I've stayed here 4 times now, and every stay has been excellent. The hotel staff is always friendly, the location is just a few minutes walk from the attractions. Hotel has a great restaurant, and all the dishes are great as well as their own beer. Cannot recommend more for their breakfast with great selection of food and amazing coffee. The rooms are always clean and strong signal with WiFi.

Wow!! Beautiful experience. Location, room, MASSIVE beds, great breakfast options. Only thing to note would be the shower was inside a tall bath so be prepared if you’re unable to climb in a bath or have an injury. Hand rails weren’t available.

I booked here having read the reviews on TripAdvisor for a first visit to Prague, and was not disappointed. In fact my expectations were exceeded! The hotel has this understated elegance which I like. The public areas and rooms compliment each other in style and everything is spotlessly clean. We had an executive room, which was spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was large enough, again spotlessly clean with a heated floor. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice, but nothing outstanding. All the staff were excellent, nothing was too much trouble when asking for assistance. We used the hotel limousine for transfers to and from the airport, both drivers again were excellent. The location is good for all the sights and city transport options, it's quiet and we felt safe walking here at night. Highly recommended hotel.

I stayed here two days ago with my family. Firstly I booked two rooms one for me and one for my parents the rooms were very different to the pictures they advertised. The food was great but that was about it. Then upon check out I paid my bill and left only to find out later that day they charged me 600 euros for a "damaged room" they have not sent me photos and the only thing that was "damaged" was some food that my child spilt on the bedding that would wash out other than that the room was left clean and tidy no rubbish laying around ect we even cleaned the room upon leaving. Absolutely disgusting they took the money without any notice not even a follow up email and it was just as well I looked at my account and noticed it come out. I will be taking this matter further but all I'd say is cancel your cards after you check in this is the first time I have ever had anything like this happen before and I've travelled the world. Would not recommend this hotel. UPDATE: They returned the money after I threatened with ombudsman and taking it further saying they did not know how all the marks came out... no apology nothing.

Not quite the 5 stars as advertised on jet2, however perfectly pleasant and worth the money. Good breakfast options open 630-1030 AM. Staff all helpful and friendly enough. Would recommend their restaurant next door and cafe imperial for czech dishes at a premium.

Good location, it has some walking distance to old town square but, comparing to hotels in old town area, it’s much easier for commute to other places if you take Uber or are planning to use local subway system. Modernized clean and spacious rooms; impeccable services with detail oriented house cleaning. WiFi environment is stable & reliable, a true working/business friendly hotel. And the restaurant Next Door attached to the hotel is great, you definitely should try its breakfast provided to hotel guests.

My friends and I had the most enjoyable stay here in May 2022. The Cosmopolitan is a superior hotel. Prague has excellent public transportation. The front desk staff was very helpful in planning our local travel. The rooms are furnished with exquisite taste. The menu was upscale. The kitchen is open and one of the largest I have seen. The breakfast buffet was sumptuous. Lot of choices – breads, cereals, frilled vegetable, eggs, mea, juice and many more. Even coffee served was impressive. I would love to go back!

Stayed for a couple of nights and had a really great experience. Location was quite central but it was always nice and quiet. They had a ton of variety at breakfast (including pancakes!) and the staff were also super nice. It was my birthday and they left me a card and a bottle of wine which was really sweet. Already planning to go back, definitely recommend!

Very clean, centrally located and well served hotel. Near to most of the main sights, helpful staff and comfy beds. Breakfast is just so so, I'd be tempted to go elsewhere as the quality wasn't amazing. Not bad, just a bit average. The coffee, bread and pastries, for example, were a bit budget. But generally, a very good hotel that I would definitely stay in again.

Great hotel in the center of things. Close to public transport, and main attractions of Prague. It is true that in order to enjoy a massage you have to leave the hotel and cross the road, but without a doubt it is worth it (a nice receptionist will accompany you the whole short way)

Cosmopolitan Hotel is really cool. It's super close to the city center and surrounded by great cafes, restaurants, and grocery stores. The rooms are clean and feel safe, plus the staff are awesome. They've got an elevator and a doorman to help with bags. We even got a free upgrade to a top-tier room! If you're going to Prague, it's definitely worth staying here.

It’s been a pleasure to stay at Cosmopolitan hotel. Many thanks to the staff for the Impeccable reception and housekeeping service. We had a lovely room with the most comfortable bed, a coffee machine, all sorts of amenities in the bathroom, bathrobes and slippers. The hotel is very conveniently located in the city centre. I can highly recommend the hotel and look forward to visiting it again.

Excellent hotel, nice location. The rooms were a bit small, but pretty good for the price. The breakfast was good and the restaurants next door are excellent if you can get a table. The only downside was our room was inward having so our view consisted of a wall with some windows.

Lovely hotel. Friendly staff cannot do enough for you. Breakfast was excellent. Only downside (but it’s no biggie) is there’s no bar in the hotel itself, although you can sit and have drink during the day in the restaurant, instead having to use the Imperial Hotel (sister hotel) bar, across the road.

