enter you are charged with additional cost. You might think that you just passed the tourniquet in the regular section but you passed a Wellness section. So once you are in the wellness you can borrow towels because it is not permitted for you to enter the saunas in the swimsuit, which is a good thing. To my disappointment half of the saunas where out of the order. The outside pools and the outside area looks outdated and needs a renovation. I got a feeling that the whole place is focused on kids and not on adults because you have a third of the park dedicated to slides and the second third is dedicated to the water features that are mostly for kids. There is a small pool with a bar but that's it. So if you buy a regular ticket there is no way for you to relax, you need to buy a wellness ticket. The other disappointment is that such a tourist attraction is located outside of the city and the city public transport doesn't go there. You need to buy a regional ticket to get there. Underground doesn't go there.

Great, compact, new and clean and safe. So many activities on a rather small space. The kids age 12 and 9 loved it. There was plenty of things for all ages. Good food options, resturant, icecream-bar, and others. We went 1 day. Air temp 33 C and water 30C.

Seriously overpriced. Water too cold for kids. Price and amnesties definitely don't match. At the same time it is seriously overcrowded, so they are motivated to improve anything. The two worst things: Water temperature is too cold. Food is horrible! There are no options for decent food!

Very overpriced to the value yoi get. Incredibly crowded, but I admit I expected that on the weekend. Loud music and only junk food available. However ice cream was good. Water was colder than in other pools in Prague. Quite disappointed and even my kid, used to many pools said "Dad, I'd like to leave,it's too noisy here" after 3 hours which is unusual.

A lovely place to spend a day with with kids, especially during the weekdays, when it is not crowded. Clean water, safe pools, creative program for kids. However, to reach them via phone if you have a problem is nearly to impossible. Also, the service does not work the best - were playing with a ball and the kids threw the ball outside of aqua-park area. I wanted to collect it, so I went through the reception and politely asked whether i can collect it. First it was no, unless they see my watch - of course, no problem. We had a few meals (around 30euro altogether), so they said they cannot as i had to pay it first. I said of course no problem. However, they said no again even if I pay as they need some guarantee that I would come back. I said yes, no problem, which one. However, the lady at the end refused anyway. To sum up, i only need to collect the ball for the kids, the lady behind the counter was rude even-though i wanted to comply with every single thing she said. Just tell me no and don t play this game telling me what i have to do first when you don t want to assist anyway. She might had a bad day, but it really leaves quite a bitter aftertaste to otherwise nice experience.

We really enjoyed it, a perfect escape from the cold and rainy August, with four children. Various occupations, animations at the pool, slides, pools, wild rivers... something for everyone. The biggest complaint is the crowd, maybe the situation is better on weekdays.

Had a great time with my 7-year old. The slides are amazing even though they weren’t the most challenging that we have been to. The wild river is a must-do. Wave pool was crowded so we avoided that. We also had a great time at Sauna world where we participated in a couple of fun ceremonies. Prices are very reasonable compared to other water parks around the world. Great value for money. Pro tip: Carry your own towels and water bottles.

Our family of 4 really enjoyed our day here at the pool;spa and sauna area. What an amazing facility and well able to cope with a large number of people. It is a very well organised and pleasant place to spend the day. The food in the upstairs restaurant could be of better quality and the catering staff could be more helpful instead of chatting in a group while customers require assistance. I would also suggest a trolly to collect food trays as the recycling is a disaster. The staff could then sort the waste properly. I would highly recommend this place.

Sauna - you have to pay for the sheets!!! The ticket is so pricy that it really could include a sheet. Water world - web says the wild river is open, but it was closed. Big dissappointment! Service - 1 person handling payments at the gate, entry and exit, not good.
