We stayed 2 nigts with family (children 1,9 years old and 10 years old). Staff was great and very polite and kind. Breakfast was tasty and varied. Even child had special food. Thank you very much!

The room we got was very old, especially the bathroom has to be renewed completely. The position of the hotel is fantastic, 5 minutes to the tramsntation, 15 minutes walking to the old square in the old city. Personel so link and professional. At the end, the breakfast: ok the food and the service but unacceptable to be forced to wait 20-30 minutes to get a free table...

I don’t usually post reviews about hotels, but this one of the best I’ve ever stayed at. The staff were quick on any issues we had (air con etc) and the service at breakfast was excellent. Location wise, it’s a 10 minute walk from old town and I would also recommend the craft beer place that’s two blocks from the hotel. Great value for money too. Next time I visit Prague I know where I’ll be staying. Can’t recommend this place enough.

Very very small bathroom, old kitchen utensils. Parking is far away and expensive. Besides it is ok. The location is good. Staff is generally ok but there was some issue during check out, one lady was quite incompetent. Breakfasts can get boring after some time. We stayed there for over 2 weeks.

Lovely experience overall, thanks to the nice staff members and the big rooms where we slept like babies. Morning breakfast can satisfy different needs as it includes both savory and sweet options. Great location on one of the main New Town roads, where there are several places to eat or buy stuff at walking distance. Last but not least, one of the infamous Prague's beer spa is right inside the building!

Value for money! Best hotel experience I’ve had for its price. Jan from reception is very friendly and helpful. He even helped me research where to buy a luggage. The lovely ladies from the buffet breakfast prepared the most wonderful breakfast I’ve had in Prague. The location is perfect too since it’s near the tram and it’s also a walking distance from the city center. I will definitely come back to this hotel when I go to Prague. Thanks for the exemplary service!

Exclusive in Prague can be beautiful, but it depends on the specific location from which you look. Prague is full of beautiful views from different parts of the city, such as the roof of this apartment.

I don’t usually post reviews about hotels but in this time I felt I must to recommend. We stayed for 6 nights as a family with 3 kids. we stayed at the apartment with view to Prauge castle and it was great. The location was centric, perfect for tourism, walking distance from most common places to visit. Our youngest kid is disable with special needs, and what really made out our stay special was the service. Everyone was super welcoming and helpful, always with a smile. The reception team made us feel very welcome and at ease, guided us on recommended places, arranged us special transportaion when need. The kitchen team helped us with all our needs at breakfast, and was happy to adapt with our dietary restrictions. And for that I want to thank you all!

10/10. I would love to express my warmest regards to Hotel Suite Home Prague team and, especially, Martina. I stayed in a hotel in late 2020, on a long term basis for several months and I truly enjoyed my room, location and services provided by the team. The room itself was amazing, and it actually feels like a flat. You have a bedroom, a living room, a spacious bathroom and an “entrance” area. Most of the furniture is quite modern, and there are forks etc., which is great. What is more, staying there alone during the harshest corona restrictions, I have truly enjoyed that rooms are incredibly sunny if the weather is good; as well as the sunny mood of guys working at reception. Finally, as I left Prague, I had to leave some belonging in a hotel, and I was able to collect it intact after several months. This said, I do honestly understand why this hotel is called “Home”, as I have truly felt there as home. So, whenever you’re looking to stay in Prague for several days, or for several months, I highly recommend Hotel Suite Home Prague.

Very neat and cozy hotel in a good place in Prague. Very clean rooms. We want to give an special mention to the breakfast waiter (on weekend 02-03 October). He was really helpful and took good care of my parents talking to them in Spanish. Breakfast buffet was great too. We would recommend this hotel and would love to come back.

Clean, comfortable, and quiet in great location. Very spacious rooms at a very reasonable price. Easy walking distance to Old Town but not in the crowded chaos of it. Nice 3 block long park nearby and good restaurants too. And as in any business or organization it's the people that make a place and Home Suite Home hotel was 5 stars on that regard particularly. Would like to thank Iris and also the servers/chef at breakfast Vladimir and Donna for making our stay special. Breakfast was really delicious with lots of variety and fresh food and they also made an extra effort to make things that my vegetarian wife would like. Every person we met that worked here was friendly, motivated and helpful. Thanks again for such a great stay!

The hotel itself is ok. Spacious, clean rooms, the bathroom and well equipped kitchen. Nice, smiley cleaning lady doing her job perfectly. Good breakfasts. I really didn't like is that you need to pay extra for expensive parking. The lady at reception is not the cheerful, helpful receptionist you would normally imagine, but looks like she's sitting there as some kind of punishment. Also something that seems to be a small thing, but to me a big con is that there are some snacks in the room, that you would normally think you can help yourself with . Unfortunately before leaving we found out that they needed to be paid for quite a lot. The receptionist didn't seem to understand it's not fair as there was no information about their cost (there was only information about the prices of drinks) and it's a normal kind gesture for many hotels to leave some snacks for their guests free of charge. I take 2 stars for this dishonesty. That's not something I would expect from a 4 star hotel!!!

The staff have been very helpful for all the requests we made. Breakfast is comprehensive & high quality. The apartment are confortable & spacious. Curtains could hide better day light, but this is the only remark I could find. We had a very good stay and will recommend to our friends & family. Thanks!

Overall, nice large suite and good location. Staff were professional. Shower stall rather cramped. Parking was offsite at a somewhat sketchy looking location and the process was poorly communicated.

I stayed with my family for about ten days here. Location was convenient to get transport. The rooms ( suite) were spacious and clean. House keeping did a good job of cleaning and changing the required linen. The staff were generally pleasant. Special thanks to Maxime, Hassan and Jan at the reception, and to Dana in Breakfast room for all their help and assistance in making our stay really comfortable.

Had a great stay with Hotel Suite Home. They have a fairly good location, only a 10 or 15 minute walk from the attractions. Staff were welcoming and accommodating for a large group. Breakfast was great! Rooms were spacious, perfect for a couple. Highly recommended!

A great place, clean, with the reception open 24/7, a great pillow service (you have to request it, but it is totally free). All of the staff is very nice, always helpful toward your every request. The breakfast is great, with a good variety, and you can even request for some particular plates.

Great hotel with the legendary Czech hospitality. They're happy to arrange whatever you need. The breakfast is very good with much variety. My only suggestion for improvement would be to try and put lower profile faucets in the showers. It was difficult to turn around in the shower without bumping the tap and changing the water temperature. But would recommend 100%.
