4/5 Alfie G. 10 months ago on Google
We
arrived
and
were
greeted
by
a
very
welcoming
receptionist
who
was
very
helpful,
he
provided
us
with
leaflets
and
was
there
to
answer
any
questions,
a
very
nice
gentleman.
Location
wise
it
is
quite
a
walk
from
old
town
square
albeit
that
was
my
fault
for
booking
so
far
out
however
taxis
are
cheap
and
you
can
use
scooters.
Food
wise,
lunch
and
dinner
quality
is
10/10,
it
was
the
best
meal
we've
ever
had
at
a
very
fair
price.
The
breakfast
we
did
not
enjoy
but
it
is
free
so
it
is
hard
to
complain.
The
service
in
the
restaurant
could
not
be
anymore
different,
extremely
poor.
We
were
harrased
by
a
male
waiter
for
10%
tip
(which
in
the
end
I
didn't
give
him,
instead
only
5%)
who
highlighted
3
times
in
the
space
of
1
minute
that
it
is
compulsory
(its
not)
Other
waiters
and
waitresses
made
no
welcome
and
very
little
to
no
talk.
In
one
instance
when
we
paid
for
a
meal
which
came
to
1300
CZK,
we
only
had
notes
for
1500
CZK
and
when
we
handed
this
to
the
waiter,
he
said
goodbye
and
walked
off
with
all
our
cash
(including
the
200
extra
which
he
obviously
took
as
a
tip)
I
have
to
be
honest,
I
believe
that
because
we
were
American
&
British,
we
were
being
taken
advantage
of
at
this
restaurant
on
the
3
occasions
we
ate/drank
here
because
they
believe
we
are
well
off
(we're
not)
Lastly,
the
room
is
good
for
the
price,
my
only
notes
would
be
the
beds
are
very
hard
and
it
gets
very
very
hot
so
be
aware
you'll
need
the
window
open
24/7.
The
views
are
spectacular.
Overall
we
would
stay
again
but
not
dine
at
the
restaurant
and
that
is
a
shame
as
the
food
was
incredible
but
the
worst
service
I
have
ever
received.
