Awesome location (across the main train station) and friendly staff. Very clean room. Has elevator. Close enough to the old town center - just 15min walk. Prague is beautiful. Glad that the people are nice also.

You're in luck, my friend! So, picture this: Me and my partner, we hit up this swanky hotel joint in Prague for a three-night extravaganza. Let me tell ya, it was all shades of awesome! The bill? A cool €470, split between us - not bad for a taste of the high life, right? Now, this place, it's like a hop, skip, and a jump away from the old town square. And that Museum metro station? A mere ten-minute strut in your snazziest shoes. Location, baby! It's the bee's knees! And then there's breakfast. Oh, breakfast! A buffet fit for kings and queens, with meats, fruits, cereal, OJ, water, pastries, bread, omelettes, and they even cater to the lactose-intolerant with some fancy boiled eggs. Coffee, tea, they got it all. You get a room, and guess what? They toss in a bottle of water. That's a €3-4 value, but here's a pro tip: swing by the reception and snag the freebie stash, available to all you savvy guests. The room? Spotless. TV? Sure thing, but who's got time for that when you're out painting the town? And that shower? It's like a fire hose with the perfect temperature setting. This room's got AC for those sizzling summer days. For all you tourists out there on the hunt for a deal, this joint's your golden ticket.

A budget hotel right in front of the main train station with friendly staff, tasty breakfast, & luggage storage before check-in & after check-out. Unfortunately, the hotel's online booking system falsely lists Taiwan as a province unlike all the other European hotels we've stayed which list my country as Taiwan. I sincerely hope this could be improved.

The hotel location is perfect, very close to main train station, it is in front of the hotel. Also main old square about 900m to walk. Breakfast is continental, also there is free coffee and tea all time that you can drink. İt is located on the right when you enter to hotel. Door card system does not work, we have updated 5 times our card in order to open the door. Staff are kind. You can easily choose here.

Superb location 1 min walk from Main Railway Station. Spanish / English speaking hotel only. Room was clean and space enough for one night stay. Although it´s city center; and closely in the park to train station it is easy to find various creatures living especially in the night; room was quiet. Breakfast continental; I didn’t find any surprises even bad or good. Btw; do not be surprised; bottle of still water in the room costs 4e.

I stayed for 2 nights for a business trip and it was a very comfortable stay. The hotel location is excellent, nearby the main tourist attraction but strategically located beside the main train station, with an excellent connection to the airport. My room was very clean, spatious and and well equipped, even with a water boiler and teas/coffee. The staff was friendly and helpful and the brakfast was very good, with fresh products. Just a warning: double beds can be "French" so you should book a king size room if you're used to extra space.

Rooms were a tad small but that’s about it, it’s perfect if you’re out and about & have a room to come back to. Air conditioning felt a bit weak so we opened partially the window else would have been stuffy/warm (& this was in winter). However that’s the only “bad” things which aren’t really all that bad Bathroom was nice and the design made it such that water won’t overflow down and wet the floor. Breakfast was amazing, the croissants I had were warm and flaky, much better than croissant in “nicer” hotels. The variety was adequate and done well - scrambled eggs were moist enough, ham was good. The service was also friendly, shortly after checking in the front desk called to ask if everything was all right and if we needed anything. This is a rarity nowadays Lastly, perfect location directly opposite the central station (Praha Hl. N). Prague is walkable & there are tram stops not too far away

My wife and I spent 3 nights in the Hotel which is located 2 minutes walk from the main railway station. The rooms was spacious and clean. It conatined the basic amenities, but if you need extras, you can ask the staff for them. The breakfast was delicius. The selection was standard, but everyone can find something tasty. All staff was very friendly and helpful. They solved all of our requests promptly. I can offer this Hotel to everyone who want to stay close to the city centre for an affordable price.

Friendly/service oriented people, well situated near main train station, accepts Eur (Cash). Room was fine, innovative door concept in the bathroom/toilet (one door for 2 rooms). Can leave luggage for pickup later, in a locked room. Got free extra water in the end too. Breakfast was average Id say, but fine. The online possibility for checkout didnt work for me since the computed amount left to pay was showing as more than the entire stay (already paid) was. Probably a technical hiccup, so just checked out the old normal way. If returning to Prague, worth a recommendation.

Exe City Park is one of the best places to stay in Prague. I have visited the city a few dozen times in the past 20 years, but this hotel beats them all. It may not be the most luxurious place among those that I have seen, but it is very elegant, incredibly clean, comfortable and situated only a 3-minute walk from the main railway station in the city. Even if you are lugging a huge suitcase, there is an asphalted path leading—without a single obstacle—leading straight from the hotel's main entrance to Praha Hlavní Nádraží. Very friendly and professional staff — everybody was smiling at all times. A delicious breakfast in a beautiful dining room at the ground floor. Selection of hearty breakfast food, cakes, pastry, fruits and a very good coffee — they conviniently offer both ceramic and plastic cups, if you want to take your coffee away. Spacious room with a spectacular view — I stayed on the 5th floor. Large, clean and modern bathroom, with excellent toiletries. Wifi did not work at a "speed of light", but it was more reliable and stable than any connection I had in the UK, Germany or France. Check in and check out was smooth. All this at a very reasonable price. I will definitely come back!

