This hotel is located near the centre op Prague and also near to Dancing House and Wenceslas Square. Very close to the tram and metro if you take the tram it's about 4 minutes to Charles Bridge. The room has a kitchenette, lots of closet space, a rather large room with seperate toilet and a big bath. Thomas, the young guy at the service desk was the most helpful, friendly guy. The other guy at the service desk showed us the nicest places in Prague on a map and told us if we had any questions or requests to come to the 24h reception and they'd help us along. There is free wifi, bathroom amenities include hair dryer an LCD television and satellite television service. The room got cleaned every day. The only downside were that the beds in our room (room 19) were a bit uncomfortable and that the breakfast wasn't very varied. We had to checkout very early to catch our flight, so Thomas suggest to prepare us a breakfast and a coffee to take with us. He made us toast with ham and cheese and some boiled eggs. So an extra star just for Thomas.

The worst hotel I've ever been to. The reception guys didn't even show up when we entered the hotel. More like in a really cheap hostel where every junky good enter your temporary home. Apart from that the room was horrible. The toilet was not cleaned when we arrived. The bathroom and the walls have mildew due to obvious water damage. Furthermore the door is so thin that you can hear the whole hotel and the door does not end on the bottom but there's a gap about almost 2cm. All in all the hotel should be closed or at least should lose it's hotel status. it's ridiculous that it has 4 stars. Even in Czech.... Never never never book this if you want to enjoy your time in your room....

Lovely small hotel. Very quiet and very clean. Easy walk to old town square. Perfect if you fancy exploring the city and want a comfy place to stay. Tasty breakfast too!

Very friendly staff at front desk and the young ladies spoke English well. Gave clear directions for using local transit etc. Room and towels were not fancy but very clean and comfortable and excellent for the price! Area was nice self safe even in the evenings and in good proximity to old town and transit. Loved the quaint breakfast area with upholstered chairs and tables we'd consider antiques in US and always fresh flowers. The towel warmer in bath worked well for drying damp clothes (we had a lot of rain) or for hand washables if needed. We'd stay here again and recommend it.

Nice and traditional looking hotel , staff was very helpful and friendly during our stay. Breakfast was ok not superb and the rooms look hella smaller than online and need a big renovation or at least maintenance at their rooms. I would say that the area was very nice tho not too far from city center and not too close for it to be super loud all the time. Have no proper complaints about the place but hard to recommend it to a friend, especially nowadays with so much competition in the Airbnb area.

Cheap, but there are some downs. Room is spacy, apartment style. Mold on tiles in the bathroom isn't really welcoming... Breakfast did not give so many options and didn't look great anyway. It was served down in basement like in other similar hotels. Basement is wet, cold and you can feel the humidity. Maybe it would be better to just stop offering breakfast and focus more on rooms. But in the end you get what you paid for. Its in the city center!

Small and dark room... 😢 room #11 is just next to the entrance - we heard everyone to enter and/or leave the hotel or just walking on the pavement in front; means: no chance to sleep... 😭 tried to change our room in the reception but rejected as "fully booked" - no flexibility... 😥 as our room was on the ground-floor: every toilet-use was just you did... 😭 so: FORGET this place if you would like to have cosy night in Prague... 😢 von Schwartz

Lovely clean hotel. Comfy beds and plenty of hot water. The cleaners in the morning would be the only concern as they were wrestling with doors and steel cages from half 6 to 7am most mornings. Always got back to sleep so would highly recommend. Walking distance from everything.

Pros - decent location, Comfortable beds, bath was a good size Cons - breakfast was poor, not much choice, hot food was either a hard boiled egg or a frankfurter About 6am there was an incredibly loud housekeeper banging outside our door. The rail that holds the shower head was broken so we had to hold the shower head to have a shower. There was a bag of mouldy food left in the room which wasn't cleaned and left a bad smell. Other than that it was alright

Very thoughtful room inventory, provided us with a fan in this heat. Rooms are spacious and more or less clean. Ideal for young people or people without a stick up their arse. Friendly receptionists, very eager to help. All in all a nice place to stay for a few days without paying too much. Would recommend again 4 stars because the breakfast was way to early for us but thats up to you to decide
