He advised us not only the best wine to pair with our food, but also the best bars to visit in Prague. The wine fitted perfectly with the food, and we had a delicious cocktail as well. Finally, the atmosphere was perfectly calm and cozy, the music wasn’t too loud, the lights weren’t too bright; it was not so crowded when we had dinner here, which surprised us, as the food, service and atmosphere were all so good.

We really enjoyed the tapas here, the staff told everything about the dishes and ingredients. We were a little surprised to see fine dining here, as we expected the place called bistro to be a little more casual, but we still were really happy to enjoy our dinner. Maybe two small things could be improved: a bit more choices in the menu and having the bucket with ice at your table instead of keeping the bottle at the counter and come back to serve us every time. My husband dove into the olive, sun dried tomato, artichoke bowl and raved about the pea, asparagus, hummus dusted in sumac as a close second favorite. It’s a tapas and mezze restaurant so ordering half the menu and picking at everything was exactly what we wanted but didn’t know it. This was the perfect send off from Prague. We definitely recommend giving this bistro a try. Thank you so much to our server and his family for giving us our favorite meal of our Prague trip.
