No internet and when we asked for it, the impolite staff in the reception who told us just take the room and shut up or if you don't like it leave (at 04:00AM)

Awesome personnel, always ready to help, tasty all-you-can-eat breakfasts, convenient location near the Main Station (3 minute's walk), Powder Tower (2 min.), and many more sightseeings in the heart of Prague.

Great place if you simply need to spend the night and don't plan on staying in the room to enjoy the room. Go and enjoy the city. Room was very clean. Bathroom is small BUT recently remodeled. Very clean. Room is basic, beds were nice. Very utilitarian. Stay for the breakfast- no thrills here but gets you the basics. Enjoy the city, sleep here.

I am truly fascinated with the hotel. The reception is dated, the entrance is awful. My room was clean, freshly renovated and bright. Breakfast is nice and diverse. I paid 66€ for two nights with breakfast. The hotel is not special, but concerning what it cost it is extraordinary . You get way more than you paid.

This is definitely not a 3-star hotel. Starting from the ugly dirty carpet from the entrance, finishing with stains on the carpet and cracks on the walls in the room. Rooms need big renovation About good things: location is great, staff is ok, breakfast is nice

For its price its excellent. The bathroom is very tidy, the room is okay. Sound isolation is quite poor though and there are a loot of carpets on the floor that look like they desperately need to be replaced.

Good location. Very friendly staff. Extremely noisy room. Windows not closing well. Floor separated from the wall, as if it will collapse.

It is not great luxury at all, but i liked it. Sound isolation between rooms is not so good, but the very low price and excellent location make up for this.

We stayed in this hotel for 4 nights. By “minimalistic” they mean that rooms don’t have mini bar (fridge), tea bar, electric kettle, hair dryer, safe box, shampoo, toothbrush, toothpaste, hand soap, napkins, etc. There were only two body soaps and toilet papers available. If you need shampoo you should buy it from them. For hair dryer they ask for 10€ deposit. If you need boiling water you need to go to the reception and ask them to give it to you. Our room was clean and affordable, but the whole building is old and needs complete renovation. They have really good breakfast. The hotel location is awesome; it’s close to many sightseeings. You only need to walk for 10 min or so.

It’s supposed to be 3 stars hotel but i dont agree with that statement. I been to better hotles with 2 stars then this one. The wifi was bad if u want better wifi u need to bay more money. 3euros per day. There is no toothpaste or toothbrush no kettle. The cups are placed near the trash bin which is weird. Rooms are small, walls thin u can hear everything. The breakfast are okay, staff is friendly

We had a very nice weekend stay here. It’s not pricey for what it offers.

Dirty carpet, dirty doors. Broken toilet seat. Dirty corridors. Clean bed sheet. Breakfast is acceptable. Receptionist was not competent. Average price/value ratio.

Nice spacious and clean rooms but breakfast and staff needs to be improved both at the reception and breakfast. İt doesn’t deserve the money you pay

Nice location, nice staff but the rooms are a little minimalistic. Breakfast was excellent. You definetly get your moneys worth, it's rather cheap

The most cheap hotel in the city centre of Prague, and thats what you get. A cheap hotel. For the price, good room, good breakfast, helpfull staff and a good bed. I can recommend this hotel to anyone for its price vs. accommodation quality. Dont expect a top notch hotel!

Old-school room, no fridge, no tea kettle, no climate control. Towels have holes, door to bathroom is corrupted, shower leaves the water on the floor. The lamp flickers when on. The beds are ok. Funny system for Wi-Fi, login to portal.

Rooms a bit dated and could do with a freshen up. Location is superb for exploring the city and the included breakfast was fantastic, overall I would be happy to stay here again.

This hotel is clean and some parts are renewed. Positive thing is also that it is located near city centre and you don't need any kind of public transport to get there. Breakfast is really good, you have variety of food to choose, but maybe for those with allergies to dairy the selection is limited. However, as the hotel is located near train station Masarýk, and the windows and the isolation are pretty poor, you will hear every tram arriving and departing, as well as drunk people who are passing by or are living at the train station. There is no air condition in the rooms so the temperature in summer is high. There is NO parking places for free on hotel premises, even though the information about parking can be misleading on their official website. So prepare yourself to find some P+R parking spots outside of city centre and near metro stations. Considering all, maybe the price could be a little bit optimised, but nevertheless I would come back to this hotel, but only for short visit.

Great affinity to public transport which unfortunately also means very noisy as trams ran along below window and train station behind building. No aircon meant open window or melting - reasonable sleep with ear plugs but not restful. Room was OK, could do with darker curtains and proper dusting in places. Breakfast was ok. We had booked a different hotel from this group but were changed to this one due to refurbishment, won't be coming again.

Very convenient location. Rooms are dated, but clean and with renovated bath-room with shower. Check-out is at 10.00 AM, which is extremely unconvenient. When you book it you cannot see that they have nor regular check-out time, you can see it ONLY after you completed booking or during check-in. World standard check-out time 12.00 in this property is considered as very late check-out, which you have to negotiate specially. And you should be ready that sharply at check-out time they will enter your room with their key even if someone is inside.

Good location. Affordable. Wife speed can improve

  • 2/5 Estelle A. 6 years ago on Google
Good location as in city center and all destinations are reachable by feet. Breakfast with lot of different choice, hot and cold, sweet and salty. Small rooms and tiny bathroom but match with the booking fee. Be aware of old Czech building where they built thin walls where you can hear your neighbor without any issue. 😊

Very pleasant hotel and very near the central station of Prague. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was simple but good enough. The room was also simple but reasonable clean and we were able to open a window for fresh air and we weren't bothered by the outside noise too much. Given the price and location, this was a great hotel.

Right in the thick of things, for better or worse. Very convenient location which also means very packed with tourists. Diverse range of people stay here, from stag parties to families to retirees. Basic and mostly clean living accommodations (my only complaint was the almost clogged shower drain). Breakfast was pretty good, actually.

Very poor hotel, we were put in like an attic room nothing in the room, no kettle no nothing, breakfast was very bad, tea was rotten,
