The hotel is really good, located in the center, with professional and kind stuff. The room is really nice with a comfortable bed. The bathroom is spacious and has floor heating. The best is the breakfast which is amazing. Parking is in the garage (lift is used), with limited space for parking ~ 4 parking spaces and the best is if you book it in advance.

The hotel was in a great location near the old town square and also close to the river. It was also close to the metro station. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the maid cleaned the room each day. Breakfast was included and was a buffet with lots of choice in a large open breakfast room . The delightful staff were very helpful and pleasant. The room had a mini bar and a hair dryer. We enjoyed our stay there and when back in Prague I would stay there again. Highly recommended.

Been here last year, came to see Rammstein. The hotel itself is one of the best I've stayed. Very quiet, more than great breakfast, nice and helpful staff. I had a small trouble with temperature control, but the cleaning staff helped me. When I come to Prague in the near future, I'll book surely.

Very nice hotel ! Super kind stuff and very dog friendly. It’s in a great location and all the main attractions can be reached by foot. Their breakfast is super nice and they even offer lactose and gluten free alternatives. I would definitely come back !

One of the best stays ever where we got the biggest room considering a child was with us. Personal touches like kid size bathrobe and note+choclate+sparkling wine on my birthday, made the stay even more special. The service was awesome especially Mr. Jakub at the reception was humble and pleasant👍🏻 Breakfast was decent and rooms were amazing!

The hotel is located very close to the center, in a quiet area. The rooms are very clean, cleaning is done every day and towels are changed. Breakfast is ok, quite diverse and can be served on the terrace.

We took a standard double room. No soundproofing in the room. We could hear the TV and conversations in the next room all the time. The room overlooked the courtyard adjacent to residential buildings. Every evening we heard very loud conversations and laughter from there. No shampoo and conditioner provided. Only soap in the bathroom. In the service they said that they can give us shampoo for an additional fee of 10 dollars. Do not recommend this hotel.

The hotel is amazing. We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The hotel is not far from the bus terminal station and it is also reachable per feet to the city center. The neighborhood is safe and calm. The room is big, clean and well equipped. The breakfast is amazing and delicious. The staff and the personal are very friendly. We would recommend this hotel.

The stay at the hotel exceed my expectations. Room was clean and tidy. Mattress was so comofortable. There was such a great variety of dishes for breakfast. The staff were pleasant and helpful.

Good hotel, but I'm not sure if it is a 4*. I'd say more of a 3*plus. Our room was ok, good size and clean but a bit outdated? Good sized flat TV, with access to YouTube. Breakfast was excellent and the location was very good - quiet but still fairly close to main attractions if you don't mind a bit of walking. Staff was friendly and because our flight was early in the morning they packed our breakfast to go. Uber to the airport cost us around £13.

We where there for one night, Deluxe Double Room. We arrived late in the night an where glad to find an amazing receptionist, very helpful and welcoming. The location is great, it is quiet eventhough it is very central. Many restaurants and stores just around the corner. The room was great, very tidy and clean with comfortable futniture and bed. Lots of space around the sink to put all your stuff on great shower. Breakfast was awesome, wide variety of all kinds of stuff, be it fruits, bread or cereals, everything one could ask for.

You can look for a good hotel in Prague but only in this hotel you will find excellent. Pleasant reception with smiling people. In the morning in the dining room you will find lovely people who will enjoy serving you. Do not choose otherwise ... Pashutz will come here for perfect enjoyment

Very pleasant stay with a stunning view from the room. The staff is exceptionally friendly and engaged, especially Patrick. The breakfast was rich in diversity and delicious. As we travelled for my boyfriend's birthday, we really appreciated the staff's kindness of leaving a little note in our room.

Hello there, We stayed in 4 cities and Prague was our last destination. Our stay at hotel Clement and overall experience was favorable. The staff at the restaurant, front desk were presentable, approachable and professional. Thanking all for their great hospitality. There is however one point that I would like to bring to your attention. During our check in, which was after a long journey from Budapest to Prague, and a walk from the railway station to the hotel, we arrived, completed our formalities and asked for water. As usual, the question was still or sparkling. When we said that we are okay with tap water, they said that they do not provide that. We were yet okay to pay and buy the water. Interestingly on the day of check out, while we waited at the lobby for our airport transfer, we had two gentlemen by the next table, who were having their cup of coffee and asked for tap water. They were immediately served with water by the same lady at the reception. Is it a selective approach? A small gesture could have earned this hotel 5 stars. :) Thanks once again Bindu Jacob
