For a budget hotel this place exceeded expectations. Check in and out was very quick and smooth. Room was clean and comfortable. Slept well during my stay. Shower had hot water. Breakfast was adequate for a place like this. Within easy walking distance to centre of Prague. Honestly, I don’t see why there are so many bad reviews about this hotel. Much better than I thought. No complaints.

Make sure you take a kettle and tea / coffee with you as it is impossible to get either outside of breakfast hours and no kettle etc in the rooms. Majority of staff helpful but watch out for the very rude and shouty receptionist. Keep bottled water in your room if you're on the top floor as there is often none to be had for washing/ cleaning teeth and showering etc . We didn't have breakfast as the small dining room was completely full. Do not get make up on the towels for fear of being fined. Nice little garden area and generally ok for the price. Nice walk into the town and plenty of lovely food and coffee bars close by.

Rooms are big. It’s a 3 star hotel, so don’t expect much, the breakfast is good and full of variety in whatever the makeshift arrangements they have done. The kettle is available in the room, bring your tea bags from the market. Most of the staff is helpful. The hotel is 15 minutes walk from the National Museum.

Very clean bathrooms and beds etc. Their brekfast good enough and suitable time range. The hotel's walls are very thin so you can her your next room :). After all I recommend this hotel for its being budget friendly.

A few minutes walk to the closest Subway station. The room was quite spacious but the beds were creaky. Breakfast was a little stale and juices tasted watered down. For the price, i would say it was okay.

Good place to stay for the value. Rooms are secured with double doors, one in the corridor and one of the room itself, quite spacious with cleaning service everyday. Only breakfast is supplied in the morning, it is a small buffet style with almost the same food everyday, good amount of seeting, if upstairs is too busy there is a second dining floor. There is a spa and a garage. (Please like and follow)

I really do not know where those negative reviews comes from. This hotel is clean, tidy, people at desk reception are nice and helpfull - I was given my room card way before check-in hour, which practically does not usually happen, breakfast is great, there is a roof garden, location is excelent and the area is remotely quiet. Cherry on the top: the price is right! As for me - it got all you need from a place to sleep in for couple of nights.

Small hotel, but is the perfect location for a city break in beautiful Prague. The staff are very friendly. The rooms are emaculate and the breakfast has enough variety to keep you full until lunch. Note: make sure to bring a multiple adapter and of course a round shaped travel adapter. Use public transport, very cheap and reliable. As the hotel is very close to all tourist landmarks.

My experience was quite bad. The price is high compared to the quality the offers. The building is old and the rooms are small. The bad I stay wasn’t comfortable at all. The position is good because is in the center. If you go there for business, but if you go for Halliday you do not find any place around.

The location is good, but other facilities are not up to mark. TV is not available actually, no bin in the room. Washroom doors don't work properly. Lifts too narrow. Natural light is not available in the room.

Like: I liked the location. Dislike: 1. There were no enough lights in the room. My family was feeling very depressing in the room. There were 2-3 lamps only which were not enough. 2. Breakfast - there was no options for vegan or vegetarian without egg in the breakfast. Since the hotel is located in the most tourist attracted city. I was shocked knowing that from them. Even receptionist told me that she will arrange the vegan food but when I went to the breakfast room then she said we could not arrange the vegan food. The experience was horrible 3. The room was not clean enough. The hygiene was not maintained properly. 4. The mattresses were not good. I was having back pain in the morning. 5. The receptionist was trying to help but with very limited way.

The room was simply good and the hotel manager helped me a lot. But few things like old models Tv and also the car parking not free. You have to pay 20 Euro per day. By roadside hotel Car Parking you have to know where you can park. It could be better add some more items in the breakfast buffet menu.

Not great, not terrible. I think it is little bit overpriced. Old but clean rooms.

The hotel offers good services for the price. The furniture and amenities are a bit dated, but no major problems. We had an issue with one of the electricity plugs in the room, which stopped working the second we tried plugging something in, but we called reception and it was fixed promptly. Cleanliness is 7/10, but again, I think the services are fair for the prices they ask for.

It was 4 nights of summer getto. The appartment they issued for me did not have the air conditioning system and has a road view. When I asked to change my number as it was impossible to stay in the room due to the hot temperature, stiffness and constant noise, I was informed that I should pay € 10 for every next night in the appartment with the air conditioning and a garden view. As I arrived at night I decided to make my decision next morning. Just I asked staff to provide me with a fan, to at least make some air movement in the room. Before that I tried to keep the door of my apartment open as the air conditioning system in the corridor was on. However, this helped me just a little. And it appeared that every day of my stay I was busy until the night and while coming back I had no both mood and time to change the room. And every time I could do without a fan. It both made air a litkw bit cooler, not much, and drown our the noise of the street. So, despite a good location and appropriate breakfast my experience was far from superior in this hotel. So, while staying here you should double check what kind of room you are booking and in case of a room with a road view ask a fan. At least in summer.

The location of the hotel is great. Everything is within walking distance and the trams and subways are just down the street. The breakfeast served at the hotel was quite dull to be fair. Service could have been better. The staff members are happy to help whenever you ask them something, but are not that helpful. I recommend using one of the many the tourist informations that are placed around town.

Decent hotel. Extremely dated rooms. Uncomfortable bed and old carpets. Breakfast was okayish. Safe area. Walking distance to tram stop, bus stop and metro stop.

Very Clean room and friendly staff, better than expected for a 3 star hotel. Slight problem with electrics on second night but very quickly dealt with and given one of the newly refurbished rooms which was more like 4 star. Excellent overall.

Hotel is in an excellent location, convenient for public transport, but city lovely to explore on foot. Hotel reception poor, dealt with 3 staff on reception, one was absolutely shocking, the other 2 were excellent. The man I saw didn't look up from his desk as I approached and continued doing whatever he was doing, I then started drumming my fingers on desk, again ignored, until I eventually had to speak to him, no apology given. Needs customer service training I think, or was he just naturally rude. Tea and coffee not replenished, upon asking was told there was none, next time I asked I was told it was only supplied on the first day! Breakfast was ok, very basic, but the staff serving were lovely.Bedroom clean and comfortable. A lovely garden seating area hidden away on 2nd floor. All in all I would say a budget hotel, but if I visit Prague again would look for better accommodation.

AVOID THIS HOTEL! the location is good, however upon check out we was acccused of smoking in the room, when we asked for proof the said it was becuase an empty cigarette packet was left on the side table. when we explained that none of the party had and refused to pay 200 Euros the receptionist got extemly agressive, calling another man to come and intimidate us to pay!