Exe City Park was an excellent hotel for our arrival to Prague. The location is ultra convenient. You are a 3 minute walk from the main train station and about the same from the tram lines. The excellent national museum is practically right outside your door. A twenty minute stroll through a very nice shopping district gets you right into Old town or take the tram anywhere. This is also a true hotel with staff always there and eager to help as needed. Very easy check in process and our room ready early. They will also store your baggage before checking in or after checking out. The rooms were small but well appointed. Very nice bathroom with a delightful warm shower. High ceilings and most important in the summer very good air conditioning in the room, we actually got a little chilly. There is an elevator it's a little slow if everyone is arriving or leaving at once but there is also a very pretty and large spiral staircase. Definitely take the breakfast option when booking your room. The Buffett alone is worth staying here. Tons of delicious options, fruit pies fresh pastries, eggs multiple ways cold cuts breads fresh fruits and some rotating specials. If there's anything lacking I guess you don't really have a view of much but really the nice modern room and ease of access make up for this. All together enjoyed our stay and would return.

My 3-day stay at Exe City Park Hotel in Prague was made even better by the exceptional service provided by Nicholas, who allowed me an early check-in, and Zdenek, who consistently treated us with kindness and warmth he works in evening. Both of their hospitality added to the overall wonderful experience. This hotel truly knows how to make guests feel welcome and comfortable. Highly recommended

Superb location as it is right in front of the train station and close to Charls bridge and the city centre. Staff were nice and the room was very clean. The only issue was the wifi wich clearly needs substantial improvements. If you book within their website, you might get a better deal. Overall, recommended!

The good: best location just a few steps of the train station, staff super friendly Spanish spoken The bad: the laundry services are the most expensive I ever paid 100 crowns (4 euros) for a shirt? Just laundry, not folded, don’t you mention ironing? It is crazy, I felt like I was stolen The place is old, carpets are dirty a they not make de bed as proper, just a flat sheet They can do better

Exe City Park Hotel was great. I stayed there 2 different weekends when I was in the Czech Republic for work. Great location for the train station and to walk around the old city. Great rooms, service, staff and food. The hotel made it easy for me to get transportation to the airport early in the morning after almost 4 weeks in the country. A great experience.

Room was small, decent bathroom & bed. The bad thing was the room temperature, no matter what we did it was hotter than the surface of the sun. We opened window, turned off heat, everything....made it super difficult to sleep.

Located directly opposite from Prague Central Train Station, the hotel offers various services including breakfast for an equivalent of €10. The receptionists are friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and well maintained.

It was a really nice experience during our two-day stay there! There were a lot of amenities in our room that were useful and the view was amazing. The receptionist was very kind and helpful. The only drawback was that there was a plumbing noise coming from the ceiling. I would recommend it!

Definitely recommended. Close to metro, bus station and city centre in a walking distance. Good personal, clean room. Sometimes you need to say that change towel, water or something, they dont change buy own. Breakfast food quality is good, but less options. For eating same thing in 5-10days can be bothering. Overall all are good.

After arriving by train from Moravia, we decided to spent the night in Exe City Park Hotel before taking the Airport Express Bus to the airport next morning. The location was perfect for our needs! Staff friendly, shower was hot and bed comfortable. I would definitely stay here again!

Very clean rooms, great service from front desk, food servers, and cleaning staff; selection of food for breakfast was good. The hotel is within walking distance to the Square and close to restaurants, food stores and conveniently located very close to the subway station. We would return to stay at the Exe City Park.

I stayed here with my sister on my first trip to Prague back in 2010 and the hotel name was Hotel Chopin. Hotel is clean, decent size room, nice bathroom and good service too. Location was really great as when we arrived, it was at night and coming out of the train, its just perfect as it is just in front of it. Although its quite but my sister heard recently that it is actually quite dangerous place because of the park in front of the train station. We were going to stay here again on our next visit in 2015 but the price per night was over our budget that we didnt stay here. Otherwise, it was good hotel.

Perfect place to stay in Prague. Excellent value for money, amazingly friendly staff, nipping clean and comfortable. Everything is within a 10 minute walk of the hotel. Definitely recommend.

Plus: the hotel is good - close to main train station, nice clean room, comfy bed, great breakfast, friendly staff. Minus: check-in takes forever, city tax is paid at checkout rather than at arrival. But the biggest issue for us - air-conditioning is really noisy and without it the room gets quite warm. At the end we just opened window and managed to get few hour of sleep before the street got too noisy (5:30am is not my favourite time to wake up)

Very nice Hotel. The stuff is very helpfull and kind. Clean and cozy rooms. Very nice bath. Every day you have new towels and bed linen. Very tasty breakfast, big choice of food. The hotel is very close to the center 5-10 minutes walk to almost all sights and attractions. The rail station is beyond the park. Have it's own private parking for 20€ a day. But in the evening they have some spare places near, just for free (from 12pm to 8am). In conclusion - good value for money.

The hotel has the best service and the best location. It's right across from the main train station and, from there, you can easily walk to the main places in the city. The service is great. Jorge and Paula made our check-in/out process and stay very easy. The rooms are comfortable and clean. I would also suggest checking out the breakfast buffet. It's very good! 10/10 I would stay here again.

Fantastic stay! The hotel is perfectly located, a few steps away Prague's main station and a ten-minute walk to Old Town Square. Room equipped with everything you need, very clean and spacious. Rich breakfast with both sweet and savory options. Friendly and helpful staff. Fully recommended!

Very good location of the hotel, directly at the main station. It only takes a few minutes to walk to the city centre. All staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was very clean and there was air conditioning.

The best hotel we had in Prague. Beds are fine, there is no noise during the night, and breakfast was good. The people at the reception are very friendly. I don't remember the name, but a Spanish receptionist told us about all kinds of places to go and how to visit the city while we're there. Would definitely go here again!

I had a reservation with hotels.com on 24th of July, the hotel was closed due to COVID. I called the hotel manger, the number was left on the door, and she told me to cancel my reservation thru hotels.com.... Never got the money back, even after I asked Hotels.com for a refund.
