Their lab analysis they have on their site might be fake. When scanning the QR code on the analysis it takes you to the lab-website and shows you the original document, there you will notice that the "client"-paragraph has been edited. When asked about this, the support told me "the lab analysis is valid because we it on our site". He also told me that the different client name that was edited out was the manufacturer, but as a customer there is no way to know if Canatura is that manufacturers client or if Canatura is just stealing someone else's lab analysis. I think it's odd edit out stuff from the analysis and also a lab analysis should not be on the site if you can't check if it's real. It just looks like a way to give customers a false sense off security to sell more.

my order got stuck in germany and it has so far taken them over 2 weeks refunding the order (EDIT ITS NOW BEEN OVER 3 WEEKS IN BUISINESS DAYS and i havent heard squat except for excuses... a good company would just have given me the refund and sorted things out with the carrier later)
