I intended to book this hotel for over a month out but made a mistake with the month numbers and booked instead for 3 days away. The hotel refused to correct the booking to the intended date despite being contacted immediately after the booking was made. I understand this is my mistake however given the extremely short notice period for the error I would expect most hotels with good service to let me fix the mistake. They are contractually within their right to keep my money and not provide a hotel room, but I am rating them 1 star for poor service. This review should not be understood to reflect the quality of the stay itself. As while I paid for it I cannot comment on the room because I paid the 100% cancellation fee and could not stay in the room despite paying full price for it. Exercise great caution when booking this property, and double check your booking.

A beautiful hotel boutique in Prague (15 minutes walking to center). We feel very comfortable, the bed is excellent and was a great place to sleep. As is a boutique hotel, all things had good quality for the price you are paying. Also, breakfast is great and has everything. I don't like the only thing that coffee in the room is not free, you have to pay for it although you have a coffee machine. Maybe would be great to have at least 2 capsules of coffee for free.

Hotel has great location, 20 minutes by foot from train station and around 15 minutes by foot from old city center. Our room was stylish but a bit dark because it was located in a kind of basement. Breakfast could be a bit more various… Receptionist worker was very friendly and helpful 🙌

What a gem of a hotel! We stayed on the top floor, a beautiful suite with 2 bedrooms, mini kitchen, bathroom & skylights. The lovely woman at the front desk was always ready with a smile & suggestions of places to visit. A dreamy place to spend your nights while visiting Prague. Very comfortable room, bed. AC worked well when it was warm.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Alfons Boutique Hotel during my visit to Prague, and I must say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. This charming boutique hotel truly exceeded my expectations in terms of its elegant ambiance, and attention to detail. Upon arrival, I was immediately captivated by the hotel's beautifully designed interior. The blend of modern and classic elements created a sophisticated atmosphere that exuded both style and comfort. The attention to detail was evident in every corner, from the tastefully furnished rooms to the meticulously decorated common areas. The overall aesthetic was a perfect blend of contemporary design and traditional Czech influences, creating a unique and memorable ambiance. The hotel staff, without exception, were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and attentive throughout my stay. From the moment I stepped through the door, I was greeted with warm smiles and genuine hospitality. The reception staff were efficient and professional, providing useful information about the local area and recommendations for dining and sightseeing. Their willingness to go the extra mile to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay truly impressed me. Speaking of comfort, the rooms at Alfons Boutique Hotel were absolutely delightful. The attention to detail carried over into the well-appointed accommodations, where no aspect was overlooked. The rooms were spacious, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully designed with modern amenities and luxurious touches. The comfortable beds provided a restful night's sleep, and the well-appointed bathrooms offered both style and functionality. Additionally, the complimentary Wi-Fi and well-placed workspaces were a welcome convenience for business travelers like myself. The hotel's location was another highlight. Situated in a quiet neighborhood, it offered a peaceful retreat from the bustling city center while remaining within easy reach of Prague's main attractions. The proximity to public transportation made it convenient to explore the city, and there were also charming cafes, restaurants, and shops within walking distance. In conclusion, my stay at Alfonse Boutique Hotel was truly exceptional. From the elegant design to the impeccable service and outstanding dining options, every aspect of this hotel exceeded my expectations. Whether you're visiting Prague for business or pleasure, I highly recommend this boutique hotel for a truly memorable and enjoyable stay.

The hotel was decorated really lovely, and was clean and comfortable. The front desk start, I believe her name was Marcella, was absolutely lovely and very helpful! It's located in a very good spot with loads of bars, restaurants, and sites, and is walkable to the main tourist area in about 25 minutes. Can't recommend enough.

Nice, clean hotel, every day something different in breakfast. Only thing what I see as strange things was that I had to give some deposit money before and when we checked out they gave us back that money, for not braking things in hotel room or something, first experience like that. But overall hotel is good with nice smoking place in garden, clean and friendly stuff

This hotel is just amazing! The room is very comfortabel and beautiful. Velux shutters, so you sleep in absolute darkness. The breakfast buffet is small, but just right. Try the homemade jam and yoghurt. Expresso Lungo also a good start of the day. The lady at the reception welcomed us with such excitement! She brings service with a lot of joy.

