Very negative experience! It was raining, they planted us at the edge of the canopy, where we were wet, although there were free good places! They had a reserve but no one came there! The waiters are terrible, like we owe them something! Prices on the menu and on the check do not match! The waiter brought the bill and demanded 10% of the check for tea! Stayed until I paid! Very bad memory! I would not recommend this place to all my friends and family!

at first glance, the restaurant looks normal. we started by ordering drinks where I wanted raspberry lemonade, but they brought me orange. when we had chosen our food, no one noticed us for a long time until after a while the waiter came. I had a chicken schnitzel but it wasn't worth the money, it was a small portion and I had enough tendons. at the bill, the waiter asked for a tip for the service, but I was not willing to pay a cent more for something like that, and if you don't give a good tip, the waiter will change his behavior.

We had a lovely experience, had booked a Superior room and it was one of the most comfortable of the 5 we stayed at during our 2 weeks in Europe! Food and service were great and reasonable per the area. Would like to especially thanks Michael (Michael?) for his personalized help and suggestions which made Prague easy to navigate and special!

We ordered the pork knuckle and it was not very tasty, specially compared to other restaurants we tried. The whole menu is overpriced, and before we left the waiter asked me for tips and got pretty mad when I said I didn't want to give any tip. He started mumbling in czech and said something to the other waitresses. Tips are not mandatory, and customers tip based on their experience and will.

lovely food, stopped off for a beer after seeing the john lennon wall, ended up getting carpaccio starter which was amazing. on our final night wasn’t sure where to go for dinner so came back here and the food was lovely. reasonable price, setting is relaxing and overall the best place we have eaten in Prague!

This place is terrible. Stay away of it! There are so many other places that give you the feeling that you are in a restaurant and you can enjoy a nice time eating a nice dinner. I was very dissaponited when the food came...just the plates 1/4 with something on it....When you order for example Wiener schnitzel you will get 3 little stripes of meat, just like a baby Happy Meal .The waiters are unpolite and they don't know how to speak with clients. Be prepared when you get the bill that the waiter si waiting next to you till you prepare the money and in the same time he says"Tipp is not included, so be sure that you pay at least 10% from the bill for us, because I am working 12 hours and it is not easy ". It was the first time in my life when I had the chance to hear something like this. Such a shame!

This place is terrible! I don’t recommend going there. We came around 9 on Friday, they are closing at 10. We tried to order, waitress was super rude and unprofessional. She took the order for our hot chocolate drink, and before she even brought the drink to us, she placed the check on table and requested us to pay. We didn’t even see our order yet but we paid. She had some comments and was rude when we didn’t decide to leave a tip because of her behaviour. Our “hot chocolate “ was basically a milk with a bit of cocoa, absolutely disgusting and pricey. We will not come back again.

Good Campari Spritz in a beautiful square placed near the famous bridge. The Goulash for dinner was fantastic and the waiters very nice .

Lovely place in a great area of Prague. Confusing at the beginning on whether we wait to be seated or seat ourselves with lots of staff walking past and not acknowledging us. Salmon Tatar was good- the salmon could’ve been fresher (it was on the edge with that funky fishy taste to it) but the garlic baguette it came with was amazing.

I dropped a big bill to pay for dinner. The young waiter picked it up and didn't tell us anything (he kept it). The table next to us saw it and he told us later. When closing, I went to see the owner and she rudely kicked me out of the restaurant claiming that they had not seen anything. I give this restaurant 2*. The food is good but dishonesty is essential to running a business. Tomorrow I'll go to the restaurant next door, which at least is friendlier.

Food was okay. I didn’t know I ordered an appetizer, so I went home hungry. We had to wait a long time till our food was brought to us. ‘Service is not included’ is the only thing they said at the end so they make it kinda mandatory to give a tip.

We came at the end of July 23.We,2 couples, sat outside for dinner. We ordered duck,my wife and I.We did not expect such high quality so close to the Charles Bridge.Duck was superb and the red cabbage, freshly cooked and probably the best in Prague. 2 types of dumplings, one heavy and stodgy, the other outstanding. Our friends were happy with their food.

The food was ok and overpriced. They take advantage of the location but the food is very expensive without being something exceptional. The service is terrible! The waiters are super rude and unprofessional but at the same time they ask for tips which is annoying because you find this mentality all over touristic places in Prague. If you tell them no tip because their behavior wasn't the best, they have the nerve to ask you "weren't you happy with the food".? Well, to all the Czech: tourists are not stupid and definitely will not spend their money because you serve them average food. And especially this restaurant is not recommended.

Very comfortable, cosy stay in this hotel. We loved the location, literally short walking distance to the attractions. Lil view on Charles Bridge and Vltava. Very nice breakfast too. We stayed in number 8. We loved Prague and our stay here!

Preis/Leistung in Ordnung.

We had a good meal outside. The dishes were basic but well-made. Nothing especially culinary. Service was friendly and attentive. There was a market outside so it was fun watching all the people walk by.

Enjoyed our meal at a cosy terrace just near the Karl's Bridge, very tasty lenonade and broccoli puree soup 😋 The restaurant belongs to the hotel bearing the same name. Due to the alley of linden trees nearby the place is in shadow in sunny days 🌳🌳🌳definitely come here again when in Prague

The atmoshere is good. We ordered drinks and the staff wasn't happy about that even though the place was empty. They made us leave a tip. This didn't happen in the other three restaurants we visited in Prague. Don't go there.

Food wasn't exactly great, only had a burger and a few beers between us. Usually wouldn't have bothered writing a review but a 10% service charge was added to the bill as we went to pay, just be aware of this, have eaten at a few restaurants in prauge now and not come across it before.

Really enjoyed this restaurant. Beautiful location, food was excellent and the staff were all wonderful. Even charming inside at the WC. Greatly enjoyed during a visit to Prague. Get the dumplings and the Feta salad is incredible

Really nice meal. Service was what we expect in Europe and the waiter was friendly. The salmon and duck were excellent. Nice ambiance outside.

The service is terrible. After waiting for 10 minutes at the table watching the stuff openly ignoring us, we managed to catch the waitress who told us that we MUST wait in a very impolite manner. We must not do anything so we left.

This place is such a shame We supposed to diner and drink tonight on the balcony the whole place was far away from bussy and we had to wait least 10min.then the staff did not ask nothing from us not even that how's the weather tonight.... 3 different waitress was walking next to us at least 3 times each of them We thought that they don't need income so we just stand up and walk away. Shame shame shame.

A very nice, cozy place, but the quality of food is is much lower than their prices.

The portions of food are slightly smaller and more expensive than in other places with Czech cuisine. Customer service attitude could be improved. The place does not stand out from the rest of restaurants.
