One old towers in Central Prague in 10 floors! They charge 120 Kr (€4) that is worth to pay to go up. Last floor as amazing view over city and downward you can visit elegant restaurant or even dine there with prior reservation! Art galley in other floors and whiskey bar are other attraction. It's recommended to go by elevator to level 9 and the one level up to under roof gallery and then by stairs going down and enjoy different part.

In my knowledge only the old historical tower in the old Town of Prague has lift take you on the top of this tower. Great location of bottom of the Wenceslas square which is leading of the street of Jindřišská where is sitting the main post office. The view in evening on the Henry's Tower is worth to see come along in evening and enjoy the walk from the national museum down to the Jindřišská street and then continue farther to the old Town Square and end there the walk in some restaurants.

This late Gothic tower is part of the Church of St Henry and St Kunhuta and, with its height of 65.7 m, is the highest freestanding bell tower in Prague. Today this structure offers visitors a view from the tenth floor, a restaurant, a museum and a gallery. Another unique feature is the carillon – a set of ten cast bronze bells in the tower attic, designed for listening in the interior of the tower.

Prague has a lot of towers from which you can enjoy great views over the city but this may be my favorite because • it’s underrated and not crowded • it’s at the intersection of several tram lines and makes for a great vantage point to watch them come and go • it has both an elevator, all the way to the top, and a modern staircase • the windows at the top open so you can get a great view out even though there isn’t a walkway at the top • there is a restaurant and a whisky bar on site if you find yourself at the tower and in need of refreshment before you leave • the bathroom doesn’t cost extra. And last but not least, the view is good. And different from other towers which are closer to the river and landmarks like Charles Bridge. It makes for a good compliment if you’ve been up other towers, showing you a different view of the city. And finally, it’s a good vantage point for sunset over the whole city of Prague. My entrance fee was included with the “Prague Cool Pass.”

This is an interesting free-standing bell tower that’s been around since the 11th century as the bell tower of the Church of St. Henry and Kunhuta, but now hosting an observation deck, a restaurant and whisky shop (don’t ask). The tower is a landmark of the city and is of a Neo-Gothic design. It looks good and worth visiting if you have time, especially if you’re arriving into Prague central station, which is only 5 minutes walk away.

Rip off... We went up the tower expecting to get some lunch in the restaurant as it was said at the entrance. A bit expensive tickets to the tower-view and the museum. When we went up to the restaurant, they said that it was closed. Nowhere does it say it was closed at that time (15:15) It says that it is open from 11:30-22:00 on their door and on their website. The gallery and the whisky bar was also closed. We wasn't told about that when we bought the tickets. Their excuse was that the restaurant and the ticket office doesn't cooperate. No refund.. It has a nice view though. The museum is ok. Very disappointed unfortunately.

The Bell Tower of the Church of St. Jindřich a sv. Kunhuty Charles IV. - the Roman Emperor and the King of Bohemia signed the founding charter of the New Town of Prague on April 3, 1347 in Křivoklát. This magnificent urban plan in medieval Europe was not comparable. The main centers of the New Town of Prague became the cattle market (Karlovo náměstí), Koňský trh (Wenceslas Square) and Senný trh (Senovážné náměstí). At that time, Jindřišská and Vodičkova Street were also connected, connecting all three major markets. And in Jindřišská Street was built in the middle of the 14th century parish church of St. Jindřich a sv. Kunhuty along with a cemetery, bell tower, parish and parish school. At the time of the construction of the belfry, a tower clock with two cimbals dating back to 1577 was also produced. During the Swedish siege of Prague in 1648 the bell tower was used by the defenders of Prague and thus heavily damaged. The major repairs to the bell tower were not until 1878-1880.

One of many towers around the Prague, this is one of my favourites. Recently renovated, it has a lift that will take you to the 9th floor, 10th floor has the best view. You can see whole Prague from the windows. Near every window, there are photos of the view with marked sights, which is very good. Other floors are dedicated to the history of tower, Prague, on 2 floors there is restaurant and whiskey room. Very nice

The tower has 10 floors. The galery and the "museum" are small (floor 3 and 4) : one room per story. They were not enjoyable at all. The tower was empty, the stores and restaurants were closed and it was a saturday... On the last floor, you will find yourself in an attic, a very dark and depressive one... You can take the pictures through windows which can be opened. For me, it was not worth the 160 Kč. And honestly, I do not recommand going there, or any tower in Prague because the viewpoints are not worth the price. Better go to the hills of Mala Strana or the Metronome to take pictures of Prague which is, aside towers to scam tourists, a beautiful city.