Great full experience. Cozy rooms. They were so kind to leave me breakfast in the room the last day that I left very early. And it was even very good. Best option in Prague. Fair price. Windows are soundproof as I was next to the street and I heard nothing.

This hotel is 11/10 - exceptional. Out of hours check in was a breeze. The room looks just like the pictures and beds/pillows very comfortable. The breakfast had great variety. Hotel staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful and offer bag storage until 8pm. Highly recommend this hotel.

A very nice hotel stay and one of the best value for money. We stayed there 5 during the Xmas and enjoyed our stay very much. The Hotel appears to be a repurposed and renovated appartement building, which is the reason for the only real drawback - the elevator was added later so you still have to go up and down a flight of stairs because it stops between floors. It is also fits only 4 but will only agree to carry 3. Saying that, everything else was great. The rooms are decent size, very nicely decorated, modern and in excellent repair. Breakfast is very rich, tasty and varied enough for all tastes. The staff are nice and helpful. We especially recommend that you talk to Marcella at the desk. Her joyful lough will make your day and she is as nice and as helpful as can be. The hotel is less than a block away from the I.P. Pavlova (Preannounced E-Pe-Pavlova) subway station and can also be reached by several Tram lines. We usually preferred to walk 10-15 minutes to get to the shopping area and the old city, and only used the transportation after very long walking days. We found it easy to use and very cheap. So even though the hotel is not at the center of the old town, it is close enough. Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much and highly recommend it.

Excellent hotel in a great location! The staff were extremely friendly and made our stay a pleasure! The interior decorations are Alfons Mucha-themed and I can go as far as to say that the hotel itself is a work of art! Definitely recommend for any visitor to Prague.

We really enjoyed our stay here, although the hotel is quite far from some major tourist sites, public transport is easily accessible. Reception staff were wonderful and they ensured that our stay was made special by making us feel welcomed and at home, especially since it was our honeymoon! Breakfast was really great with a large variety of choices. Great value for money.

Excellent Hotel Great stuff The Breakfast was excellent I advise to take it. The only thing was I have been charged for the room coffee. Which was clearly informed that complimentary coffee was included in the room rate.

Cute little hotel in Prague. I spent 4 nights at the hotel and really enjoyed the location and the cute vibe of the hotel. The lady at the front desk was also super friendly and gave me lots of recommendations on things to do or eat at the hotel. The hotel has a cute courtyard where guests can relax. Although, the breakfast in my opinion was kind of average.

We have booked a room for our anniversary and the stay was absolutely amazing. Even when arranging the booking, the hotel staff was extremely kind over the phone, offering me different ideas for activities and places to visit, they helped me arrange a boat trip and a dinner reservation in a 5* tower restaurant. They were so enthusiastic and kind. ♥️ The room looked amazing, we asked for a little extra decoration and we received swans on the bed, hearts around the room, rose petals and some fruit and water, it looked incredible. Everything was clean and well prepared. The rooms service worked a charm, every time we asked for it they changed our towels and cleaned the room. Breakfasts were yummy, there was a big selection and they had the most incredible panna cottas. We could also make hot chocolade with quality whipped cream and caramel topping, amazing. 😁😊 Location of the hotel is very nice, it is just a few minutes walk to the center and Prague is just an incredible place to visit. Thank you for the amazing experience! This hotel is definitely a 5* candidate. We will choose this hotel again in the future. ♥️

The hotel is very nice and the service of the reception is VIP unfortunately, the room was small and you can hear all the noises from the other rooms. Wenceslas square and many restaurants located in few minutes walk from the hotel.

The room was clean and nice but a nespresso pod we used was charged with 4€ !!! There was no note saying the coffee is not free ...

We paid 35 Euro per Person a night 500 meter from the centre square and had a perfect sized room with fridge and tee cooker only con is that the air conditioning is deactivated in winter and (April) count's there as winter so it can get to warm inside. Would definitely visit again