Excellent hotel! Located in a quiet street near the old town. The rooms are spacious, clean, and the bed is comfortable. A wonderful breakfast is served at the restaurant next to the hotel. Everything is fresh, high quality and tasty.

A very nice hotel, fair price, clean and beautiful room in a quiet street near the center (about 10 min. walk). They ordered the taxi for us, check-in was quick and the staff was friendly. Recommended!

Wow what a fantastic hotel. I stayed in room 306 for 2 nights and it was super comfortable. This hotel is so clean and polite. The reception folks are all wonderful, smiling, and sooo kind. There’s mull wine, cookies, and water complimentary at front desk in winter. The rooms are incredibly comfortable. My favorite is the bathroom because the bathtub is so squeaky smooth clean. Water is hot. There’s bath robes. I had no trouble sleeping except for my own jet lag issues. Great location - about 14 minute walk to the beautiful clock in old town. I mean this hotel was perfect. The staff are geninuely nice people. I would 100 percent recommend it for my fellow Americans to stay here.

We stayed in the martini suite which was very well equiped. Hotel staff extremely helpful and friendly. The restaurant attached to the hotel is extremely good, it provided easily the best buffet breakfast I have ever had from a hotel. The martini suite had two seperate bathrooms, different living and sleeping areas and even heated flooring in the main bathroom. With the suite the mini bar is included in the cost and restocked daily with local sparkling wine, beer, and all manor or spirits and soft drinks. Bed was extremely comfortable and very large. Smart TVs included in the rooms for enjoying some down time. Hotel perfectly located for visiting the main tourist attractions.

Please note… this hotel does not have a bar/lounge, only a restaurant. I spent a lot of time reviewing hotels in Prague and opted for Hotel Cosmopolitan. It was for my partners birthday. I’m not quite sure why all the reviews are so great really. We were rather disappointed with this hotel for a number of reasons. It was only at arriving at the hotel late evening we were told that the hotel had no bar or lounge but we could sit in the lobby area!! We could however get a drink in the restaurant but it had already shut (at 10.30pm). Nothing on their website said that they didn’t have a lounge area and this is meant to be a 5 star hotel They have rooms and a restaurant and that’s it really. They did say we could go to their sister hotel opposite to the bar there if we wanted. This meant getting completely soaked. We travel a lot and stay in hotels, if we had wanted to rent a room only we would have booked elsewhere because that is effectively what we had. They also informed us upon arrival that the restaurant wasn’t open on one of the days. Positives - - The hotel rooms were nice and modern - Breakfast was very nice and included sparkling wine - Food was good Not so positive - - No separate lounge/bar area (people don’t necessarily want to sit in a restaurant all evening, besides you would be hurried out by the staff) - Some of the staff appeared rather arrogant - Lighting - very bright lights in the restaurant in the evening, it would be nice if they changed the lights to mood lighting in the evening. It’s just the same as breakfast - Service wasn’t great (evening meal) but maybe the waiter/waitress was just having a bad day. However the food was good but overall not the best experience. Giving it a 3 due to lack of facilities and the service/welcome.

One of the reasons I always choose to stay in hotel vs an airbnb when I'm traveling in Europe is the experience of having a good vacation and rest. I stayed here in January 2019 and Hotel Cosmopolitan Prague exceeded my expectations with having an awesome vacation. This hotel is close to everywhere. My bus tour was able to pick me up here without a problem. They were on time too because it's close to everywhere. The staff here are nice, courteous and helpful. I am actually staying here again this coming Christmas with my son.

One of the best hotel I stayed in, in Prague. Definitely coming again. Staff is nice and rooms are great. Just I didn't like the breakfast as limited options.

Marina and Stefan on reception are a credit to the Cosmopolitan. My husband and I enjoyed our stay here thoroughly. A clean, well located and relaxed, peaceful environment. Would definitely recommend a stay here. Thank you Cosmopolitan Prague.

My partner and I have been traveling across Europe, and this place has genuinely been my favorite that we've stayed in. The staff have been amazing- they accommodated us with an early check in and held our bags longer then our stay so we could have one more tour of the wonderful city. They were also extremely helpful, often having a solution/suggestion or ready to carry our bags before we could even ask! We had a nice breakfast, which was conviently placed next door, but the dinner we had there later was phenomenal! This place is also only a few minutes away from Amy major location or tram station. Would highly recommend staying here while in Prague.

I found this hotel to exceed typical Czech quality of service and behavior, and the reception desk staff made the experience easy, reasonable, and were wonderfully accommodating making my stay in Prague very pleasant. The Executive Twin room was clean, new, and spacious, and met high standards. The breakfast in the morning was well done and generous, and the kitchen staff were also extraordinarily professional.

Remember to use ʜᴏᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏm when booking any stay. They compare countless booking websites and normally will have rates much cheaper compared to others! You're welcome :)! This hotel is one of the best in the area. I've been staying here for years. If you stay for a few nights you for sure will love it I'm sure! 5 Stars - Outstanding Hotel and services. Really made our stay here in Prague amazing. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were amazing from the style and decor and the attention to detail. If you are staying in Prague I would highly recommend this hotel! Look no further.