One of the towers of old walls of Prague. This well-preserved tower is sits near the Church of St Henry and St Cunigunde, as well as the Jerusalem Synagogue. For a fee of 99 Czech crowns you can ascend to the top, using stairs or elevator. At the top is an atmospheric dark little room where you can see the beams of the top of the tower and also gaze out from the windows of the four turrets. This gives some great views of Prague, although Prague is a city with many other spectacular viewpoints. Descending from the tower top one sees smaller rooms with little museums, as well as two floors of restaurants and a whiskey tasting area. The entire tower is quite a nice experience. However should it become crowded it would be considerably less enjoyable. It is worth doing if you are in the area however, as it is one of the lesser known attractions of Prague. It is also much easier for those who have a fear of heights than the similar views from the Powder Tower.

Interesting place. Free if you have a valid Prague CoolPass card. The last floor has bells which you can trigger by inserting a coin. There is also a floor showing the Prague tower models and their spot on the map.

One of the Pragues towers with a splendid view. It has 10 levels and a great arhitecture. At the entry were a nice lady that explained us about every level. The clock mecanism was mindblowing. On the fifth level there is a toilet that is spotless.I added a photo from there becouse it worth apreciation.

You have to go to the top to get the awesome shot. Wait for sunset and the blue hour with your tripod in hand. Wide angle is a must.

It is located next to the Jindřišský Church. I visitorly evaluate that there are a large number of homeless people nearby and I myself did not feel very safe here. Jindrisska Tower (Jindrisska Vez in Czech or Henry's Tower) dates from the late Gothic era. It was constructed in 1472–1476, although has had several rebuilds and alterations since. Following a major fire in 1745, Jindrisska was rebuilt in the Baroque style. Then, in the 1870s it was reconverted back to the Gothic style. Finally, in 2002 extensive reconstruction transformed Jindrisska into a multi-level attraction. Jindrisska is the highest separate belfry in Prague at 66m high and now has ten floors. At the top, visitors can enjoy a panoramic view of Prague's city centre. Closest Tram stop is Jindrisska, lines 2,3,5,6,9,14,24,41.91,92,94,95,96 and 98).

This is a beautiful stand alone bell tower built in a neo gothic design for the church of St Henry and Kunhuta, and has been in situ since the 11th century. It really is impressive at night. This tower boasts a viewing terrace, a restaurant and even a whisky bar. Henry's Tower is close to bus and tram stops, so its easy to get to. Its worth a visit if you're in the area.

I just went to the "Whiskeria" (as opposed to visiting the tower), i.e. the whisky bar. Huge choice, mainly Scottish. Very few bourbons. Nice and cosy when it's dark and cold outside.

Really quiet unlike other towers which were in busy areas and overcrowded. Nine floors tall with views of different quarters in Prague. I particularly enjoyed the museum with models of other towers in Prague. Included in the Prague Card. Labelled as St Henry's Tower in other tourist maps.

Church of Saint Henry and Saint Cunigunde This Gothic parish church, consecrated to the royal couple Henry and Kunhuta, was founded at the same time as Prague's New Town in 1348. It was constructed of quarried stone, which was revealed when its stuccoed exterior was removed during an early 20 th century renovation. Since 2008, both a Czech and a Slovak parish are active here. The Jidřišská Tower, which is the largest freestanding bell tower in Prague, belongs to the church.

Worth the price, it has elevator, a museum and interactive gallery. Also really nice view from the top, not a lot of tourists. The restaurant was empty but we were told we need to reserve 5-6 days before arrival if we would like to dine. It was a really nice place but seemed expensive.

Very interesting restaurant set in a bell tower. Very unique. The restaurant itself is quite expensive and fine dining. Ideally you need to book although we did get a walk in. Very small but well set out and the service was good. Personally not a place I'd visit again as the food is not what I look for in a restaurant but that said dont be put off It's just my personal opinion. It's definitely worth a visit for the uniqueness of the bell tower itself. Also in the tower is a whiskey shop and museum.

This was a really cool visit. I was not expecting to have little bits of information on each floor. There is also whiskey bar at the lower floors and a restaurant on the 8th but didnt visit on these on this occasion. The bell tower at the top, is accessed via a lift and then 14steps so rather accessible. Do remember to bring some loose change; 10kc or 0.5€ to get the bells to play a tune. Awesome atmosphere and great views.
