Absolutely disdainful dining experience. The server was rude and impatient. He insisted we pay the tip in cash before we even ordered. The drinks were subpar and the appetizers weren’t even cooked. The worst part was the bread — I actually hit the pieces on the table in front of the server to demonstrate how they resembled cement. They tried to charge for the bread which I immediately disputed. The manager very reluctantly took it off the bill. Never again.

Absolutely unacceptable behaviour from the waiters. We were shouted at when we tried to ask for a menu and suggested we go to Burger King. When I pointed out the inappropriate behaviour, they continued shouting, banging on the table and pushing us out of the place.

We had dinner in their restuarant. It was very bad experience. The waiter was very rude to the customers. The waiter was talking with other customer as well very rudly. The service was not good. We waited for our meal more than 25 minutes, and the food was not tasty as well. It was not something that they could spend such long time. I would not recommend to use their restuarant services...

Asked before ordering if credit card was accepted and was told yes. After a very average meal there was a lot of sighing when I produced card. (They recommend certain side dishes, the prices of which don’t appear on the menu). The bill was taken away and re-done and we were told that we had to pay 10% service charge and the silver plate was slammed in front of us! I’m sure he double charged too as the bill equated to £63!!! Complete rip off. Avoid at all costs.

The man standing there in the restaurant with the glasses is extremely rude and doesn’t know how to talk to customers . I haven’t experienced such behaviour from any of the hotels I have been to. I won’t recommend anyone to go there . He was extra rude and don’t even apologise for and can surely ruin a part of your day .

We feel like we have to post an review here cause of the extremely poor and rude service we got at the restaurant. Food and service at the restaurant was really poor, so bad when we asked for the bill the server refused to print it to avoid tax. And told us the tip was mandatory. He went really aggressive when we got it printed and started to look though it and refused to pay tip or any service fee. We are leaving 1 star review here cause we feel this hotel is 100% responsible for the service at the restaurant by the same name.

The location is great. In the middle of everything. The hotel itself was just ok. However, good enough for the cost. About $100usd per night. The room was very big. Bathroom looks like it was redone somewhat recently. Mattress was comfortable enough. Bedside lights didn't work, so overhead lighting was a bit harsh. Room wasn't the cleanest. Carpets were dirty. It didn't look like they were vacuumed before or during our stay.

The room is in general good. They kept some basics, coffee tea etc. breakfast was free (Included in the booking). The variety were almost repitative, but it’s a buffet breakfast so all good. We loved the restaurant, the ambiance was just stunning. The cave shaped with wooden chairs gives a antique look. I was just amazed by the look of the restaurant. The one small thing which wasn’t comfortable was, the AC was making sound the entire night so it was so distracting. After a tiring day of long walks in the city. It’s good to have some silence (calmness) to get to sleep. Unfortunately that wasn’t the case. Otherwise it’s all good, all staffs hotel, restaurant and house keeping were so friendly. Recommend.

Waiter demanded the tip and started being unpleasant when we refused it. Gave him the tip as he left angrily. The bill clearly says that tips are not mandatory.

I booked the room due to the location alone, and was pleasantly surprised to find extremely motivated staff, a beautiful view of the main square from my window and a 5 minute walk to the best clubs. Had a relaxing 5 days in Prag and it would not have been as good anywhere else. Thank you so much for everything, I'll be back!

Tried to sit down for breakfast since they advertise breakfast every day. We stood for several minutes trying to get someone’s attention but everyone seemed to be in a mood. We finally sat down and the gentleman who you see in the photo came over to take our order, but he had quite the attitude. I barely got out the order of Prosecco and orange juice, he scuffed and walked away without even taking my brother’s order. We decided not to dine at this establishment so we moved across the street. No sooner we left, a large group of people sat down and this guy was all over them, taking orders and very engaged. I would normally chalk this up to the server having a bad day, but we had interaction with three employees of this establishment and all were the same. Not pleasant and rude. Mind you, I have lived in Europe for five years and am well traveled, so I am not coming at a from a typical American viewpoint.

I am not doing a review on my stay at Hotel Prague Inn. I am writing about our bad encounter with the restaurant in this hotel. I totally agreed with D, the local guide, who visited this restaurant and wrote a review about the restaurant a month ago. My husband and I ordered 2 beers and two main courses on Czech cuisine, a beef dish, and a pork dish from the menu. The waiter came with 2 sets of cutlery and a basket of cold bread and roll that were from our breakfast desk. ( we also stayed in the same hotel, Prague Inn, for 4 nights with breakfast included) When we picked up the bill, there were some extra charges that we didn't order. The cold bread/roll without butter was charged Czk100(€4.30), the white bread dumplings?? on the beef dish was charged Czk69(€2.97), and the potato dumplings on the pork dish were charged at Czk69(€2.97), too. On top of the extra charges on dishes we didn't order, the waiter demanded my husband pay 10% tip. All in all, we paid Czk1124 for 2 main courses and 2 beers instead of Czk886 for the beers and dishes we had initially ordered. We sincerely hope that the hotel management looks into this matter to avoid future disputes and unhappiness between diners and restaurant waiters, as well as improve the services provided to her customers.

I would never recommend it! Disgusting service and worse food, never go! Pork was dry and tasteless, bread was old and dry, when I paid they tried to make me pay a tip and I felt intimidated, I refused and left as quick as I could!

Robert the Manager was outstanding. He was so helpful in helping me get into my room a bit earlier and help me with the finances and directions to the sites. I highly recommend this hotel as the location and staff make it worth it!

Location was aboslutely stunning in the heart of the city center. Breakfast was good. We stayed overnight. Hotel receptionist ( Sonia ) was very helpful and agreed to keep our luggage for the whole day even after check out.

Hotel liegt super zentral . Parken konnte man in einer Tiefgarage (5 min zu Fuß). Frühstück sehr gut.

Their standard double room deserves honest three stars. Clean, enough space, all working appliencies, etc. Good breakfast as well. Hotel placement is perfect. Pls note that: 1. If you're going to have a supper in their local restaurant (called Schveik) you'd better book a table (especially on Friday) 2. On checkout you'd pay 2 EUR per person per night (city tourist tax) in addition to the price specified.

Hospitality was not found at this place, the waiter brings things to the table that we didn't order then makes us pay for them, they try to make you buy separate things so that they can make a profit. I honestly do not recommend this hotel. It's not worth going to eat there, it's terrible what's happening.
