Please
note…
this
hotel
does
not
have
a
bar/lounge,
only
a
restaurant.
I
spent
a
lot
of
time
reviewing
hotels
in
Prague
and
opted
for
Hotel
Cosmopolitan.
It
was
for
my
partners
birthday.
I’m
not
quite
sure
why
all
the
reviews
are
so
great
really.
We
were
rather
disappointed
with
this
hotel
for
a
number
of
reasons.
It
was
only
at
arriving
at
the
hotel
late
evening
we
were
told
that
the
hotel
had
no
bar
or
lounge
but
we
could
sit
in
the
lobby
area!!
We
could
however
get
a
drink
in
the
restaurant
but
it
had
already
shut
(at
10.30pm).
Nothing
on
their
website
said
that
they
didn’t
have
a
lounge
area
and
this
is
meant
to
be
a
5
star
hotel
They
have
rooms
and
a
restaurant
and
that’s
it
really.
They
did
say
we
could
go
to
their
sister
hotel
opposite
to
the
bar
there
if
we
wanted.
This
meant
getting
completely
soaked.
We
travel
a
lot
and
stay
in
hotels,
if
we
had
wanted
to
rent
a
room
only
we
would
have
booked
elsewhere
because
that
is
effectively
what
we
had.
They
also
informed
us
upon
arrival
that
the
restaurant
wasn’t
open
on
one
of
the
days.
Positives
-
-
The
hotel
rooms
were
nice
and
modern
-
Breakfast
was
very
nice
and
included
sparkling
wine
-
Food
was
good
Not
so
positive
-
-
No
separate
lounge/bar
area
(people
don’t
necessarily
want
to
sit
in
a
restaurant
all
evening,
besides
you
would
be
hurried
out
by
the
staff)
-
Some
of
the
staff
appeared
rather
arrogant
-
Lighting
-
very
bright
lights
in
the
restaurant
in
the
evening,
it
would
be
nice
if
they
changed
the
lights
to
mood
lighting
in
the
evening.
It’s
just
the
same
as
breakfast
-
Service
wasn’t
great
(evening
meal)
but
maybe
the
waiter/waitress
was
just
having
a
bad
day.
However
the
food
was
good
but
overall
not
the
best
experience.
Giving
it
a
3
due
to
lack
of
facilities
and
the
service/welcome.
